Fort Meyers, Florida- 16-year old Justin Tetreault had a history of mental problems and was constantly running away from foster homes.  Holly Cook, of Fort Myers, said she had custody of the teen from SeptemberSeptember reviews, 2007, to AugustAugust reviews, 2008. CookCook reviews said when he came to their home, he started doing better, but suddenly changed. She believed he was hanging out with the wrong crowd. Justin ran away from her home, as well, and even though he was not supposed to see his mother, he went to see her anyway. On March 20, 2009, Jason Pinkerton believed he was taking his step-son, Justin, to a friend’s house. The two pulled over at a vacant lot where the teen said his friends would meet him.
