New Haven, Connecticut – More information on the story about Howard Stewart setting is girlfriend, Christina Lee, on fire. Police released the 911 call for one, in which you can hear Lee screaming that Stewart was setting her daughter on fire. No regard for her injuries, just wanting help for her daughter. There is also info on what led to the attack. The couple were arguing about bills and the fact that the 12-year-old who escaped with no injuries, told her mother the night before that Stewart had been touching her private parts. The little girl got lucky as she woke up as Stewart was pouring a flammable liquid on her and saw Stewart tossing a match on her. She was able to run out with her 3-month-old sister. New Haven, Conn - I know the news has been all over this one already, but there are two reasons why I am posting this. Obviously, the first being that they have found the body of 24-year-old Annie Le. She was the Yale student who went missing after entering a Yale University laboratory on Tuesday morning. She was never seen leaving the building and now it is known why. Her body was found stuffed behind a wall in the basement of the building. “She hasn’t been positively identified, however, we are assuming that it is her at this time so we are treating it as a homicide investigation,” Reichard said.This comes after investigators found bloody clothing hidden in the ceiling tiles. Dating an identical twin probably sucks twice as hard.  I can’t say for sure, I’ve never dated a twin.  All I can imagine is that when things go bad, like they always do, you are twice as likely to run into that assholes face around town.  It’s just a chance I refuse to take.  Then there is the OTHER thing.  What if you get confused and accidentally put the moves on your boyfriend’s brother?  OR what if you go through what one young lady did when she was dating the twin of Officer Jared Rohrig?  Rohrig wanted to get laid, so he pretended he was his brother Joe and had sex with his girl.  Hawt!  Not.

West Hartford, CT- Not a baby-beater, but this one really got my blood boiling. On July 24, police arrested 40-year old Kathryn Arcana, a worker at the American School for the Deaf, and charged her with first-degree larceny after receiving a complaint that she had extorted money from a learning-disabled, hearing-impaired co-worker. Apparently, it all began last December when Arcana borrowed money from the co-worker after she told him she had lost her wallet. Seeing an easy mark, Arcana became greedy and decided to make the man her own  personal ATM machine. She began sending him e-mails from her Blackberry demanding money she said she needed for rent, car repairs, and and other expenses because “her cousin had stolen money from her.” [Read more...]

Manchester, CT- In case you’ve missed it, the devil himself was arrested just last week and SoJaded shared with us the news of his capture here. I don’t know if it was because the son of God was reading the Dreamin’Demon that day and maybe, just possibly, got a wee bit jealous over all the publicity that attention-whore Lucifer was getting, but Tuesday morning he decided it was time to make his presence known. Maybe he prophesized that  Taz would find this story, post it in our forums, and  it would quickly make it here to the front page so all of you would know that he, too, is alive and well. Stratford, CT- I swear you just can’t make some of this stuff up. According to his MyspaceMySpace, Angelo Dicks is a simple, yet complex man. His heroes are, “Dukes of Hazrad, God, the norms of my time.” Dicks also says he’s the “celistyn prophicy type”, which I believe he’s referring to the novel by James Redfield called, “The Celestine ProphecyThe Celestine Prophecy reviews“. The book is a first-person narrative of spiritual awakening. The narrator is in a transitional period of his life, and begins to notice instances of synchronicity, which is the realization that coincidences may have deep meaning. Middletown, Connecticut – Well, at least that what the news is reporting. Stephen Morgan, 29, is currently the subject of a nationwide manhunt after he walked into a bookstore near the Wesleyan University campus on Wednesday and fatally shot 21-year-old Johanna Justin-Jinich to death. While the two did share a past together – Justin-Jinich had filed harassment charges against Morgan back in 2007 – police have uncovered evidence that leads them to believe Morgan may be targeting members of the Jewish community and the Wesleyan community campus. Fairfield, Connecticut–‘Oooooooow! Oh my god! She’sShe reviews biting my arms!’ You know, some stories just write themselves…this is one of them. Robert Drawbough and Helen Sun have been married for about 8 years. In that period, she has broken an acoustic guitar over his head, pushed him down a flight of stairs, sicced a private investigator on him to monitor his every move, and argued with him over a Christmas tree. He finally mustered up the courage to leave. He moved to California. After spending a bit of time researching this story, I have come to the conclusion that Helen Sun is one looney bitch. And, she doesn’t take a break-up well.

PA and CT – Nicholas Pinto, 27, fancies himself quite the photographer.  This past summer, he traveled from his home in Connecticut to visit friends in Pennsylvania.  He took along a small duffel of clothes, and a bigger duffel of camera equipment.  What Nicholas Pinto did over the next two weeks landed him in jail in Pennsylvania.   And at least one of his charges relates to the child of one of our members.
