FALL RIVER, Mass. - Fall River Police Chief Daniel S. Racine is calling a recent abduction and rape of a woman one of “the worst acts of violence in recent memory.” Police say that on Sunday night, a 58-year-old woman was watering plants on her front porch when 38-year-old Angel Cruz pulled up and dragged her into his car. The victim’s son watched from an upstairs window and ran out to help and was dragged 50-ft down the street after grabbing on to the back of Cruz’s car. Cruz took the woman to his apartment where he allegedly raped her. An hour later he dropped her off near her home where police found her walking home visibly upset. Cruz was identified and arrested after the the victim was able to lead investigators back to the apartment the sexual assault occurred. Cruz has been charged with kidnapping, aggravated rape, assault with a dangerous weapon and intimidating a witness. The wife told police that Ali frequently beats her and refuses to allow her to leave the home unless she’s accompanied by him or going to work. Furthermore, she says she’s only allowed in specific rooms in the home. She was beaten and bound that morning because Ali got pissed off when he found out the woman spoke to an “unauthorized man.” …

GURNEE, Ill. - On June 5th, a 19-year-old girl was approached by a man in the parking lot of Gurnee Mills mall. He said he had a gun and forced the teen to drive hime to an ATM and withdraw money. He then had her drive to a church parking lot where he sexually assaulted her. Finally, he had her drop him off at a 7-11 at which time the girl drove away and notified police. Yesterday police announced they have arrested Richard R. Gallatin, 37, and charged him with aggravated criminal sexual assault, aggravated kidnapping and armed robbery. Police say they were able to locate him after an anonymous tip informed them he was camping in the Chain ‘O Lakes State Park. Now here’s the kicker that comes to no shock to some. He is a convicted child molester who was just paroled in May after serving time for the sexual assault of a child back in 2003. So now, after this latest attack, can we please just put a bullet in this predator?…

San Jose, CA- On Tuesday, a 5-year girl was playing on her front lawn when a man, who police believe is 35-year old Phillip Michael Dominguez, grabbed her and took her to his home where he then sexually assaulted her. The only good news about this story is that the girl was later released. Police declined to say whether Dominguez, who lives just four doors away from the child, knew the girl or not, only that their relationship is under investigation. Investigators said they quickly figured out that Dominguez was the suspect, but he had fled the scene. Through tips, police found Dominguez the next morning and arrested him. Dominguez does not have a criminal record and has never been charged with any sex crime. His 29-year old girlfriend, Racquel Martinez, was also arrested. The victim was inside their home when Martinez came home that night and recounted what happened. …

Then I come across gems like 21-year-old Stephanie Benatatos and her 24-year-old boyfriend, Zifiris “John” Valsamis. This couple needed a plan to get some fast cash so the two dopes put their heads together, squeezed their eyes shut real tight, huffed, grunted and pushed with all their might. To their surprise a little, stinky nugget popped out. This great idea consisted of Benatatos calling her mother and telling her that she and Valsamis had been kidnapped by men in an SUV. Shortly after, Zifiris called Benatato’s mother and told her that the kidnappers had released him so he could collect the $400 he owed them for drugs. If he did not pay them, they would hurt her daughter. After that call, Benatatos dialed 911 to bolster their beautiful plan but Seventh Squad detectives smelled the tiny turd. After questioning the couple, the entire kidnapping was deemed a hoax.…

Akron,OH- On Monday, a 9-year old girl was walking with friends when a stranger, 36-year old Torrince D. Garner, offered the girl five dollars if she would pretend to be his daughter and follow him to the basement of his home. Two of the girl’s cousins saw what happened and alerted her father, Demetrius Skipper, who immediately ran to Garner’s home. “I snatched the door open, I asked him, he said she wasn’t in there, but the look on his face let me know. So I grabbed him and started choking him, yelled my daughter’s name,” Demetrius Skipper said. “And when I yelled her name, she came from where he had her at, she ran out the door.” What happened next, I am not completely sure as one source says Skipper rammed Garner’s head into a wall and held him until police arrived, but the video says Garner fled the home and was later caught a few blocks away by police. SANTA ANA, Calif. – Gabriela Osorio, 28, recently announced that she was pregnant. Her live-in boyfriend, friends and family were overjoyed and showered her with attention and presents. But for poor Osorio, the Preggers Party Train almost came to an abrupt halt when she found out that she actually was not pregnant. Whisperswing brings us the story of Linda Flores - a 41-year-old Reno woman accused of trying to snatch a 7-month-old baby right off her mother’s chest. Flores reportedly approached the woman, who was carrying the infant in a chest carrier, grabbed the baby’s arm and declared the baby belonged to her. The two women began to struggle as Flores attempted to remove the child from the carrier – both the mother and her child were roughed up a bit in the process. Logansport, IN – They have made an arrest in connection with the sexual assault of a 4-year-old girl found wandering the streets in the early morning hours of May 2. Yesterday police arrested 22-year-old William R. Wilson II, charging him with three counts of child molestation and one count of criminal confinement. He’s in the Cass County Jail on $500,000 cash bond and $1 million in surety. Police say Wilson, who the girl’s family does not know, took the little girl while she was sleeping. He then raped her in a nearby garage, strangled her and left her for dead. A city worker found her walking home in her nightgown carrying a blanket, covered in dirt and crying. Prosecutors will try everything they can to keep the girl off the stand. “This was a four-year-old girl taken from her home and having some of the worst things that can happen to a young girl happen. GLENDALE, California – No charges will be filed against 22-year-old Nancy Salas who faked her own kidnapping the other day. She disappeared on Wednesday after leaving her parent’s home on a morning run, only to re-surface on Thursday 250 miles away in Merced. She told everyone she had been kidnapped at knife-point. It was later determined she was lying and had fabricated the entire event because she did not want friends and family to know she had not been attending UCLA for the last two years even though she had been acting like she was. She stuck with her kidnapping story until she was made aware that police had not only figured out she was lying about being kidnapped, but that they had discovered her UCLA status. “Up until that point, she had no idea the extent of the search that was going on,” Sergeant Lorenz said. “Nor did she have any idea that our investigators had unraveled the facade that she kept up for two years.”But even though she will not be charged with making a false report – Merced police never actually took a report instead notifying Glendale investigators – the city attorney’s office may still seek the $10,000 it spent on law enforcement overtime pay, helicopter fuel, and other costs involved in her search.…

