ST. JOSEPH, MO - A 16-year-old Central High School student was charged in juvenile court with third degree assault, after taking a piss in a coffee pot used by school faculty.
The incident happened in March, when some teachers who drank the coffee reported that the coffee tasted funny.
“A report was made that it tasted like chemical or cleaner – I’m not sure what the word was,” said St. Joseph Superintendent of Schools Dr. Melody Smith. “There seemed like this personal coffee pot in a storage room, that the coffee tasted strange.”
An internal investigation was launched that included reviewing footage, frame by frame, from a hidden surveillance camera in the faculty room. Three weeks later, school staff were finally able to find the 16-year-old student responsible for tainting the coffee, and exactly what they’d tainted it with.
After notifying police, the teen was arrested and charged with third degree assault. If he’s convicted in juvenile court, he’s facing anywhere from probation, to being removed from his home and placed in a residential facility.…Continue Reading
Philadelphia, PA – A man got himself into some trouble after throwing a child-like temper tantrum inside a Philadelphia donut shop and throwing a cup of hot coffee in the face of the clerk arguing with him over an unpaid sandwich.
The incident happened earlier this month inside the Fresh Donuts store in West Philadelphia and it was all captured on tape. The man, 52-year-old David Timbers, can be seen arguing with the clerk over a $2.40 sandwich that he insisted he paid for.
When the clerk, 27-year-old Sukia Luy, continues to insist that he had not paid for the sandwich, Timbers grabs a cup of hot coffee and throws it in her face. Luckily she had quick reflexes and only suffered second-degree burns to the arm she used to shield her face.
The store owner confronted Timbers who can be heard responding, “I don’t give a (expletive). I paid her! She told me I didn’t, so she can take that and keep the sandwich.”
Eyewitnesses say that the owner tried to stop Timbers from leaving, but Timbers and another man got into a gold Cadillac and left before police arrived.…Continue Reading
Road rage or another example of New York courtesy? You decide…
State police said that Danielle Barker, 32, was a passenger in a vehicle driving on the New York State Thruway Saturday night. A car behind the one that Barker was traveling in was reportedly trying to pass.
A New York State trooper commenting on the incident reported that the driver of Barker’s car would not change lanes and let the trailing car through.
When the car was eventually able to pass, police say Barker, 32, ‘hurled’ a cup of coffee through an open window of the passing car. Apparently unable to catch a simple cup of coffee, the coffee instead landed on a passenger in the vehicle.
Police pulled over the car Barker was traveling in and charged her with criminal mischief and harassment. The driver of the other car was ticketed for following too closely.…Continue Reading
Issaquah, WA – King County prosecutors are making sure that Samuel K. McDonough, 31, thinks long and hard about the morning of February 2 when he reportedly trapped two terrified female employees inside a BigFoot Java coffee stand using a strategy of blown kisses, masturbation, and attempted forcible entry. He was – in the vernacular of the barista – “discourteous.”
Prosecutors say that at about 8:30 a.m., McDonough purchased a drink from two female employees at the drive-up coffee stand and then asked to use the restroom inside. The women reportedly refused. The women said that – after blowing kisses at them – McDonough began masturbating. Court documents then describe McDonough approaching the door and attempting to gain entry as the ‘terrified’ women hid inside. Not realizing that well-aimed steamed milk is like kryptonite to an exposed penis, the women instead decided to turn to the police for protection.
Issaquah police arrived soon after and arrested McDonough after he was identified by the victims. McDonough reportdly told police that he acted “inappropriately” and he “shouldn’t have done it” – but did not admit to masturbating outside the coffee stand.…Continue Reading
Detective Hileman and Lt. Choate thought it was odd that Christopher Hildreth went to the back to make their coffee when they stopped into Dunkin’s Donuts in June as he’d never done that when he served them coffee on previous occasions.
Feeling paranoid, as I’m sure most cops do when being served food, they watched Hildreth with the help of a store-front video monitor that shows a view of the back room. Both officers said they watched as Hildreth fill their drinks, and then add snot to both cups.
They didn’t say a word to Hildreth when he returned with their drinks, but contacted the manager and reviewed the surveillance tapes with her. The tapes clearly showed Hildreth making a couple of Boogerlattes and he was immediately fired.
He was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of attempted assault.
I gotta commend those two police officers.…Continue Reading
