TRENTON, N.J. - 11-month-old Tahir Francis was fatally beaten at a home day center. Authorities state that a 9-year-old boy repeatedly hit Tahir in the head a week ago, causing skull fractures. Tahir was taken to a hospital and died about six hours later while undergoing surgery.
