Knoxville, TN — I’m a little bit late with this one. Ok, a whole lot late….
drugs alcohol procrastination my volunteer work at the local soup kitchen really takes up a lot of my free time, ya know. Anyways, an unidentified 15-year-old boy was arrested Monday, after police say he tried to roast his teacher by using a lighter to ignite her hair and shirt.
According to police, 23-year-old Gabriela Penalba had turned her back to her students that morning at West High School, when the boy walked up behind her with a cigarette lighter and set her shirt and hair on fire.
Fortunately, the flames were extinguished by her not-so-psycho students before Penalba suffered any burns to the skin.
Afterwards, the boy reportedly tossed the lighter out a window and fled the school on foot.
After a short foot chase, the boy was taken into custody. After admitting to the alleged assault, he was charged with aggravated assault and evading arrest. He’s now chillin’ in a juvenile detention facility.…Continue Reading
CHARLOTTE, NC — Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department have charged an 11-year-old boy and his mother in connection with the death of a 7-month-old.
According to investigators, 33-year-old Wendy Johnson left her home to run a 45 minute errand, leaving her older son to care for his little brother, Camden Johnson. When she returned home, she found Camden unresponsive in his crib. Camden was taken to the hospital, but he was already dead. Camden reportedly had a hemorrhage to the right eye, injuries to both cheeks, his forehead, nose, back of his head, and to his lip.
Police would first question Wendy, then charge her with involuntary manslaughter and child abuse causing serious bodily injury. However, her older son would later admit to police that he was the one who’d caused his brother’s fatal injuries, using a doll to show how he’d picked up his brother and dropped him on his head three times. He said he put his brother back in his crib and poured water on him in an effort to revive him.…Continue Reading
FORT WORTH, TX — The 13-year-old who used a bowling ball to kill a 5-year-old boy pleaded guilty to capital murder this morning in exchange for 23 years behind bars.
The trial for the unidentified teen, now 14-years-old, was scheduled to start this morning, but prosecutors were able to reach a deal with the teen’s lawyers.
Back in June, Sida Oswan went missing after going out to ride his bike. Within 24 hours, his dead body was discovered inside a fenced backyard of a vacant house. A day later, the teen was arrested on suspicion of the boy’s murder.
He was identified after two teens told police that they found the suspect crying and that he took them to see Sida’s body while admitting that he’d killed the boy. After he was taken into custody, it was revealed that the teen used a bowling ball to strike Sida in the head multiple times.
The teen told police that he was angry with Sida because the boy kept ”pestering” him about taking him to the store.…Continue Reading
STAMFORD, CT - Police in Connecticut have arrested a 12-year-old girl after they say she was relentlessly bullying another student at a private middle school in Stamford.
The parents of a 13-year-old girl went to police after their daughter told them she was being bullied at school by the 12-year-old, who constantly taunted and harassed her. Even after making the complaint to police, the bullying continued and even intensified.
The bullying got so bad that the victim spoke about killing herself, prompting school administrators to work with police and investigate the bullying claims. This lead to police arresting the bully and charging her with disorderly conduct.
“This behavior will not be tolerated,” Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin said. “If it is brought to our attention, we will vigorously investigate the allegations and make arrests when appropriate. We investigate all claims of bullying, and this type of behavior will not be condoned in a learning environment.”
Some residents think that arresting the girl, who was later released to her parents, is a bit drastic.…Continue Reading
Hoboken, NJ - Three teens, two 13-year-olds and a 14-year-old, have been arrested and charged with killing a homeless man after allegedly punching him in the head during a game of ‘knockout.’
For those of you unaware, the game of “knockout” consists of walking up to a random person and sucker punching them in the face with the hope that they are “knocked the fuck out” with one shot. This will undoubtedly be filmed by laughing accomplices, who haven’t grasped the concept of landscape, then posted on World Star Hip Hop for others to enjoy.
The people who play this game are typically young and dumb, and never seem to pick targets that may offer any form of resistance; usually sticking with older men or the homeless.
