Carmichael, CA – A 13-year-old girl with severe allergies to peanuts died after eating a Rice Krispie treat made with peanut butter.
Natalie Giorgio was with her family during a church gathering at Camp Sacramento Friday night when she picked up the treat from a tray of refreshments that had been placed in a poorly lit area.
After taking a bite she realized something was wrong and spat it out. She ran to her mother who also tasted the treat and realized it had been made with peanut butter.
It only took 20 minutes before Natalie was vomiting and having trouble breathing. Despite her father injecting her with three EpiPens and help from paramedics and firefighters, Natalie suffered anaphylactic shock and then cardiac arrest. She would be pronounced dead at the hospital.
According to the family’s pastor, Natalie and her twin sister both have peanut allergies and were vigilant about taking precautions.
“She took every care. She knew the situation, that’s (connected to) the allergy she had. And they were really on it all the time,” said Pastor Michael Kiernan.…Continue Reading
Florida – Police in St. Johns County have arrested a registered sex offender with a habit of putting his dick in all the wrong places, this time in the butthole of his neighbor’s dog.
James Lee Lyons, 52, was arrested after one of his neighbors called police to report his dog had been the victim of a sexual assault at the hands of Lyons.
He said that he let two of his dogs out before a thunderstorm Monday afternoon, but only one of the dogs came back. He went searching for the missing dog but was unable to locate it until some time later when he witnessed Lyons carrying it.
When the man asked Lyons where he found the dog, Lyons said he found it hiding in a shed. The neighbor did not believe Lyons because the shed was one of the places he checked earlier. That’s when he noticed that his dog was acting withdrawn and was suffering injuries to its rectum and vulva.
The dog owner first called Animal Control who informed the man he needed to take the dog to the vet.…Continue Reading

Couple Accused Of Killing Baby By Strapping Her In Car Seat For 15 Hours With Blanket Stuffed In Her MouthJuly 29, 2013 at 1:24 pm by Morbid
Eden, NC – The parents of 17-month-old Toni Gwynn are behind bars after they allegedly strapped the girl in a car seat for 15 hours without food or water and suffocated to death from having a blanket shoved in her mouth.
On July 11, Antonio Maurice Gwynn, 22, and Heather Marie Gwynn, 22, called to report they had found their daughter unresponsive and not breathing. Toni was rushed to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. Police were in the middle of investigating the girl’s death when Antonio and Marie moved out of their home.
Arrest warrants were issued for the couple after authorities could not locate them and after they failed to attend a scheduled meeting with social services. They were eventually located hiding out in a relative’s vacant trailer in Caswell County.
With Antonio and Heather in custody, investigators learned that on the day Toni died, they had restrained their daughter in a car seat for more than 15 hours without food or water. After 12 hours, Antonio pushed a blanket into her mouth “to stop child from crying and thus restricted the airway causing the child’s death,” the arrest warrant said.…Continue Reading
California - Police in California have arrested the parents of a 4-month-old left to cook inside a car overnight, charging them both with one count of willful cruelty to a child resulting in injury/death.
On Friday, 23-year-old Jessica Quezada and 30-year-old Israel Soto returned home from shopping with their 4-month-old son. The couple went inside their home, totally forgetting about their infant sitting in the backseat of the car until about 1:30 pm the next day.
That’s when a family member found the boy unresponsive inside the hot vehicle and called 911. Israel tried performing CPR on the boy, as did paramedics, but the boy had already died a horrible death and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police were called and the parents told them that they each believed that the other parent had taken the baby inside. Even so, that still doesn’t explain how neither of them realized the kid was missing when it came to his basic needs. You know, like feeding him or putting him to bed.…Continue Reading
Court documents state 18-year-old Alyce Morales knew she was pregnant when she went on a family vacation to the Platte River Campground. On Monday night, Morales said she felt sick and excused herself to the family tent.
At around 11:20 p.m. Morales gave birth to Marie Morales. Not wanting her parents to find out, she made the decision to punch her newborn in the head. Her father discovered her and her baby in the tent sometime afterwards while checking to make sure she was ok.
Morales’ parents called 911 and the Marie was transported to Munson Medical Center where she was pronounced later Tuesday morning. The cause of death was initially thought to have been the result of hypothermia and lack of timely medical care. An autopsy would reveal the newborn died from serious injuries to her head and abdomen.
Morales was brought in for questioning and admitted several times that she “freaked out” and struck her baby with her closed fist.…Continue Reading

GREENACRES, FL — Police have arrested a man after a poor woman said she watched him masturbating outside her window on three separate occasions on the same day.
According to the police report, Angie Roberts had just returned home from a bike ride when she was approached by 19-year-old Melchisedech Isoph who told her she had “a nice ass” and asked if she had a boyfriend. Roberts ignored him and went inside her home.
When she looked out her window, she “saw him standing behind the bushes next to her house jacking off. Roberts said Isoph rode away on his bike before returning and going back behind the bushes where he started jacking off again.
Once again, Isoph rode away on his bike but returned and asked Roberts for some water. She went back inside, but said when she looked out, “he was jacking off again for the third time.”
