West Haven, CT – Gary Gray, whose eyes are currently raping your soul, is being charged with the double-whammy of first degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child.
The 42-year-old has been under investigation since September of 2012, after the alleged victim, a 10-year-old girl, confided in her mother that she ‘thought’ she had sex with Gray, who was living with the family. I thought I was having sex with a fat chick once, turned out I was penetrating a Reuben sandwich that got lost in a fold on its way from the table to her maw.
Forensic examinations and medical evaluations revealed the girl had injuries consistent with sexual assault, police said. When interviewed by police, Gray reportedly told them, “Last time I admitted it, this time I’m not admitting it.”
The “last time” to which Gray was referring was a previous arrest for sexual assault and risk of injury to a child. He’s nothing if not consistent. Gray is also and currently the subject of a New Haven investigation involving another possible sexual assault.…

HARTFORD, CT – We posted this video of a woman tossing her baby on our Facebook page the other day, but here’s the story behind it. Police are investigating an incident that took place on a Hartford bus, in which a woman got into an altercation with another passenger and, finding no takers for her, “Motherf#@king baby,” simply threw the child to an unidentified passenger so she could get her groove on.
The incident was captured on cell phone video, and shows the irate mother engaged in a shouting match with another woman, located several seats away. As passengers watch, the verbal preliminaries grow increasingly heated (no darn, shucks or gollys here), after which the mother, apparently displeased over being disrespected, pitches her infant and heads up the aisle to lay the smackdown on said disrespecttor.
The fight took place on a Connecticut Transit bus at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, according to David Lee, general manager of Connecticut Transit. The driver , who did not witness the incident (and who must be deafer than Marlee Matlin), did not see the baby get thrown and eventually stopped the bus, which was nearing the end of its route from Albany Avenue to downtown Hartford.…

HAMDEN, CT - School officials say 12-year-old Gabriela Hudak died this week after a falling tree branch hit her in her front yard.
Gabriela “Gabby” Hudak suffered a serious head injury last Friday afternoon when the tree branch fell and struck her while she was in her front yard. On Thursday, Gabby was pronounced dead.
“It was terrible. It was terrible. You never want to hear about a child and certainly not the child’s family having to go through something as horrible as that,” said Gabby’s band teacher, Bill Gunn. On Thursday night, Gunn directed an elementary school band concert where Gabby would have played saxophone.
Counselors were made available at Hamden Middle School where she attended school. On Sunday, a memorial service was held at the Dunbar United Church of Christ.
School officials’ described Gabby as a “bright and shining star,” an avid reader with an inquiring mind and a good friend to all on a posting on the school district’s website. Some students reportedly went home on Thursday, distraught after learning of her death.…

MIDDLETOWN, CT – Joann LePage was arrested after getting her 14-year-old daughter drunk on margaritas while the pair dined at a Mexican restaurant.
On Feb 27, 51-year-old Joann LePage and her 14-year-old daughter were dining at Puerto Vallarta on Main Street in Middletown around 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 27.
The manager said that during the course of their meal, he served LePage three margaritas. He was later notified by customers sitting nearby that there was something going on with LePage and her daughter.
The manager kept an eye on them and noticed LePage sliding her margarita over to her daughter to drink. That’s when Puerto Vallarta Manager Margarito Rodriguez walked over to their table. ”I took the drink and told them they had to leave. And they’re not allowed to come back again.”
But when he noticed the girl was slurring and stumbling, he called police and an ambulance. When police arrived, they found the teen was highly intoxicated. She admitted to police that her mother had been giving her alcohol throughout dinner.
The teen was taken to the hospital for treatment and her father was called who took custody of the teenager. Joann LePage was arrested and charged with felony risk of injury to a minor.…

NORTH STONINGTON, CT – Police say 47-year-old Debra Denison picked up her grandsons, 6-month-old Ashton Perry and 2-year-old Alton Perry, from day care before shooting them both with a .38-caliber handgun then turning the gun on herself.
An Amber Alert was issued yesterday evening after Debra Denison picked up her grandchildren from their day care, as she had done before, but never made it to her daughter’s home where she was waiting with presents to celebrate Alton’s second birthday.
The day care reported they had been notified that Debra Denison would be picking up the children that day. An Amber Alert was issued, after police gathered enough information to warrant one, that stated that after picking up her grandsons, Denison drove away in a 2002 White Chrysler minivan. State police also stated Denison is bipolar and has a history of medical conditions.
At about 9:30 p.m., police received a 911 call that a vehicle with three injured people inside was found parked near the Lake of Isles golf course. Troopers and local EMS personnel responded to the scene and found Debra Denison and her grandsons inside the vehicle, victims of a double-murder/suicide.…

