Jamestown, NY - Just after midnight Tuesday morning, a 68-year-old woman was left outside the Jamestown Police Station and had to make her way up the curb and steps on her own. A simple task made difficult because she is physically disabled — walking with the aid of a walker and using an oxygen tank.
Apparently, the woman’s husband, Howard Timblin, dropped her off after their son Edward Timblin threw her out of the home the three shared. [Read more...]
