Optometrist Accused Of Placing Penis On Teen Patient’s Mouth

Roseville, MI — The Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office has charged a now ex-LensCrafters optometrist, Danny Basim Brikho, O.D., for allegedly inappropriate behavior with a 16-year-old female patient.
Prosecutors allege that on Aug. 4 Brikho administered three drops of fluid into each of the girl’s eyes and told her to keep them closed for a few minutes. While lying there, she felt something touch her lip. According to the statement, the girl opened her eyes to see the doctor standing on a chair with his exposed penis at her face.
“How many penises do you see, miss… One? Perfect.”
Prosecutor Eric Smith said after the incident the girl immediately told her mother, who was in the waiting room, and they notified Roseville police.
Brikho told police that he had gotten on a chair to look at a vent that had not been working properly and that the vent was directly above the girl’s head, Smith said. Police apparently did not buy it.
Smith has charged Brikho with assault with intent to penetrate, a 10-year felony, and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, a two-year misdemeanor.…

Warren, MI — I can’t seem to find much info on this one, but according to wxyz.com, Michelle Lester was taken into custody Tuesday after she reportedly fondled a young boy she was looking after.
The boy’s mother, who remains unidentified, was apparently trying to help Lester get back on her feet by offering her a place to stay. On Tuesday afternoon, the woman asked Lester if she would look after her 5-year-old son when he arrived home from school while she attended college classes.
When the boy’s mother returned home, police say a neighbor told her something sexual may have happened to the boy while she was out. The woman then confronted Lester, who reportedly made some sort of admission. And according to the kid’s mother, Lester accused the kid of molesting her.
“What’d he do?” the woman questioned. “Grab a steak knife and say ‘give me the cookies?’” Oooh, that made me LOL.
Understandably upset with the alleged admission, the boy’s mother said she hauled off and punched the 300+ pound Lester, knocking her flat on her ass.…

Friedrichs, who stands about 5’11″ and weighs in at 187 pounds, boarded the bus that morning with a hooded sweatshirt pulled up over his head and a backpack shielding his face. The driver, who normally picked up a student at that stop, “did not think anything was out of the ordinary,” and continued on his route.
Friedrichs’ clever disguise may have fooled the bus driver, but one of the students on the bus wasn’t fooled…she later told police she recognized the man as an adult, but figured he was the bus driver’s friend. Give that kid a gold star for being observant.…

Detroit, MI — Cornell Lowman, 49, has been charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct after police say he sexually assaulted a comatose woman inside the Qualicare Nursing Home Sunday evening.
Lowman was apparently visiting another patient in the home when witnesses say he wandered into another room and molested the 65-year-old woman. An employee at the facility witnessed the assault and called authorities. Lowman was arrested at the scene.
At his first court appearance on Tuesday, assistant Wayne County prosecutor Qiana Willard told the judge that Lowman made “bold” and “calculating” comments to arresting officers.
“He said he took advantage of her because she was incapacitated and brazenly told the police officer that he would get away with it because of her incapacity,” Willard said.
Lowman, a four time loser, has previous convictions for criminal sexual conduct and larceny. He served eight years in prison for a 1985 sex crime and a 1984 charge of larceny. He was released last August after serving an additional three years on a 2007 larceny conviction.…

Rosemount, MN — Richard Michael Marquardt, 35, is accused of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl by making her wear diapers and urinate on herself while he took pictures and video, which police say he then shared online.
On January 20, the child reportedly told her mother that Marquardt, a family friend, took pictures of her naked. In an interview with a social worker the next day, the child stated that Marquardt had been taking pictures of her since she was 4 – telling her that it was his job and that he enjoyed doing it.
Later that day, during a search of the skeevy bastard’s home, authorities seized a computer and a cell phone. A forensic examination of Marquardt’s computer revealed photos and videos of the girl, dated from August 2006 through August 2010. The photos, taken at Marquardt’s home, a restroom at the zoo and several local parks and playgrounds, showed the girl in soiled diapers and clothing. Police also found images of other children involved in sexual acts, as well as pictures of him and his wife wearing diapers.…