Stamford, Connecticut — Emilio Mendoza, 27, apparently hates getting told what to do. And who doesn’t after moving out of your parents house!?
According to police, on Feb. 11th, Mendoza’s cousin/roommate, Ruiz Clemente-Pérez, asked him to turn the music down because he had to go to work in the morning. Oh, hell no! You are NOT going to mess with his jam. Mendoza then proceeded to punch Pérez in the head, police say.
At some point during the brawl, Mendoza allegedly bit Pérez’s left ear, tearing part of his earlobe off. Stamford Police Sgt. Richard Barbagallo told the press that an intoxicated Mendoza then swallowed the chunk of ear meat. No longer an empty stomach? Can keep on drinking.
Mendoza alleges that Pérez threw the first punch.
Pérez was hospitalized with a broken nose and fractured eye socket. Sadly, he also never made it to work the next morning since he was charged with third degree assault.
Mendoza’s bail was set at $100,000, and he was charged with first-degree assault, interfering with police, forgery and disorderly conduct.…

NEW FAIRFIELD, CT – A popular teacher in Connecticut shot a masked prowler next door to his home only to learn he had just killed his teenage son.
Sometime around 1 a.m. Thursday, Jeffrey Giuliano got a call from his sister, who lives next door, informing him that she thought someone was trying to break into her home.
Armed with a handgun, Giuliano walked over to investigate and encountered someone in his sister’s driveway wearing a ski mask and brandishing a knife. Giuliano shot and killed the masked suspect when they made a move towards him.
When police arrived at the scene, they found Giuliano sitting in the grass and the suspect’s dead body lying sprawled in the driveway. Police lifted up the mask and revealed the suspect to be Giuliano’s 15-year-old son, Tyler Giuliano. Early reports stated Giuliano had removed the mask and realized he had shot his son before police arrived, but those reports turned out to be incorrect.

WINDSOR, CT – A 16-year-old in Connecticut is facing several felony charges after he posted a video on Facebook depicting a 14-year-old girl having sex with one of his friends.
I could rehash what was stated in the news article I linked to, but I freeze-framed the news video and was able to read some of the charging documents that the reporter holds up to the screen.
In December of last year, 16-year-old Malik McKnight recorded a friend having consensual sex with the 14-year-old girl in the girl’s bedroom. Malik stated that he had been asked into the bedroom and that the couple were aware that he was filming. Court documents state the video shows a naked male having sex with the girl as she is bent over a bed.
Later that same month, Malik and one of his friends went to the girl’s home and told her that if she did not have sex with them, that he would post the video. The girl said she wasn’t sure if Malik still had the video or not, so she had sex with him just in case.…

WEST HAVEN, CT – Police in Connecticut have arrested a man after they say he bit his girlfriend’s 5-year-old child as a form of discipline.
Brian Keil, 25, was watching his girlfriend’s two children, ages 5 and 8-years-old, when the siblings got into the fight over a toy. In response to the 5-year-old biting the 8-year-old, Keil figured he would teach the younger child a lesson — and bit the child on the arm.
I often bite unattended children in the mall, but that is purely for fun. The act of biting a child as a form of punishment for biting is just stupid. It does nothing to prevent the child from doing it in the future and can even make the situation worse. It’s also illegal.
If Keil didn’t know this beforehand, he found out when the children’s father arrived to pick them up. When he learned what Keil did to his child, and saw the mark on the child’s arm, he immediately took the 5-year-old to the police station and showed the cops the very visible bite mark Keil had left.…

MILFORD, CT – A 67-year-old homeowner sent a naked burglar to the hospital after shooting the intruder in the chest.
Gerald Mirto (pictured) told police that he heard a noise outside his (really, really nice) home and suspected someone was trying to break in. He armed himself and while investigating, he saw that a screen had been pushed in a window at the rear of his home and that 25-year-old Benjamin Prue, who was naked, was trying to get inside.
Once in the home, Prue charged Mirto, biting him on the arm and hitting him in the head. Mirto tried to fire a warning shot in the air but the gun jammed. Mirto was able to break free from Prue and ran upstairs to call 911 and to retrieve a second gun. When he came back down, Prue was still in the home and was attempting to steal a television.
Mirto says he pleaded with Prue to get out of his house but that, once again, Prue began assaulting him.…