While this is bad enough, some who are participating in this game are also learning a lot about our legal system after their victim dies from cracking their head on the pavement or, as in this case, having their neck broken.
The teens reportedly followed 46-year-old Ralph Santiago, a homeless man with mental issues, then sucker punched him in the back of the head in broad daylight.…Continue Reading
PHOENIX, AZ – A panic-stricken mom who thought her children had been kidnapped got an even worse surprise when she discovered her 8-year-old son and 6-year-old daughter had taken her car on a joyride – before getting into an accident in which the little girl was killed.
Half an hour after giving her son and daughter a bath and putting them to bed, the woman noticed that they were missing, along with her 2010 Hyundai Elantra. Her front door was open, as well. She began knocking on her neighbors’ doors and called police.
As it turned out, police received at least two 911 calls just a few minutes earlier from witnesses who reported seeing the car driving in the area. One caller told police that the car had struck a fence, then driven off. Another said it looked like the car was being driven by a child. Responding officers spotted the vehicle “almost instantly” after police turned on their emergency lights, Sgt. Steve Martos said.
The police cars did not have their sirens on, he said. …Continue Reading
Slaughter, LA — Police say that an 8-year-old boy blew his grandmother’s brains out moments after playing the video game, Grand Theft Auto IV.
On Thursday afternoon, at the Country Breeze mobile home park, 90-year-old Marie Smothers was watching television when her 8-year-old grandson shot her in the head with a Colt .38-caliber Detective Special revolver.
The Sheriff’s Office release says the boy initially told investigators that he accidentally shot Smothers while playing with the revolver, but the investigation led them to believe the child shot her on purpose. The motive? The boy was reportedly playing Grand Theft Auto IV in the moments before the shooting.
The boy has since been released to his parents and will not face charges because, according to Louisiana state laws, any child under the age of 10 cannot be held responsible for any criminal act they may commit.
Of course the media will be all over this story, ignoring the real issues while featuring “experts” who will push long turds out of their mouth-holes while claiming violent media is turning our children into psychopathic automatons.…Continue Reading
Duncan, OK – Just when you think it’s safe to go for an afternoon jog, you get shot by a group of bored teenagers. That’s exactly what happened to 22-year-old Christopher Lane on Friday afternoon.
Lane was a student from Australia attending East Central University on a baseball scholarship. He was in Duncan visiting his girlfriend when he decided to go for a jog, which his father says was part of his daily routine.
Despite the upper-class neighborhood he was jogging in, there were some bad apples hanging around that afternoon. Three teenagers, identified as James Edwards, 15; Chancey Luna, 16; and Michael Jones, 17; spotted Lane jogging past the house they were hanging out at and decided to kill him.
“They saw Christopher go by, and one of them said: ‘There’s our target,’” Police Chief Danny Ford said. “The boy who has talked to us said, ‘We were bored and didn’t have anything to do, so we decided to kill somebody.’”
The three teens got into a car and followed Lane, then shot him one time in the back before driving off.…Continue Reading
HOUSTON, TX – Police in Texas have arrested a 10-year-old girl, charging her with the rape of a 4-year-old boy, and I still cannot find what in the hell this girl allegedly did.
Police say the incident happened back in April, but an arrest wasn’t made until last week after a juvenile sex crimes investigator was assigned to the case. The girl’s mother says her daughter has been accused of raping the boy in the courtyard of their apartment complex.
“She was just being a child having fun and playing,” the woman said. “She didn’t know she was doing anything wrong.”
The girl was arrested and taken to the downtown juvenile justice complex where she was fingerprinted, issued a standard jump suit and locked up in a cell. She was reportedly held there for four days without an attorney.
Quanell X, the leader of the New Black Panther Party in Houston, has stepped in to help defend the girl. “This was nothing more than inappropriate horseplay,” Quanell X said. “That’s what this was.…Continue Reading
Johnstown, PA – Police have charged a 12-year-old boy with armed robbery after he allegedly robbed a lemonade stand with a BB gun.
It happened on Wednesday when a 10-year-old running a lemonade stand was approached by the older boy who had a BB gun in his waistband and threatened the victim.
