Woman Accused Of Trying To Decapitate Sleeping Husband With Electric Saw

EVERETT, WA – A woman in Washington was in court yesterday, answering to accusations that she tried to cut off her sleeping husband’s head with a reciprocating saw.
Police arrested 44-year-old Renee Bishop-McKean last October after her husband, Brett Bishop, told them that she had just tried to kill him. He told them that he had awoke to the sound of the Sawzall reciprocating saw that his wife had in her hands, and was in the process of pressing against his neck.
After pushing her away and jumping out of bed, Bishop says he fought with McKean to get control of the saw. ”Renee came at me in the kitchen with the Sawzall raised up, we had a struggle over it,” said Bishop. “She kept pulling the trigger to make it run, so I reached out and pulled the battery out of it.”
Not quite ready to call it a loss, the criminal complaint states McKean swung a hatchet at Bishop and hit him in the back of the head with a mallet. When police arrived at the home they could hear Bishop screaming at his wife. ”It was you, it was you,” Bishop could be heard shouting.…

Turkey – I normally don’t post stories from other countries but I couldn’t pass this one up. A woman in Turkey got sick of being blackmailed by the man who raped her and got her pregnant, so she shot the asshole, decapitated him, then threw his head into the village square.
The 26-year-old woman is five months pregnant with her rapist’s baby and claims the man had taken naked pictures of her that he would routinely threaten to show to her family if she didn’t continue sleeping with him. Since honor is a big thing over there, and he was mucking hers up, she admits that after months of being abused that she took matters into her own hands.
The mother of two did this by shooting the man ten times, several of those being to the dick, before stabbing him in the abdomen, cutting off his head, and then hurling it into Yalvac’s village square. When she was arrested near the man’s severed head she reportedly said, “That is the head of one who toyed with my honor.”
The woman is now trying to abort her baby, even though she is beyond Turkey’s ten week limit allowed for abortion.…

NASHVILLE, TN - A man is currently behind bars after police say he used a sword to nearly decapitate his younger brother.
On Thursday night police received a call from 33-year-old Charles Masters, who told them he had a dead body in his apartment. When police arrived, they found Masters’ brother, 28-year-old Jordan Masters, dead on the living room floor.
And by dead, I mean really, really dead. According to police, Jordan’s body had multiple lacerations and that his head had been partially severed. Investigators believe he was killed last weekend after getting into an altercation with his older brother, and that a sword found in the apartment was the weapon used to kill him.
Some of this info was obtained from Charles himself, who made incriminating statements to police at the scene, including Charles telling them that he had been laying with his brother’s body for the last couple nights hoping that he would wake up and everything would go back to normal.
Charles was arrested and charged with his brother’s murder.…

Los Angeles, CA – If you left a man’s severed head underneath the Hollywood sign, the Los Angeles police would like to have a word with you.
On Tuesday, two female hikers were walking nine dogs in Bronson Canyon Park when they noticed two of the dogs playing with an object in a bag. The object was a man’s severed head.
“One of the dogs ran into the brush and came out carrying a plastic grocery bag,” police Cmdr. Andrew Smith said. ”As the dogs shook the plastic grocery bag the severed human head fell out of the bag and onto the ground.”
Initial reports were that the head belonged to an Armenian American in his 40s with salt and pepper hair. Investigators do not feel the head was there long as there were no signs that any animals had gotten to it before the two dogs did.
Police were back out there today with cadaver dogs and found two severed hands they feel belong to whoever is also missing a head.…

NEVADA CITY, Calif. – It’s been awhile since we’ve had an article regarding someone dying via a wood chipper, but that ends today after a man clearing brush in California was killed after being pulled into one.
Reports are that 50-year-old Martin Lara was feeding branches into an industrial-sized wood chipper when he got tangled in a rope used to bundle branches and was pulled into the machine head first. Other workers heard a loud scream from the 50-year-old man but were unable to do anything to help the father of two.
This poor bastard did not suffer the dreaded “total morselization” seen in other incidents where a person is pulled completely through a wood chipper, but was decapitated and found tangled in the wood chipper’s rotors.
They used to be hard to find, but if you do a quick Google search, you can see what happens to the human body when it has been pulled into one of these machines. It’s pretty much what you’d expect.