“It’s like he didn’t care,” Roberts said. “I started thinking, my window’s open, is he going to break into my house?…Continue Reading
WOODBRIDGE, VA – A complete tool was arrested after he went to a police station and asked if he had any warrants for possessing child pornography with a computer that contained child pornography.
According to police, 21-year-old Jay Matthew Riley walked into the Garfield District Station in Woodbridge after receiving an “FBI Warning message” on his computer while watching porn. For those of you not aware, this is an old “ransomware” virus that displays a message to the user to pay a fine or be subject to a criminal investigation.
Thinking that this message may be true, Riley took his computer down to the police station to find out. The good news was that Riley did not have any warrants out for possessing child porn. The bad news is he soon would be arrested for possessing child porn.
Turns out that when police searched his computer he had brought them, they found inappropriate messages and photos of underage girls as young as 13-years-old. With this information, police searched Riley’s home and seized more computers and other electronic devices.…Continue Reading
ROQUE BLUFFS, ME - Two women got lost in Roque Bluff State Park where rescued by an off-duty firefighter only to drown minutes later when they accidentally drove their car into the ocean.
Melissa Moyer, 38, was in Maine from Pennsylvania to visit long-time friend, 37-year-old Amy Stiner, who was five months pregnant. The two decided to go hiking at Roque Bluff State Park but ended up getting lost during a heavy storm.
It was getting dark, so Moyer called for help. The women were found by nearby landowner and member of Sunrise Search & Rescue, Wayne Hansom, who gave them rides back to his house on his ATV. Once there, a warden picked them up and dropped them off at their vehicle in the state park’s parking lot.
But what could have been one of those stories the women laughed about with friends turned disastrous when Stiner made a wrong turn. Police say heavy fog may have contributed to Stiner accidentally driving down a boat ramp and into the ocean.…Continue Reading
COLUMBIA, SC – Police announced they have arrested Jeremy Moody after he admitted to killed a man because he was a sex offender, and that he’d planned on killing more people on the sex offender registry before he got caught.
The bodies of Charles and Gretchen Parker, ages 59 and 51, were discovered Monday when some one saw their front door wide open and called police. Police arrived and found the Parkers dead from gunshot and stab wounds, but investigators had to wait over an an hour to begin examining the scene because several Chihuahuas were threatening emergency workers on the scene. Animal control officers were called and ended up removing 18 dogs, several cats and a half-dozen chickens.
Sheriff David Taylor said they were able to identify two suspects by reviewing surveillance footage captured by cameras on the victim’s property. The video showed Jeremy and Christine Moody, ages 30 and 36, driving up Sunday and popping the hood on their car as if it wasn’t working, Taylor said. The Moodys and the Parkers spoke to one another for about 10 minutes, before the Moodys were invited inside.…Continue Reading
LOUISVILLE, KY – I know times are tough for some, but come on. Police have arrested two people who used a 3-year-old to steal a wallet at a local church.
On June 23, 26-year-old Allen Scott Hamilton drove 26-year-old Kimberly Mills and her 3-year-old daughter to the Faith Community Church while a religious service was taking place. According to the arrest warrant, Mills used this opportunity to enter an “employees only” area of the church.
Once inside, Mills allegedly instructed her 3-year-old to take a wallet from one of the church offices. Luckily, the church’s pastor, Richard Pearson, walked into the office and caught them red-handed. Mills tried telling the pastor that her daughter had found the wallet, but that didn’t explain why Mills was holding the victim’s credit cards in her hand.
Not too happy having the roles reversed, Mills and her daughter were escorted out of the church where they got into a car driven by Hamilton. Before they drove off, the victim was able to get their license plate number. …Continue Reading
Shelby, OH – Police are waiting on a dead infant’s autopsy report to determine if charges will be filed against a 17-year-old girl who admitted to giving birth to a baby six months ago and then stashing the child’s body in the trunk of her car.
The infant’s body was discovered by a mechanic at an automotive repair shop in Shelby as he worked on a white Mazda. According to the mechanic, Ronnie Hamilton, he smelled something bad coming from a copy paper box located in the vehicle’s trunk.
“The odor was so bad I decided to get curious and open up the box and that’s when I noticed the baby,” he said.
The mother of the baby came forward and told investigators she didn’t know she was pregnant when she gave birth at home alone in late January or early February. She panicked and wrapped it in a blanket and put it in the trunk of the Mazda. Then, for the next six months, rode around with her dead infant rotting away in a box in the trunk.…Continue Reading
CLAYTON COUNTY, GA – A 13-year-old boy was shot and killed during an attempted carjacking late Monday night.
Steven Diaz-Galindo was helping put air in the tires of his sister’s pickup truck when a red SUV pulled up and two Hispanic men approached them with bandanas covering their faces. One man had a baseball bat while the other was carrying a shotgun.
The men demanded the keys to the truck and their belongings, said 22-year-old Samaria Diaz. She told police she and her brother offered no resistance and did everything the men instructed them to do. Things didn’t go to hell until one man ripped the jewelry off her neck and another tried starting the truck.
When the man was unable to get the pickup truck to crank, they became enraged. One man started the hitting the truck with the bat while the other started shooting out the truck’s windshield.
