Veterinarian Gets Probation After He Was Caught Having Sex With Horse

Tulsa, OK - A veterinary student who was videotaped engaging in sex with a horse got off. …with probation after pleading guilty to sodomy charges in an Oklahoma court
Thomas Wilson, 28, was a veterinarian in training at the Legacy Equine Medical and Surgical Centre near Tulsa. According to court records, in September 2009, a co-worker of Wilson’s checking on the horses by live video feed saw Wilson probing a horse with his ‘peniscope.’ …and that’s unlawful in Oklahoma.
According to the arrest affidavit, the colleague confronted Wilson immediately after seeing him engaging in sex with one of the center’s horses. Wilson reportedly responded, “I’m glad you caught me. I need help.”
The Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners investigated the incident and he was charged him with one count of sodomy. According to the OSCN, Wilson was arrested and released after posting a $100,000 cash bond. Sodomy is punishable by up to 10 years in prison in Oklahoma.
After the incident but before his arrest, Wilson participated in a graduation ceremony of his veterinary school, Oklahoma State University.…

Magnolia, AR - A Southern Arkansas University rodeo team member is in a bit of trouble after being implicated in the theft of horses kept at the university stables.
According to court documents, five horses and an aluminum trailer were stolen from the SAU stables on November 3. Three of the horses were worth more than $25,000 each. The other two — and the trailer — were worth somewhere between $5,000 and $25,000 each. Jaci Rae Jackson, a student rodeo team member who turned 19 yesterday, has been charged as an accomplice to the crime.
As investigators began working the case, they were reportedly told by one of Jackson’s fellow rodeo students that Jackson had asked her who owned the horses that were later stolen. Court documents described another student saying that Jackson took notes about the locations of the stalls where the stolen horses were housed.
Then, on Nov. 7, an informant reported to authorities that Jackson had asked for help moving the stolen horses. According to the affidavit, Jackson told the informant that her mother’s boyfriend had “screwed it up.”
It is hard to know what, exactly, the mother’s boyfriend ‘screwed up’ but, apparently, it wasn’t the killing of one of the horses.…

Oregon – The 21-year-old Oregon woman who got naked and climbed inside the bloody carcass of a horse so that she could ”feel one with a horse” will not be charged with a crime as none were found to have been committed.
Police say the couple had recently taken over care of the 32-year-old horse in declining health and in an effort to humanely put it down and harvest the meat, they shot it with a high powered rifle. Then they broke out the camera and snapped a few photos.
A few of the photos show the blood drenched couple holding pieces of the dead horse while others, the really “wtf” ones, show the woman nude and inside the dead animal. And when I say inside, I mean “Luke Skywalker stuffed in his Tauntaun” inside.

Gary, Indiana – If you are responsible for leaving two bodies in a 15-foot high pile of horse manure at an Indiana horse farm, police would like to talk with you.
A man was boarding his horse at the farm Sunday morning when he notice what he thought was an arm sticking out of the manure pile that has collected on the farm for a couple years. When police arrived and began removing the body from the pile, they found a second one. Both bodies, one of them being reported as a white male, were wrapped in plastic.
The second body has not been identified as at the time of the reports, it had not been removed from the plastic. They were waiting for today so that the coroner could perform an autopsy as soon as the plastic was removed. They also found some bones in the pile, but they turned out to belong to horses.
Police are asking that anyone missing anyone, or with any information as to how these bodies got to where they were found, to contact Gary police Detective Mike Barnes at (219) 881-7434.…

Suffolk, VA – Joy Joco put her horses out to graze Monday afternoon and headed into town to run some errands. When she returned home approximately three hours later, one of her horses, a 16-year-old Tennessee Walker named Angel, wasn’t in the pen where she had been left. As Joy approached Angel, she could see blood on the animal’s hindquarters. “I was like, ‘Oh my God!’” Joy said, “I called the vet immediately. He came out and examined and said to me, ‘Joy, do you have any enemies?’ And I said, ‘Not that I know of.’ He said ‘This horse has been raped, you need to call the police.’” The vet believes the horse was sexually assaulted with a blunt object, possibly a baseball bat. And judging by marks found on the horses hind legs, it appears as if she was restrained during the violation. A witness reported seeing a silver Ford “dually” parked in the driveway while the family was gone and Joy said someone cut through a portion of the fence around the pasture to gain access to Angel.…

Goshen, New York – I couldn’t let a day go by without posting at least one story and thanks to the heads up from Al Bruno III, it’s a good one. After a 6-month investigation, police have charged 18-year-old Erick Rivera with burglary and sexual misconduct with an animal. Police are also awaiting the results of DNA testing “from various items of evidence that have been recovered from the previous incidents,” according to the report. Rivera is being held in the Orange County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail. The charges stem from Rivera’s extra-curricular activities at the Goshen Historic Track. Police allege Rivera would sneak out of his rented room that overlooked the track, enter the unlocked stables after midnight, use bridles to keep the horses in place in their stalls – then make sweet, sweet love to them.…
