WEST PHILADELPHIA – Scarce info at this point, but the news is reporting that two teens got into an argument on a school bus that ended when a 15-year-old pulled out a gun and shot at the 17-year-old, grazing his ear. The injuries were not life-threatening, but the victim shit his pants was taken to the hospital where he was reported to be in stable condition. The suspect then shoved the gun in the bus driver’s face before getting off and fleeing the scene. He was arrested a couple blocks away still carrying the .25-caliber handgun. The school bus was on its way to the CEP Miller Disciplinary School, where both the shooter and the victim are students. No word on if the bus had cameras installed. ESSEX, Maryland – An off-duty Baltimore police officer, Eric Michael Janik, 36, was taking his 9-year-old daughter through the haunted house attraction, The House of Screams, along with another police officer, Lisa Michelle Hinkley. When they reached the end of tour, they ran into Michael Brian Morrison, 32. VACAVILLE, Calif. – While still being called an accidental shooting, an 8-year-old boy picked up a firearm, pointed it at his little sister and shot her in the head, killing her. Vacaville police continue to investigate the incident, trying to determine if anyone should be charged with a crime.  “It ’s a tragic case of a sibling who picked up a firearm, thinking it was a toy, pointed it as his sister and discharged one round from the firearm, striking her in the head,” said Vacaville Police Sgt. Charlie Spruill. Officers removed four rifles and two handguns from the house but would not state if any of them were locked in the gun safe that was in the house, as required by California law. SCITUATE, Mass – A woman brings a 16-year-old boy to the South Shore Hospital emergency room. He is suffering from a gunshot to the leg. Hospital officials contact the Weymouth police and the woman, 55-year-old Louellyn Lambros, tells them that the 16-year-old and her son were at her home when they heard noises in the backyard. When they all went to investigate, an intruder shot the teen in the leg through an open window. Police begin their investigation, and quickly realize that the story was bullshit. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania It sucks enough that you may one day find yourself engaged in the battle of the bulge, sweating some fat off your ass at the neighborhood gym on a Tuesday night. But George Sodini, 48 and spineless, whack-job gym member, made things even more horrific when he entered the gym at around 8 p.m. last night. With two handguns concealed in a gym bag, he went inside a Latin dance class occupied by 30 women, turned off the lights, and opened fire. OKLAHOMA CITY – This one will be interesting, but I don’t think a jury will convict him. Two teens stormed into the pharmacy 57-year-old Jerome Ersland worked. While one teen held the employees at gunpoint, Jerome produced one of his own. Gunfire is (allegedly) exchanged and Antwun Parker, 16, is shot in the head and falls to the floor. The other teen runs with Jerome giving chase. Upon returning, Jerome walks over to Parker who is still on the ground, and shoots him 5 more times, killing him. [Read more...]

Miami, Florida – Customers at a local Burger King were caught in the middle of a shootout at around 4 p.m. Tuesday, at the Burger King located at Northeast 54th Street and Biscayne Boulevard. A man came into the restaurant wearing a ski mask, brandishing a handgun and demanding money. UnknownUnknown reviews to him, a customer was in the store observing the incident, and he had a weapon of his own. Deciding to take action, the patron and the robber exchanged shots at each other. When the shooting stopped, the robber lay on the floor dead, and the customer was suffering from several gunshot wounds. He is in serious but stable condition at Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center.
