Wilkes-Barre, PA–Stanley Carter, 21, is a creepy, creepy little man. He had been staying with friends in one-half of a duplex when he wore out his welcome. The family he had been staying with asked him to leave. On December 19, Carter disappeared, the family filed a missing person report a couple of days later. He hadn’t gone far though…he found himself a cozy little hide-out in the attic.
