Melissa Arrington Is Easily Amused

TUCSON, Arizona – It was bad enought that Melissa Arington decided to drive drunk two months ago, even though she was driving on a suspended license for a prior DUI, but it was made even worse when on night of December 1, 2006 she swerved off the road, hit and killed bicyclist Paul L’Ecuyer, 45,and then continued for 800 feet before stopping. She was convicted two months ago of negligent homicide and two counts of aggravated DUI. She could have gotten as few as four years behind bars, but Superior Court Judge Michael Cruikshank sentenced her Tuesday to 10½ years. All because of a recorded phone call between her and an unknown male companion.…

Charmaine Wilson Says Yes To Carpool Duty

January 23, 2008 at 12:52 pm by

Charmaine Wilson Says Yes To Carpool DutyMilwaukee, WI – Keith Wilson, 14, and Deshun Williams, 16, had places to be last Thursday night. They’d been hanging out at Keith’s aunt’s home for a little while and were ready to move on – home, or Grandma’s to spend the night. So they asked Keith’s aunt Charmaine Wilson, 39, to give them a ride. She gladly obliged, and the evening seemed to be drawing to a mellow close when Wilson’s car slammed into a light pole, ejecting and killing both teens.

Both boys had massive trauma to their heads and faces. Keith Wilson died at the scene, and Deshun Williams died Friday morning at a Milwaukee hospital. Charmaine Wilson was treated briefly at a hospital, but walked away with only minor injuries. Probably because her blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit – she blew a .20 blood alcohol content at the hospital

Wilson had ingested several beers, a half-pint of vodka, half a Vicodin and her psych meds before driving her nephew and his friend. Authorities are still determining whether she was drinking or using drugs with the boys.…
