Leroy Fuller Proves You Can’t Fix Pedophiles

Waterville, Maine – Leroy Fuller, 66, is a registered sex offender with a record dating back to 1959.  But since it’s pretty much a walking offense to feel up a kid in Maine, he’s done remarkably little time.  In fact, for his last offense in 2004, Fuller got just 364 days – suspended.  He walked on a charge of sexual misconduct with a child under the age of 14.  Which is probably why he felt perfectly comfortable feeling up a six-year-old girl in a thrift store on Monday – twice.