Winona, Minnesota — One man is in custody following accusations that a woman was raped in Goodview on Friday while another man held her down and a third videotaped the assault.
Jerard Braboy, 39, was taken into custody on a first degree criminal sexual conduct charge. The 22-year-old victim reportedly met him and another man at a party and he offered her a ride home. The two men along with a woman the victim knew as “Jackie” brought her to “Jackie’s” apartment, where a third man was present. “Jackie” soon fell asleep. When the victim exited the bathroom, she was tackled. She blacked out after her head hit the floor. The next thing she recalled was being thrown on the bed.
Braboy allegedly raped her while the second suspect held her down and the third man videotaped the incident. According to court documents, the victim told the men to stop several times, said she would call police and scratched the man holding her down. After reviewing the videotape, court documents show Braboy’s cousin was the man holding the victim down and he can be heard saying, “We don’t get action like this where we’re from.”
Braboy must have thought the victim was impressed by his performance because he left her with his phone number and said his name was “Cakes”.…

Mt. Clemens, MI – A 13-month-old baby girl remains hospitalized in critical condition in what police are calling one of the worst cases of child abuse they have ever seen. According to authorities, the child was being cared for by 31-year-old David Montaldi when the alleged abuse occurred. Montaldi, the mother’s boyfriend, called the woman at work Sunday evening and told her the child must have been injured after his 150-pound Bull Mastiff laid on her. Authorities called bullshit after receiving a report of the child’s injuries. “We were advised by the medical staff there that there was some severe injuries to the child indicating possibly three to four skull fractures, some issues dealing with criminal sexual conduct. Indications that there was some sexual assault that may have taken place with the child and some pretty severe bruising to the child on its body, as well as its head,” said Macomb County Sheriff Mark Hackel. Investigators say they found substantial evidence inside the home, but would not elaborate. Montaldi is being held without bond, charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct and one count of child abuse.…

St. Paul, MN – A 15-year-old girl told police she was walking down the street Monday afternoon when a man in a car approached from behind and began following her. The man stopped in the middle of the road, exited the vehicle and ran toward her while fumbling around inside his pants. Panicked, the girl started running. The screaming started when she looked back and saw the man masturbating as he chased her. The alleged pervert jumped back in his car and took off after people responding to the teen’s cries started yelling at him. Witnesses were able to jot down a license plate number and officers soon made contact with the driver, 35-year-old Joe Norman Gauthier. He told police his side of the story. Reed City, MI – According to police, 19-year-old Stephen Graham-Wright and his girlfriend, 20-year-old Kayla Grillo, have been arrested and accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 6-year old girl. Police say the child was taken from her home in Hersey Township early Sunday morning, and assaulted at another home in Big Rapids. Grillo reportedly swiped the kid that morning and took her to a get-together at Wright’s home. Police say that at some point during the visit, the child was sexually assaulted. And based on the charges, one would have to assume the assault was captured on video. During a search of Wright’s apartment the following day, officials seized three computers. Grillo, though related to the child, did not have permission to remove the girl from her home and did so without the parent’s knowledge. She’s being held without bond, charged with kidnapping. Wright has been charged with kidnapping, second-degree criminal sexual conduct, and accosting a child for immoral purposes. He remains behind bars on $1 million bond. Friends of the couple say the whole thing has been blown out of proportion.…

St. Paul, MN - Police say 42-year-old Raymond Cesmat attacked his ex-girlfriend’s 12-year-old daughter early Saturday morning, and was busted when the girl was able to get a message to a friend through Facebook. Though Cesmat and the child’s mother are no longer dating, they continued to share the home – and it just so happens that the girl’s mother was out that morning. The girl told police that Cesmat had taken away her cell phone away when she went to bed, telling her he did not want her texting all night. He also told her to leave her door open. She told police that she had woken up to find the skeevy bastard standing in her door on previous occasions, and she felt like it was about to happen again. He didn’t disappoint.