Sarasota, FL — Ricky Leer, 48, was arrested earlier this week for allegedly decapitating another homeless man after the man essentially ruined what was to be a delicious steak dinner.
A third man in the pair’s camp apparently called 911 early Tuesday morning, claiming he watched as Leer “chopped off” the unidentified man’s head.
According to the witness, the three were just kind of hanging out Monday night, barbecuing steaks and drinking rum, when the victim accidentally knocked over the grill they were using to cook the steaks on. That unforgivable transgression ultimately led to some wicked choppin’ and hackin’ on Leer’s part.
The witness told police Leer knocked the 53-year-old victim to the ground, grabbed a machete-like knife and began to “chop” at the man’s head. At that point, the witness wisely took off running.
The witness later led deputies to the victim’s body and provided a spot-on description of Leer. Deputies canvassed the area and soon found Leer at the campsite, drinking rum. He was taken into custody without incident.
Leer is being held without bail, charged with second-degree murder.…

Louisville, KY - Micheatria Donelson has been awarded over one million dollars, still a fraction of what she was asking for, after enduring a truly horrific ordeal of witnessing her premature baby decapitated during birth.
A jury decided yesterday to award Donelson the money, finding that doctors were at least somewhat at fault for what happened to her in the hospital back in 2006.
Donelson wasn’t near pregnant enough to be having a baby. According to the defense, she was only 21 weeks, although her side argued it was 24. Regardless of the time period, she found herself bleeding and in the hospital. Doctors were far from optimistic about the chances of the baby surviving.
Dr. Joseph Bilotta utilized a ‘cerclage’: a string used to keep the cervix closed and my word of the day. The defense claims it would be physically impossible to deliver a baby with the instrument in place, although Donelson’s side claimed that’s exactly why things went the way they did. Whether the cerclage was in place or not, no one argued about what happened.…

North Naples, FL — Florida State Attorney’s Office released a 200-page document Wednesday describing the crime scene encountered by Collier County deputies when they responded to a 911 call on July 26th of this year. It was not good.
The call to 911 was made by the parents of the apartment dweller, Christopher Serna, 34. Serna’s parents had reportedly found him in the apartment covered in blood and thought he had been the victim of an assault.
The new documents from the State Attorney’s Office, however, describe Collier County deputies finding the bloody Serna sitting on a black box shaking uncontrollably. He wouldn’t respond to their questions.
With little progress being made, a deputy went looking around the apartment. In the living room, the deputy found the head of a woman who would later be identified as Suzanne Bishop, 45. Documents describe a metal rod with a black rubber handle protruding from her head.
Suzanne Bishop’s body was discovered on the floor of the master bedroom. Next to her, investigators saw two knives and a baseball bat.…

New York, NY - A man was decapitated on track 18 around 6:45pm Sunday night by an eastbound train at Penn Station.
Not much is known about the man, other than that he no longer has a head, is in his 40′s and may or may not be our old friend Mr. Pickle.
While police are still investigating, it isn’t believed there was any malicious intent involved. At this point they believe he may have not been able to afford a real haircut simply jumped or fell.
Transit employees have been offered counseling because apparently seeing someone get their noggin taken off by a choo-choo can mess you up a little.
Surprisingly, the whole affair only knocked back the entire transit system by 19 minutes. Perhaps I’m a bit used to the disastrous nature of my home state’s incredibly slow response to anything, but I feel like 19 minutes could be a record for having to mop up a suspected suicide.…

Yorktown, VA — An unidentified 46-year-old man is quite dead after decapitating himself following a domestic dispute with his ex-wife and a brief standoff with police.
Shortly after 10 a.m. Tuesday, deputies arrived at the ex-wife’s home in response to a report of a domestic dispute. The man, however, had already vacated the premises.
As one officer was taking a statement from the woman, another officer in the area noticed a utility trailer in flames. When firefighters arrived to douse the flames, they found the man in question sitting inside the Ford Explorer that had been towing the trailer. Police say he ignored repeated commands to exit the vehicle.
At some point during the standoff, firefighters noticed the man had a cable attached to his neck…the other end was attached to a nearby tree. As officers approached to speak to the man, he hit the gas. He was pulled from the vehicle and decapitated, putting an abrupt end to any future arguments with the ex.
York-Poquoson Sheriff Danny Diggs said the man and his ex had apparently been arguing about his living arrangements.…