The two boys “got into a wrestling match over the money box” but the 12-year-old ended up getting the upper-hand and made off with $30.
The victim chased after the boy, along with his a few friends — ages 8, 10 and 13 — and tracked him down at his home. “The boys were all familiar with each other, so it wasn’t difficult to spot the suspect,” Johnstown Police Captain Andrew Frear said.
Police said the 12-year-old, who is not being identified because of his age, will face charges in juvenile court of robbery and recklessly endangering another person.
This isn’t the first time we’ve reported on young people committing armed robberies. In 2012, an 11-year-old boy tried to carjack and rob a woman at gunpoint in a church parking lot.…Continue Reading
Payette, ID – The death of a 6-year-old boy found hanging from a refrigerator has been ruled a suicide, making him the fourth confirmed case of a 6-year-old committing suicide in the U S of A since 2007..
On June 3, the boy was watching cartoons in the living room with his 7-year-old sister. The boy’s mother and stepfather were both home taking a shower. The boy went in to the kitchen and the sister told police she heard her brother making noise in the kitchen but did not check on him.
About 20 minutes later she walked into the kitchen to find that her brother had hanged himself by using his belt as a makeshift noose to hang himself from the freezer handle of the refrigerator. The girl screamed and her parents rushed to the kitchen and cut the belt. As the boy’s stepfather performed CPR, the boy’s frantic mother called 911.
Sadly, even the first-responders were unable to revive the boy and he was pronounced dead. The resulting investigation and a coroner’s report concluded that there were no signs of foul play and that the death was a suicide.…Continue Reading
JACINTO CITY, TX - A 15-year-old boy has been charged with murder after police say he stabbed his mother to death in her own bed because he was tired of being abused.
Police say 31-year-old Laura Moreno’s teenage son went into some kind of psychotic state and stabbed her to death as she slept in her bed. Afterwards he called his aunt to tell her what he’d done. She arrived at the home shortly after 3 a.m., found Laura dead in her bed, then called 911.
Witnesses told police they saw the teen running from the home screaming shortly before paramedics arrived. He allegedly told family members that he stabbed his mother to death because he was tired of her verbal and physical abuse, particularly when she’d been drinking.
“He just snapped,” said Jacinto City Police Chief Joe Ayala. “And the next thing he observed was that he had stabbed her and was removing the knife.”
Ayala described Laura’s wounds as defensive wounds, saying she was stabbed at least 10 times. …Continue Reading
FLORIDA – Police in Florida have arrested two teens and two young adults in connection to a week long shooting spree that left two people dead. The youngest of the accused, 15-year-old Konrad Schafer, shot another teen because he thought it would be fun.
Police had been working around the clock trying to determine who was responsible for a rash of shootings that mostly targeted homes and parked cars in the county. Bullet casing left at the scenes had investigators convinced they were dealing with the same gun in all of the incidents.
The shootings appeared to stop on July 2, the day police arrested a man in connection to a drive-by shooting that occurred within 1,000 feet of where 17-year-old David Guerrero was fatally shot on June 26 while waiting for a bus to take him to work. The man was described as a person of interest in Guerrero’s death, but that is no longer the case thanks to some solid police work and a group of murdering morons.…Continue Reading
Danbury, CT - A 12-year-old student at Broadview Middle School is facing attempted murder charges after police say he brought a knife to school with the intent to kill some of his classmates.
At around 12:30 p.m. Monday, on the last day of the school year, a teacher asked to search the unidentified boy’s backpack. I’ve read a few articles, but some of the details surrounding the teacher’s decision to search this particular boy’s backpack are unclear.
One article says that the boy had threatened some classmates in gym class, while another states the teacher simply felt that something was “off” with the boy. Regardless, when the boy was asked to hand over his backpack, he ran inside a bathroom and threw the knife out a window. When police questioned him later, he told them where the knife was.