“When we heard the first shot, we tried to run,” said Diaz. “I took a few steps. He fell on the ground so I grabbed his hand so we could run together and he said, ‘Samaria, come back.…Continue Reading
Hartford, WI — Jessie Blodgett was found dead in her bed over a week ago, and now police have classified the 19-year-old’s death as a homicide.
After wrapping up a performance of Fiddler on the Roof on Sunday, Blodgett attended a cast party. Her mother told police she heard her daughter return home at around 1 a.m. Monday morning.
Her mother said that she went into Blodgett’s room at 8 a.m. before heading to work, and her daughter was alone in bed. She does not know if her daughter was actually alive at this time or not. When she returned home from work sometime after noon, she checked on her daughter and found her deceased.
While no official cause of death has been determined, police did find a ligature mark on Blodgett’s neck, but no cord, wire, rope or other material that might have caused the mark. I’m guessing the mark could have come from the violin she plays, right? Regardless, the Medical Examiner said it’ll be a month before cause of death is determined, pending toxicology tests.…Continue Reading
ATLANTA, GA – A cleaning crew got a nasty surprise when they walked into an Atlanta bar this morning and found a dead man hanging from an outside security fence.
The crew arrived at Moondogs at around 7:30 when they found the unidentified man’s body. Atlanta police believe the man was attempting to rob the bar when he climbed over a fence.
There is only a clearance of six or seven inches between the top of the fence and the ceiling of the patio and it seems the man got stuck in a way that asphyxiated him.
“It appears that he got hung up on his neck. That’s why we’re saying possible asphyxiation. Exact cause of death is pending on the autopsy,” said Homicide Commander Paul Guerucci
This isn’t the first time we’ve featured a would-be burglar accidentally killing themselves while attempting to rob someone. In 2012, Robert Edward Powell died after he broke into a vacant home and proceeded to take a fatal header down the basement stairs.…Continue Reading
Saginaw, TX – A police officer is in critical condition and the teen suspect in the Alanna Gallagher murder has been shot in the head.
A team of five or more law enforcement officers were at the home of 17-year-old Tyler Holder to serve an arrest warrant in connection to the murder of Alanna Gallagher, the 6-year-old found under a tarp in the middle of a neighborhood street.
When some teens found her body, she was wearing only purple underwear, her feet and legs were bound and she had a plastic grocery bag over her head.
Police were serving the warrant after DNA evidence came back linking Holder to the murder of Gallagher, who lived two doors down. Holder came to the front door with a gun concealed in his waistband, pulled it out, and opened fire at the officers, hitting one in the groin.
In return, another officer shot Holder in the head. He was taken to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth with life-threatening injuries. The cop he shot was taken to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth where he is listed in critical condition.…Continue Reading
Deland, FL – Police have arrested a man in Florida after they say he sat on his infant’s head because it would not go to sleep.
According to reports, 24-year-old Jonathan Savas showed up at the home of Irene Hossain at the Sha-De-Land mobile home last Thursday night. Hossain told police that he arrived with his 10-month-old son who was wearing no clothes,
When Savas was unable to get his son to go to sleep, Savas placed the child on a couch face-down, then sat on the child’s head while holding him down.
Of course this did not do much aside from have the kid scream and cry hysterically. Hossain told Savas to stop, but Savas replied, “It’s my baby I can do whatever I want.” He did end up stopping and the child was unhurt.
Hossain said she was afraid of Savas and that’s why she did not call police immediately after the incident occurred. Police later found Savas, who is homeless, with a hypodermic needle, baggies and a pill container in his backpack.…Continue Reading
LINN COUNTY, OR – A woman wanted for a DUI related death in 1997 was found in Canada after she bragged about getting away with murder inside a bar.
Police said in 1997, a then 38-year-old Jean Keating was driving drunk when she sideswiped a car driven by 65-year-old Jewel Anderson, causing her cross the center median and collide with another vehicle. Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene. Keating, as is usually the case with drunks, was not hurt.
Keating was charged with manslaughter, DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. But while awaiting trial in March 1998, Keating’s attorney informed authorities he was concerned his client had “flown the coop.”. The Linn County Circuit Court issued a bench warrant for Keating’s arrest and she hasn’t been heard from since. Well, until now.
In early 2013 a police officer in Manitoba, Canada had followed up on a tip about a woman telling people in a bar how she had gotten away with the deadly crash in the United States.…Continue Reading
On July 10, a woman came to law enforcement claiming she had been held hostage and tortured by her boyfriend, 42-year-old Clyde Harshaw. She said she was finally able to make her escape through a screen door Harshaw had left open and that a passerby found her along a road and helped get her to safety.
According to Sheriff Joel Kerns, Harshaw used extension cords and rope to tie up his girlfriend, then tortured her by trying to set her hair on fire and ripping it out with a drill. “She alleged that he had taken a drill, with a bit still on it, put it at her head and turn the drill on. The hair would catch up in the drill and pull patches of hair out,” said Kerns.
The victim also claimed Harshaw beat her with a hammer, cut her with a knife, poured acid on her wounds, and much, much more as evident from the charges filed against him.…Continue Reading