THIBODAUX, La. – Lots of details have come out over the last 24 hours regarding the man who decapitated his handicapped son the other day, and it just keeps getting worse.
One of the most chilling revelations is the fact that the boy’s head was left on the sidewalk so that his mother would see it when she got home.
Police say 30-year-old Jeremiah Lee Wright admitted to bludgeoning 7-year-old Jori Lirette to death before using a meat cleaver to decapitate him and dismember his body over the kitchen sink.
His motive? He says he was tired of taking care of the boy. Lirette suffered from cerebral palsy, was wheelchair bound and had to be fed through a feeding tube.
The boy’s mother, Jesslyn Lirette, had left that day to get her truck repaired and police say that’s when Jeremiah attacked his son.
“The cause of death was determined to be blunt force trauma to the head,” Thibodaux Police Chief Scott Silverii said. “He had extensive bleeding to the right side of his brain, decapitation and dismemberment.”
Wright told police he intentionally left the boy’s severed head on the sidewalk so Jesslyn would see it when she returned home.…

THIBODAUX, La. - Police have arrested a man they say killed his mentally-handicapped son, who was confined to a wheelchair, and then cut him up in the sink before discarding him on the sidewalk like trash.
The town of Thibodaux has not seen a murder since 2008, but that all changed on Sunday when someone walking near the home of 30-year-old Jeremiah Wright noticed the head of 7-year-old Jori Lirette sitting on the sidewalk near some trash.
Police were called and arrive shortly after, finding Lirette’s head was sitting near a trash bag that contained his dismembered body.
“When I got here, it was something to be upset about,” said Capt. Calvin Cooks. “It struck a nerve.”
Police say Wright was charged with the murder after he admitted to killing the boy and then dismembering him over the family’s kitchen sink. No motive for the murder has been reported.
Lirette’s mother was not at home at the time during the murder or the discovery, but had to be hospitialized when she arrived at the scene and was informed of her son’s murder.…

Fargo, ND – When the smoke from the firework cleared, 41-year-old Jesse William Burley’s headless – and lifeless – body was lying in the street. BATF agents are assisting Fargo police to determine the circumstances leading up to it.
Chris Hanson, a neighbor, reportedly said that just before 9:30 PM on July 4th, Burley let off a large firework that caused a big bang and “visible shock waves in the air.” I am assuming that when shock waves are visible, whatever caused them is big. Really big.
Hanson described Burley taking another firework and walking with it to the middle of the street.
“Within 10 seconds of us talking to him, he lit it and all we saw was a cloud of smoke, a bang,” Hanson recounted. “When I walked up to his body, it was nothing but his shoulders down.”
Burley’s children, ages 2 and 3, were reportedly not at home at the time of the accident.
Fargo Police Lt. Joel Vettel reportedly said that police were confident it was a federally regulated, commercial-grade firework.…

Sharpsburg, PA — An investigation has begun into how a groundhog in Sharpsburg, Pennsylvania ended up being nailed to the railroad tracks. This discovery comes on the hind paws of the discovery of two beheaded cats earlier this week.
Humane officers at Animal Friends said the decapitated cats were stuffed into shopping bags, but the groundhog was provided no such burial shroud. Investigator Kathy Hecker said at least one of the cats was a family pet.
“We’ve gotten a number of tips and other reports of animals that have come to a bad end. We’re not sure if they’re related,” said Hecker.
“I’m concerned about children more than the cats. If they do this to cats what are they gonna do to people?,” said Caroline Karlik. Are you suggesting that they may do something worse than either a beheading or crucifixion, Caroline?!

Moscow, RU – Proving once again that arresting a cannibal at meal time is a good prosecutorial strategy, police in Moscow apprehended a man suspected of scattering dismembered body parts across the city in recent weeks.
According to published reports, the police visited the suspected cannibal’s apartment early Tuesday morning.
“When the police came to arrest the suspect, he was eating a human liver with potatoes,” a police spokeswoman for the Moscow’s western district said. The unnamed suspect “admitted he had eaten part of his acquaintance’s liver”, said the prosecutor general’s investigative unit.
Police also reportedly found a stew in the suspect’s refrigerator that had been made from human liver. Police have reported that they believe the liver – along with other parts found throughout the city – belonged to the suspect’s friend.
The decapitated head of a middle-aged man was found in the Moskva River in the west of the city on Wednesday. An arm, which had been severed at the wrist, was pulled from water under a bridge in south Moscow’s Tsaritsino Park on May 2, and two feet were discovered floating nearby in the Moskva River on the same day.…

