RIVERDALE, GA – A 2-year-old girl was killed Friday after a mirror fell on her while she trying on shoes inside a Payless shoe store.

The accident happened while Ifrah Siddique was inside the store trying on shoes with her family. For reasons not currently being reported, a full-length mirror fell and hit the girl in the back of the head.

“I could hear the crash and the mom screaming. Everybody was crowded around the door. It’s just tragic,” said a Payless employee. “I’m sure the mom didn’t think when she was coming in to go shopping she wouldn’t come out with her child. That’s bad. Really bad.”

Siddique reportedly had massive internal bleeding and had lost a lot of blood by the time paramedics arrived. She was pronounced dead after being rushed to the hospital.

“I feel dead like I am no more…that was my little girl,” said the girl’s father, Mohsin Siddique.

Payless released the following statement:

“Our deepest sympathies go out to the family of Ifrah Siddique during this time of incredible loss.…

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA – A couple in Georgia have been accused of torturing a 13-year-old girl for years to the point she is permanently disfigured.

Warning for those of you who are disturbed by extreme child abuse stories: skip this one.

After a teacher noticed one of her 13-year-old students may be the victim of child abuse, she contacted Gwinnett police.

The resulting investigation initially resulted in the girl’s biological mother and stepfather being charged with one count of child abuse. That was until investigators began talking to the victim and found she has endured years of torture.

“Once we started talking to her it became very clear that it was a much more significant case,” Assistant District Attorney Tracie Cason said. “The severity of what happened to this child over a number of years is just astounding.”

According to the Gwinnett County D.A.’s office, the girl’s stepfather, 32-year-old Rimmon Lewis, was convicted of abusing the girl in 2014 and placed on probation. But the abuse continued at the hands of both Lewis and her own mother, 33-year-old Angela Strothers.…

HART COUNTY, GA — A grandmother is facing murder charges after her two pit bulls mauled her 20-month-old grandson to death.

According to Hart County officials, 70-year-old Sandra Bowers Adams was babysitting her grandson at her home on Tuesday.

Adams told GBI agents that they were going back inside the house when her pit bulls ran out the back door, knocking Adams down and attacking the boy.

She eventually got the dogs off of her grandson and rush him to the hospital, after stopping to pick up the boy’s mother who was nearby, but it was too late.

By time he arrived at Reddy Urgent Care, he was pronounced dead from several bites and tears to his head and neck.

After an extensive investigation and interviews with family members, Adams was charged second-degree murder, second-degree cruelty to children and felony involuntary manslaughter.

Part of the reason why the district attorney was comfortable with these charges may have to do with the fact that Adams has been cited multiple times by the Hartwell Police Department under a city ordinance maintaining disorderly animals.…

TUCKER, GA – Police have arrested a 25-year-old woman after she left her one-year-old daughter in a hot car for six hours while she was getting her hair done.

Police say Dijanelle Fowler arrived at her hair appointment at 10:04AM on June 15, and left her daughter, Skylar, in the car with the air conditioning on.

A short time after entering the salon, her car died and Skylar would slowly cook to death as the temperatures outside reached 90 degrees.

At no time during the six hours Fowler was in the salon did she ever come out and check on her daughter.

Now here’s where things get even worse. After arriving at her car and finding her daughter dead, police believe she hid her daughter’s body with clothes and got a man from inside the salon to help her get her car started.

She then texted Skylar’s godfather and informed him she was going to go to the hospital because she was suffering severe headaches. During this time, Fowler was also Googling “seizure symptoms”.…

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA – A horrific story unfolding out of Georgia where a woman has been accused of stabbing four of her young children to death, along with her husband.

Officers got a 911 call from the woman inside the home just before 4:50 a.m. Thursday.

When they arrived at the home, they found the woman’s husband and four children dead. A fifth child was taken to the hospital in serious condition. It appears that all the victims were stabbed.

Police have not released the names of the family, but say the husband was in his 30s. Their neighbor said the family’s youngest child is a toddler and the oldest is 7-years-old.

Police believe the woman was with her family for at least 24 hours after they had been stabbed. The deceased male’s borther said the family had just returned from the beach and he talked to him over the phone Wednesday at about 2:30 p.m. and nothing seemed wrong.

However, around two hours later, a boy in the neighborhood knocked on their door to see if the kids wanted to ride bikes like they normally do and no one answered the door.…

CLAYTON COUNTY, GA – A man on a Delta flight was taken to the hospital after a passenger’s emotional support dog bit him in the face.

The incident happened Sunday at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport as passengers were boarding a flight to San Diego.

Ronald Mundy Jr., from North Carolina, was in a middle seat with his “chocolate lab pointer mix” in his lap, while Marlin Jackson, from Alabama, was sitting beside Mundy in the window seat.

The dog had been issued to Mundy, a marine and “combat veteran”, as an emotional support animal and, for reasons unknown, decided it didn’t like the cut of Jackson’s jib. The dog let Jackson know this by biting the man in the face.

“The gentleman’s face was completely bloody, blood in his eyes, cheeks, nose, his mouth, his shirt was covered in blood,” said passenger, Bridget Maddox-Peoples.

Paramedics arrived and took Jackson to the hospital, while Mundy and his dog were placed on another plane. Mundy’s dog was placed in a kennel for that flight.…

HOGANSVILLE, GA – A three -year-old boy has died after his 1-year-old brother struck him in the head with a toy truck.

