Harold Spurling, Jeffrey Brisson: Baby Rapers

New Britain, CT – Harold Spurling, 39, and Jeffrey Brisson, 29, are in custody tonight on multiple charges of child molestation and sexual assault involving a 3-month-old baby girl and a 14-year-old boy.