Sultan, WA — If you happened to be driving down U.S. 2 in Washington on Thursday, there’s a chance you saw a half-naked woman acting crazy and holding a severed dog’s head with a towel. If you didn’t, consider the possibility that you have not yet lived.
At roughly 11:30 AM police received calls about the nutter from concerned motorists. Snohomish County Sheriff’s department spokeswoman Rebecca Hover said the woman was “…distraught and not making sense,” which is funny because the last time I met a half-naked woman holding the severed head of a canine she was calm, and gave me a very compelling and well-prepared speech on quantum mechanics. In case you needed something to help you visualize this mess, Hover also said the dog might be a German Shepherd/Lab mix.
The woman, 48, was taken to a hospital to be evaluated. Police say they believe she chopped Scruffy’s noggin off at her house, where they also found two cats and another dog. Fortunately, those pets still had their cute, furry heads attached.…

Houston, TX — Police have made an arrest in the gruesome murder of a man whose headless body was found in the backyard of a vacant northeast Houston home over the weekend.
Noe Morin, 35, was charged Monday in connection with the death of 35-year-old Marlon Thomas - his roommate and best friend of 20 years.
Thomas’ headless, dismembered body was discovered at about 7:00 Sunday evening behind a vacant home adjacent to the duplex he and Morin shared. In the crawlspace beneath the duplex itself, sitting next to a chainsaw, police found a garbage bag containing the missing head and one arm.
Though a neighbor reported hearing two gunshots at about 10:00 Saturday evening, investigators have reported that, except for the whole dismemberment/decapitation thing, there were no other obvious injuries to the victim. The exact cause of death won’t be revealed until after an autopsy is conducted, but my money’s on Husqvarna or Black and Decker…
Police have yet to release a motive in the killing, but friends and neighbors suggest the two may have been arguing about money or drugs.…

Tenerife, Spain – I don’t normally post stories from other countries, mainly because I barely have enough time to cover the messed up stuff going on in my own. But this one is just too crazy not to talk about.
While the shopping district of Arona was hosting tourists and shoppers, a 28-year-old Bulgarian man walked into a supermarket with a machete and launched an attack on a 62-year-old British woman inside the store. Without saying a word, he stabbed her and then he decapitated her.
He then walked outside with her bloody, severed head in his hands and threw it on the pavement before being subdued by security guards. Police say the man may be homeless and has a history of mental illness, having recently been released from the hospital in February after received treatment for violent behavior. He did not know the woman he attacked, she was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.
People who witnessed the attack had to treated for shock, and from some of the stories they are telling, it’s perfectly understandable.…

BENBROOK, Texas –Two baseball players at Western Hills High School are being charged with cruelty to livestock animals after being accused of killing baby chickens as part of a superstitious sacrifice.
According to reports, a baby chick was found decapitated in March behind the school’s baseball fields. Another chicken was also found decapitated the following day. Police said superstition about a slump in baseball performance could have played a part.
Western Hills High School baseball coach Bobby McIntire said that “baseball is very superstitious” and that the players possibly got the idea from sports movies. In the movies “Bull Durham” and “Major League,” chicken sacrifices are used to help break players out of slumps.
Benbrook police Sgt. John Van Ness says that the charges are a felony punishable by 180 days to two years in jail and can include a fine up to $10,000. Police say the two students are cooperating in the investigation.
The two players, ages 15 and 16, were kicked off the team for the rest of the season.…

New York – Raul Barrera, 33, has been charged with the murder of his girlfriend after he showed up at the police station early Sunday morning, covered in blood. Barrera told police he and his girlfriend had gotten into a fight and that when he left the apartment they shared, he wasn’t sure if she was even alive any longer.
When police arrived at the third floor apartment at 63 Clinton St. shortly after 2:30 a.m. and found 23-year-old Sarah Coit in the living room in a pool of her own blood. She was suffering from multiple stab wounds, including a gash to her neck that police say nearly decapitated her. “Her whole neck was cut all the way,” said a neighbor who lives downstairs and saw Coit on a stretcher. “Her head was almost cut off.”
The former Hunter College student was rushed to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. Barrera was subsequently arrested and charged with second-degree murder. In a taped confession Barrera told police the couple were arguing about her moving out of the apartment when she grabbed a knife and cut him.…