Logansport, IN – At some point early Sunday morning, a 4-year-old child was either abducted from her home or had wandered away and unwittingly met up with a real-life monster. According to authorities, the child was taken to a nearby garage where she was beaten, raped, strangled and left for dead. Fortunately, she survived the terrifying and painful ordeal. A witness reported seeing the child, crying and dressed in a filthy nightgown, walking down the street at about 6:30 a.m. When he asked her if she was okay, she told him she was, “walking home.” He watched as she walked into the home of her mother’s boyfriend, where she and her family were staying. The girl’s mother, Crystal, said she discovered the injuries at about 8:45 a.m. and called police. The child was treated at the hospital for injuries to her throat and face, as well as other parts of her body. A DNA sample was collected and the child was released Sunday evening. Santa Maria, CA- Lorena Arenas, 23, and Jose Luis Gonzalez, 41, are accused of torturing their 2-year old child last Wednesday. Authorities believe Lorena punished the toddler by holding her arms under scalding tap water for about five minutes which gave her third-degree burns on her hands and forearms. Police say it is Jose who refused to take the child to the hospital. They kept the child at home for more than 13 hours before Lorena finally took the child to a hospital. Due to the severity of the burns, the child was transported to the Sherman Oaks Burn Center for continued treatment. Police were notified and Lorena Arenas was arrested on suspicion of torture, aggravated mayhem, kidnapping, burglary, false imprisonment and child endangerment. Her bail was set at $250,000. Here is something I have never heard before. The police added kidnapping for “moving the child a distance to commit a felony,” and burglary for “moving the child into a different room in the house to commit a felony.” Gonzalez was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment for failing to get obvious needed medical care for his child.…

New Bedford, MA- 20-year old Eli Smith, 20-year old David Rahman, and 17-year old Elizabeth Haela were squatting in a foreclosed home when they allegedly assaulted a 23-year old mentally disabled man who was their roommate. Rahman and Smith are accused of punching and kicking the man, burning him with a lighter and even sexually assaulting him. Haela is accused of kicking the victim also because she was told he had harmed her cat. Rahman, who allegedly recorded the incident on his cell phone, can be heard in the video taunting the victim and telling Smith that he was going to be famous as he assaulted the man. The victim yelped and begged Smith to stop. Smith jumped off the victim and laughed. The video was posted on YouTube and later removed, but you can see some of it here. Smith and Rahman were both charged with rape, kidnapping and multiple counts of assault and battery and were being held without bail. Haela was charged with assault and battery. Defense lawyers say the defendants may have mental health issues.…

Council Bluffs, IA – James Myers III was arrested two weeks ago after a lengthy investigation into sexual abuse allegations against him. It is alleged that on three separate occasions in the summer of ’09, Myers raped a 5-year-old girl. Though his exact relationship to the child is unknown, it has been reported that he had known her for at least a few years. Because the young victim can remember specific and vivid details and because her story has remained consistent, prosecutors have decided to move forward with the case. The investigation began in October after another child witnessed one of the incidents and reported it to an adult. And because Myers would often tape the child’s hands together in order to better control her, he is looking at kidnapping charges, and under Iowa state law, a conviction would result in a life sentence without the possibility of parole. Ontario, OH - Authorities allege that on Sunday, February 14, Samson Ojo was watching “Did You Hear About The Morgans?” at the theater with his wife and her children, when he decided to excuse himself from the theater to rape another theater-goer. According to the 21-year-old victim, she noticed that instead of watching the movie, Samson was intent on watching her. Phoenix, AZ - “All of a sudden, he was just gone,” said Hillary Wood in response to the disappearance of her 3-year-old son, Dayton. The child had been playing with other children in a courtyard of his apartment complex when he just poofed. Hillary was inside her apartment, tending to another child – the apartment door was wide open – she could both see and hear Dayton from inside the home. RICHMOND, Calif - Another story out of Richmond, another story of a teen girl being gang-raped. Sort of. On Friday, a California teen called police and reported that four men forced her into a vehicle at gunpoint and that two of the men raped her for several hours. She even described her attackers with one of them having long dreadlocks with the word “money” tattooed on his neck (nice touch). Dozens of patrol officers, detectives, forensic technicians and nurses had been working on the investigation when evidence, including video footage, was found on Sunday that confirmed the 15-year-old girl had lied about her ordeal. The truth was that she had consensual sex with someone, but made up the kidnapping and rape to explain why she was so late getting back home Friday night. Cleveland, OH – When Steve McClairn felt his 7-year-old daughter was disobeying him, he decided to teach her a lesson. He picked her up and carried her, kicking and screaming, to the clothes dryer. The ass tossed her in and turned the machine on.