West Haven, CT – A woman has been placed behind bars after making a series of videos of herself abusing her 10-month-old daughter and then sending those videos, along with some messed up text messages, to the child’s father.
Court records show 24-year-old Kellie Park took seven videos of herself abusing her little girl then sending those videos to the child’s father through at least 55 text messages that included such gems as “I’ll f***ing break her face in” and “I’ll beat her face in” along with the timeless classic, “I love abusing this kid.”
The videos were just as disturbing. One shows Park as she kicks a gate on top of her crying child causing her to fall, and then saying “don’t you get it? Your father doesn’t care so guess what, I’m not gonna care.” Another video shows Park throwing food at her crying daughter as she sat in her high chair. In other videos Park can be heard telling her daughter she’s not worth half a cigarette, and that she makes her life miserable.…

Salem, Conn. – It’s been a few months since we’ve had a wood chipper story here at D’D. Sadly, this new one out of Connecticut may be the first one we have featured that involves a child.
Police say 6-year-old Jeffrey Bourgeois was killed Tuesday morning after he was pulled into his father’s wood chipper.
The boy’s father owns a tree removal service and had brought his three children along with him to a home where he doing some tree work.
While the man’s back was turned, his 6-year-old son tried to help his dad by feeding a branch into the chipper. Unfortunately, his arm got stuck and he was pulled inside the machine.
Officials are investigating, but say it appears to be nothing but a tragic accident. Grief counselors will be available at Jeffrey’s school starting today, although school is out this week.
Students started their Spring Break vacation on Monday.

New Haven, CT - Michael Wallace, 40, was arrested Saturday after continuously pounding his wife with a six-pack of beer and a coffee pot.
Police officers were dispatched to the couple’s home after receiving a complaint of domestic violence. Wallace’s common law wife, Chastiny Atkinson, had several visible bruises from the attack.
Atkinson confirmed that Wallace was intoxicated when he began arguing with her over “two dudes that don’t even exist.” He was unsatisfied with the damage caused by the coffee pot he started beating her with so he proceeded to pick up a six-pack of beer and began beating her with that as well.
He then ripped hair from her head and began choking her. Before fleeing the scene, Wallace warned her that if she called the police, he would seek retribution. Police were called back to the scene two hours later after a report that Wallace was trying to enter the home. Wallace was located in his car several blocks away.

Waterbury, CT - Catalina Reyes, 54, was arrested after police say a baby was found hidden in a home daycare center crawlspace during an investigation of overcrowding. The D’D shocker… the baby was alive and unharmed.
According to reports, the Department of Public Health received a report that Reyes’ center was overcrowded. On March 14, an inspector was dispatched to the center to investigate. After a four-hour-long investigation, the inspector reportedly heard crying that could not be ascribed to the children identified to be in Reyes’ care.
The source of the crying?! …a 6-month-old baby who was reportedly hidden behind a locked door in a basement crawlspace so that Reyes’ center could meet ratio during the inspection. Police said the child – who was strapped in a car seat – had no supervision, food, or drink throughout the time of the inspection.
In an apparent indication of the importance of convenient childcare when compared to, say, the health and well-being of their children, some of Reyes’ clientele have come out in support of her efforts.…

DANBURY, CT – Police have arrested a homeless couple after they were caught having sex in public at a Connecticut ice rink.
According to reports, someone called police on 41-year-old Jonathan Price and 38-year-old Shannon McClung after observing them having sex on a stage at the Danbury Ice Arena. The stage is open on all sides and normally used for concerts during the summer.
Both Price and McClung, who live in local homeless shelters, were arrested and charged with breach of peace and public and are being held on $500 bonds.
While the mental image of these two bumping uglies causes my dick to run down the street screaming in horror after recoiling backwards through my butthole, I did find it humorous that at the time of their arrest several adult women were gathered around the stage watching them.…

