Jason M. Eberhardt Doesn’t Follow Directions

Marlbough, Mass. - You know those guys who never listen? Yeah, Jason Eberhardt is one of those guys. He was in court on Thursday to be arraigned on a charge of raping a seven-year-old.  Despite the prosecutor’s request for a $10,000 cash bond, Judge Jonathan Brant decided to let Eberhardt just walk out of the courtroom – as long as he followed some simple instructions, like “don’t contact the victim.” So Eberhardt, 32, walked out of the courtroom and went to a pay phone, where he called the victim’s house.
