Sharon, PA – Trumbull County assistant prosecutor Sean O’Brien says, “It’s one of the worst abuse cases I’ve seen.” And he ain’t kidding. The boy had been beaten and tortured by his mother’s husband, Damion Wise, for nearly two years.
