After Getting Kicked Out Of Bar, Man Barricades Exit And Sets It On Fire

HOUSTON, TX – Police have arrested a man for allegedly barricading a populated bar’s exit and then setting the bar on fire.
On the night of April 19, 30-year-old Jaime Mata and his buddy, known only as “Pepe,” were kicked out of an East Houston nightclub, the East End Bar, for fighting with staff.
Apparently they felt that if they weren’t to be allowed a full night’s fun, no one else should be either. Witnesses state that as the pair were being ejected, Mata called out the subtle warning, “This place is gonna burn!”
Mata and Co. left and fetched some gasoline from a nearby Conoco station. They then returned to the bar where, as is clearly seen in surveillance video, a shirtless man with ‘Mata’ emblazoned on his back (and tits bigger than mine) accompanied by an equally shirtless friend, closes the burglar bars over the front door of the bar. He then wedges a large piece of wood between the burglar gate and the ground, effectively jamming it closed.
Further video shows the men rounding the building and pouring the gasoline along the bar’s back wall and rear exit, then lighting it. Lucky for patrons and staff, the building was equipped with a third door and everyone was able to safely evacuate.…
