Liberty City, FL – This bitch makes my blood boil.   Felicia Watkins, 37, doesn’t look like she misses any meals.  Hell, she works as a high school lunch lady, so we know the bitch can cook.   But apparently feeding her seven-year-old niece was more than this rotund pile of magenta-topped nastiness could handle.

Worse, she beat and tortured the little girl if the child tried to steal food.   And even worse than that?
