Federal Way, WA – Police say Delester Walton attacked his roommate with a machete after the two argued about household chores. After confronting the slob about the state of the kitchen sink, and after taking a punch from the roommate, Walton whipped out his machete and swung it through the air a few times before making contact with the roommate’s arm. When police arrived at the home, they found the bloody machete leaning against the couch and the roommate bleeding profusely through a gash in his arm. Walton, sportin’ dude’s blood on his sweat pants, admitted to the attack and went on to say that he’s been having problems with the roommate and his girlfriend since they moved in. Seems Walton likes a clean home – cops say there were notes all over the place reminding others to pick up after themselves – and the roommate and his family refused to clean up and did little to contribute to the household. Walton is a convicted rapist who has also been in trouble for failing to register as a sex offender. Not exactly prime roommate material, ya know? And certainly not someone I’d be pissin’ off. Authorities also say there were several children were in the home when the incident occurred. Whether those children belonged to the roommate and his girlfriend is unknown. Walton, 58, has been charged with second-degree assault and is being held on $50,000 bail.

TAMPA, FL – Two sisters looked on in horror as their mother, 50-year-old Danzita Fonseca, was viciously attacked with a machete wielded by her boyfriend. The daughters say that her mother had been arguing with 39-year-old Alexander Cote-Ferrer throughout the day Sunday who waited until nightfall to attack her while she was sleeping. When she started screaming, the two sisters and one of their boyfriends kicked open the bedroom door to witness the horrific site of Cote-Ferrer hacking their mother to death with a machete. He then threatened the trio as they ran from the residence to call police. Cote-Ferrer was arrested later and charged with second-degree murder and three counts of aggravated assault. Nanping City, China – A doctor with a history of mental illness has murdered eight children in the Nanping City Experimental Elementary School this morning. Five other children have been taken to the hospital. Reports state the 42-year-old man was once a doctor at a community clinic, but had recently resigned or had been fired. The man entered the school and began attacking the first to fourth grade students with a 10-inch knife while screaming, “They won’t let me live, they are driving me mad. I won’t let anyone live.” Other reports say the man had a machete. “The man ran into scores of children of primary classes wielding his machete left and right, felling large number of children before he was overpowered.”. Six of the kids would die at the scene, two others would die at the hospital. The man was apprehended and his bloody rampage stopped after being confronted by some adults who knocked the weapon out of his hands with a broom.

MONT VERNON, New Hampshire – Residents of the small, hilly town of Mont Vernon are in a state of shock after four teens entered a home to rob it, and attacked a 41-year-old mother and her 11-year-old daughter. Using a machete and a knife, Kimberly Cates was attacked while she lay in her bed and killed by multiple sharp injuries to the head, torso, left arm, and left leg. Her daughter survived the attack although she suffered severe stabbing injuries and spent hours in surgery. The attack was a completely random one, Cate’s home chosen simply because it was isolated. “They picked the house at random because it was in an isolated area,” prosecutor N. William Delker said today during the teens’ arraignments in Milford District Court. “Before they entered the home, all four defendants were aware that the intent was to kill the occupants.” [Read more...]

Georgetown, South Carolina Well, it’s not exactly an axe today but I think a machete deserves to be right up there with the growing number of domestic disputes resulting in the use of wicked implements. I’m sure many victims can claim to be beaten with fists, kicked, burned, etc. but it takes a special asshole to use out-of-the-ordinary measures to settle their dispute…or quiet the bitching. And I’ll have to admit, coming from an area where summers were filled with machete wielding employees paid to cut corn out of beans, many an accident took place when carelessness took over resulting in legs being split wide open. So when John Aelick allegedly threatened to cut his friend’s head off with one, I imagine she took that threat seriously. [Read more...]

Well, I am almost finished revamping the forums, and figured I would at least get a story or two up before I crash. Starting with this guy.
MANORVILLE, N.Y. - Thomas Delenzik, 42, and his wife Myong-Ok Delenzik, 46, had been arguing about his not taking his medicine. This argument started on Wednesday and continued on to Thursday at which time Thomas ended the argument. He did this by hacking Myon-Ok to death with a machete while she laid in bed. He told investigators “I picked up the machete and started hitting her in the head, neck, and back area,’” and he did this while their 17-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son were in the home. They did not witness the actual slaying, but it was the daughter who discovered her mother when she went to her mother’s bedroom to ask for a ride to school.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Christopher Erin Rogers Jr killed his father, Christopher Rogers Sr, 51, with a machete and then attacked his father’s girlfriend Elann Moren, 55. He used the machete because he could not find his father’s gun. He stated that he was angry at his family and believed they treated him poorly.
He then took his father’s truck and drove to Anchorage. He abandoned the truck, and came across Jason Wenger, 27, sitting in his vehicle in his driveway. Rogers killed him by shooting him multiple times, but fled the scene without stealing the vehicle. Rogers then spent Sunday sleeping in the woods until he shot Liz RUmsey, 33, who was walking along a trail in a upper-middle-class neighborhood. He asked her for the time and then shot her in the back when she looked “nervous.†He then shot Tamas Deak, 43, multiple times during his second car-jacking attempt before leading police through a short car chase through morning rush hour. He was stopped after police rammed his vehicle.
Rogers has a long history of trouble with the law, including charges of harassment, driving under the influence, assault and arson. Erin Rogers was charged with 2 counts of murder and 3 counts of attempted murder. Rogers was being held on $1 million bail.