None of the articles I read detail anything else the boy told police, but they seem quite confident that the boy brought the knife with the sole intention of harming other classmates.…Continue Reading
“The 13-year-old reported he started to wrestle with the victim and practiced ‘WWE’ style wrestling moves on the 5-year-old,” Col. John Fortunato of the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
Devalon Armstrong’s stepmother had left him to babysit 5-year-old Viloude Louis on the day the teen decided to practice some wrestling moves on the little girl. Those moves included repeated body slams on a bed, gut punches, jumping on her back and elbow-dropping into her kidneys.
“The 13-year-old continued by saying the victim complained that she was hurting, but he continued to slam, punch and elbow her for an additional two or three minutes, stopping when his mother called him on the phone to check on he and the victim,” sheriff’s officials said in the news release.
Afterwards, the girl complained of a stomach ache and went upstairs to brush her teeth.…Continue Reading
Cobb County, GA – A 13-year-old girl missing for a month was found hiding in the room of a 21-year-old man she’d met over the Internet.
Cobb County College student Joshua Measroach, 21, apparently used social media to convince a 13 year old girl to come with him after communicating online for three months. On May 2nd, Joshua drove the 50 mile distance to the girl’s Newton County home to pick her up and take her with him back to his room in Cobb County. The incident was initially thought to be a runaway situation as several of the girl’s personal effects were taken from her room.
The girl’s parents helped police with the investigation noting she was an avid user of social media websites. It’s undoubtedly through her online activities that police were able to find the girl holed up with Joshua Measroach. It’s there the girl and Joshua had engaged in various sexual acts during her month-long stay. It’s unclear whether she was being held against her will, but considering she went willingly with him, I have a feeling she was there on her own accord – at least initially.…Continue Reading
Clyde, NY – A man who caught four children vandalizing a home and held them in a closet until police arrived, has been charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
It happened Saturday night when Jesse Daniels had his wife call 911 after he heard loud noises coming from the home next door that he was renovating for his father-in-law. When he went inside the home, he busted four kids, ages eight and ten, doing some major damage to the property. He knew the kids and their parents, and his wife had a minor altercation with them earlier that day when she asked the kids, who were on ATV’s, to get off their property.
Daniels said he took a hammer from one of the kids and then herded them all into a closet until police got there. “So I grab the one hammer and the other three (boys) got hammers, now I don’t know what to do here, I said you guys put that stuff down, what are you doing? …Continue Reading

NEW YORK, NY – A quick-thinking 10-year-old scared off two men during a home invasion by firing the gun one of the men dropped.
The two men showed up to the Brooklyn home Monday evening posing as Fedex delivery men. When two teenage sisters answered the door, the two men rushed in and forced the girls into the living room at gunpoint, instructing them to get on the floor.
When one of the men went to the second floor of the residence, the girls’ mother made a mad dash to 10-year-old son’s bedroom with the invader in hot pursuit. She managed to get in a bedroom and slam the door on the man’s hand, causing him him to drop his gun.
Her quick-thinking kid then picked up the man’s gun and fired a shot at him. The two men then fled the home, but not before taking a shot at the kid. No one was injured during the incident, and the men left empty-handed.
A neighbor said the family may have been targeted because they own a store and the home invaders, described as two black males in their ’20s, may have figured there was lots of cash inside.…Continue Reading
New York, NY – The third-grade boy’s mother has filed a $6 million lawsuit after her son was forced to perform oral sex on three students in his school’s bathroom last year. The suit alleges that the ringleader of the attack, a 5th-grader, was involved in an attack on a female student two years earlier.
According to the lawsuit, after the boy had finished his lunch at Public School 194 he was waiting in the hall for classes to resume. That’s when the fifth-grader and two third-graders pushed him into a bathroom stall were one boy held his hands behind his back while another forced him to his knees.
The three boys then forced the victim to perform oral sex on them. After they were done, the boy immediately reported the assault to a teacher while the accused bragged to everyone about what they had done. The teacher alerted a guidance counselor and principal Josephine Bazan, who called the boy’s mother.
Here’s where it gets even more messed up. The fifth-grader was involved in a sexual related attack two years prior, and had received no punishment whatsoever.…Continue Reading