HARTFORD, CT – On Friday, a jury sentenced Joshua Komisarjevsky to death for the murder of Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her two daughters, Hayley, 17, and Michaela, 11.
On July 22, 2007, Jennifer and Michaela were picking up groceries at a local supermarket unaware they had been targeted by two men, Steven Hayes and Joshua Komisarjevsky, who intended to follow them home and rob them.
Their plans changed once they made entry into the home and became unsatisfied with the money they found inside the home. After beating and tying William Petit up in the basement, the two men tied Jennifer and her daughters to their beds.
Eventually Hayes would take Jennifer to her bank and force her to withdraw $15,000 where Jennifer would inform the teller of her situation before leaving with Hayes. Back at the home, Komisarjevsky was sexually molesting Michaela and taking pictures of the assault with his phone. When Hayes returned to the home with Jennifer, he raped her in the living room before strangling her to death.
The two men then poured gasoline around the house and doused Jennifer’s body as well as Hayley and Michaela who were both alive and tied to their beds.…

Lynn Haven, FL – A man suspected of murdering and cannibalizing a homeless man in Connecticut was taken into custody at a friend’s home in Florida Tuesday evening.
Police allege 35-year-old Tyree Lincoln Smith murdered Angel “Tun Tun” Gonzalez, 43, with a hatchet, later snacking on the man’s eye and a piece of his brain.
According to the arrest affidavit, Smith was camping out on the porch of a Bridgeport apartment complex last month when Gonzalez woke him and invited him into the apartment where he was staying.
Once inside, Smith began beating the man about the head and face with a hatchet.
After beating Gonzalez’s head to a unrecognizable pulp, Smith apparently plucked out an eyeball and scooped up a bit of brain matter.
Those bits were then placed in a plastic bag and consumed later that evening during a visit to his cousin’s grave site.
Oh, and just in case you were wondering what a human eyeball tastes like, wonder no more….Smith claims it tasted like an oyster.…

Stamford, Conn. – The story of the three children and their grandparents who perished in an early morning Christmas fire was already sad enough, but now that some of the details have been released it’s almost enough to make you slit your wrists.
At around 5 a.m. Sunday morning, neighbors heard Madonna Badger screaming as flames shot out of the windows of her million dollar, 19th-century house that overlooked Long Island Sound.
Badger had escaped the home and was on a second floor scaffolding when she was rescued by firefighters who had arrived within minutes. She told them her three daughters and her parents were still trapped inside. Michael Borcina, a family friend who was helping renovate the three-story home, had also made it out of the house. He told firefighters he had led two of the girls from the third floor to the second floor but they panicked and separated from him.
Despite the firefighter’s best efforts, the three girls, Lily, 9, and her sisters Grace and Sarah, 7-year-old twins, would die in the burning home as would Badger’s parents, Lomer and Pauline Johnson, who had been visiting for the holiday.…

Plainville, Connecticut – According to officials, a 17-year-old Plainville High School student hanged himself on school grounds Tuesday morning.
Police say just before 6:30 a.m., someone walking their dog on the school’s track found the teen hanging under the bleachers. The Office of the Chief State Medical Examiner confirmed the boy’s death was a suicide after conducting an autopsy that afternoon.
No official word on what drove this young man to hang himself but someone claiming to be a relative of the boy, and I do stress claiming, said that “Christopher” was picked on constantly for being odd and his girlfriend had just recently broken up with him.
The school superintendent told reporters that at this point, with the information they have now, bullying didn’t have anything to do with this. But whatever the reason — depression, heartbreak, bullying, all of the above — it’s always a shame when young people go this route.…

West Hartford, CT - Four days after being let out of jail, a man on Connecticut’s sex offender list was arrested for getting high on spray paint and actin’ a fool.
Around 9am on Monday, 37-year-old Alexander Robles was outside the Jewish Community Center in Hartford with silver paint on his face. Allegedly, he was knocking on car windows, pulling door handles and yelling at people. Other witnesses say he was standing with his pants pulled down. Police found him with two cans of spray paint in a plastic bag.
“He was not in a good frame of mind,” said Lt Jeremy Clark, which is funny to me since, when I get high on paint, I generally carry on an aggressive yet civil debate on the intricacies of global politics while baking scones as part of my volunteer work with the elderly.
A nearby daycare was put on lock-down since they hadn’t booked ‘Skippy the Pickle-Swinging Clown’ that day. Robles told arresting officers he didn’t know how he ended up in the parking lot and was simply trying to ask for a ride.…