The incident happened on May 6 as the boys were playing at their home while their mother’s boyfriend was babysitting.

At some point, according to the boyfriend, the younger brother hit his older brother in the head with a remote control truck.
After the older boy was struck the boyfriend sent to him to bed and did not call 911 until the next morning when he found the boy unresponsive in his bed.

They boy was rushed to the hospital with some bruising and scratches to his face, but doctors were unable to revive him.

The boyfriend was arrested on a probation violation in another county, but no arrests have been made in relation to the boy’s death.

Hogansville Police Chief Brian Harr requested additional assistance on the case from the Troup County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

“Anytime we have a death, child or adult, that was not under medical care it’s considered an ‘unattended death,'” said Harr.…

ATLANTA, GA – A 5-year-old boy died after he was crushed to death by a revolving restaurant in Atlanta.

The tragic incident happened Friday night as Charlie Holt and his parents were eating lunch at the Sun Dial, a 73-story restaurant at the top of Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel that rotates 360-degrees.

According to police, the boy wandered about five feet from his parents’ table when he got stuck between a rotating portion of the floor and a wall, a space of only about 4 to 5 inches.

“His whole body was caught between four to five inches of space.” Atlanta police Sgt. Warren Pickard said. “His head took the brunt of the injury.”

The floor automatically cut off and staff, along with patrons at the restaurant, immediately tried everything they could to save Charlie.

“The amount of people who were helping was amazing,” Pickard said. “They were moving furniture, they were pulling chairs — chairs that were bolted to the floor — they were pulling them up to try to get the child out.”

First-responders were on the scene within minutes, but Charlie was already unresponsive.…

LILBURN, GA – A 7-year-old boy is recovering after two pit bulls attacked him and ripped off both of his ears.

On Christmas Eve, 7-year-old Ethan Fain was playing with his dog in the back yard of his grandmother’s house when two of the neighbor’s pit bulls pulled him over a fence and began mauling him.

His mother heard his screams and jumped the fence to stop the attack, but by that time, one of Ethan’s ears was hanging off and the other had been ripped off completely.

Ethan was rushed to the hospital where he would spend a few weeks recovering from 300 stitches across his back, neck and shoulders. Doctors were able to sew one of his ears back in place, but have sewn his right ear into the skin of his abdomen for a future reattachment surgery.

He has been home from the hospital for a few weeks but still needs regular medical care, including future reconstructive surgeries and seeing doctors for his post-traumatic stress disorder.

“Ethan still has nightmares and panic attacks related to the attack,” his mother said.…

SILVER CREEK, GA – Videos taken by Katelyn Davis, the 12-year-old girl who live-streamed her suicide, are currently being published online and offer a real glimpse into her home life.

All I can say about it is that if I had to live in a household like that at 12, I don’t know if I would have hanged myself, but I surely would have murdered someone.

I have included two videos of Katelyn having an argument with her mother, which you can watch below, and it is like the breakfast scene in Rob Zombie’s Halloween.

During this argument you hear everything Katelyn had complained about in some of her other online videos, and she was not exaggerating.

She and her mother argue about Katelyn constantly having to watch her unruly siblings, about her mother’s drug use and bringing men over, Katelyn’s cutting and even Katelyn expressing her anger over her mother not immediately kicking out her man after an incident in a pool. It’s a goddamn train wreck.

Look, I’m sure no one would like to have a recording of an argument of themselves and their kid put out there, especially if you didn’t know you were being recorded and the person listening didn’t have context.…

SILVER CREEK, GA – Katelyn Nichole Davis, 12, live-streamed her own suicide by hanging last Friday, and the video is about one of the most depressing things I have watched in some time.

Initial news reports stated Katelyn’s body was discovered with self-inflicted wounds outside her home at around 6 p.m. on Dec 30, 2016. Despite attempts to save her life, she was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital.

Turns out, Katelyn used the application to live-stream her suicide, and the 42-minute video details her hanging herself from a tree. I am including the video below, but be warned, it’s a child committing suicide.

For those of you who don’t want to watch it, the first half of the video is Katelyn positioning the camera, measuring the rope she attaches to a tree and makes adjustments. During this section, the sun is shining and the ambient neighborhood noises of passing cars, birds and barking dogs can be heard in the background.

She then climbs on top of a bucket and fastens the noose around her neck.…

Shavone WhiteheadBROOKHAVEN, GA — Police say 8-month old Kamonie Whitehead died after the girl’s mother and her boyfriend beat her with a belt.

The couple called 911 on August 1 to report Kamonie was making a “loud gurgling noise” and that when they checked on her they found her unresponsive. The girl’s mother, Shavone Whitehead, performed CPR on her daughter until paramedics arrived.

Kamonie was taken to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston Hospital, where doctors would find the baby suffering from injuries to her legs, buttocks, chin and arms, multiple rib fractures and a possible skull fracture.

Sadly, after being on life support for the last two weeks, Kamonie was pronounced dead Saturday night.

When police questioned Whitehead about the girl’s injuries, she initially denied she was responsible, but later admitted the couple would beat her baby with a belt to punish her.

Just how bad could this baby have been? With the injuries she suffered its like she routinely set the house on fire, stole the family car for drug-fueled parties in downtown Atlanta, and was dealing crack to the neighbors from her crib.…
