Cleveland, OH - Back in AugustAugust reviews of last year, Mia Landingham, 25, was accused of smooshing her boyfriend, the father to her three children, to death with her 300 pound bulk. The cause of 29-year-old Mikal Middleton-Bey’s death was listed as asphyxiation. The two, who had a history of domestic altercations, had spend a good part of that fateful day drinking before the arguing commenced. Mia punched the 120 pound Mikal in the face and after he grabbed her, she pushed him to the ground and sat on him. When she got up, Mikal wasn’t breathing. Last Wednesday, Mia pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter – though she faced a maximum of five years in prison, she was sentenced to three years probation and 100 hours of community service. Mia was apologetic about her role in Mikal’s death and apologized to the judge for squashing the father of her children to death and wishes she could take it all back. Mikal’s family doesn’t feel that justice has been served. They had hoped that Mia would be released from jail at some point in order to be with her children, but were rather surprised that she will face no additional jail time in the matter. Cleveland, OH – When Steve McClairn felt his 7-year-old daughter was disobeying him, he decided to teach her a lesson. He picked her up and carried her, kicking and screaming, to the clothes dryer. The ass tossed her in and turned the machine on. Normally, you probably wouldn’t be able to get a 7-year-old stuffed into a dryer (not like I’ve tried or anything), but Steve’s daughter suffers from a medical condition that has left her small and frail. The child, who stands less than 4 feet tall and weighs about 39 pounds, was left to tumble in the dryer for a short period of time. The child informed a school counselor about her spin in the dryer and the counselor alerted the police. Dumbass was arrested and charged with endangering children, kidnapping, and domestic violence. His bond was set at $100,000. Oh them pesky kids – they really should come with an instruction manual and care labels at birth, ya know? I mean, who knew you couldn’t just throw little precious into the dryer and set it to fluff? Learn something new every day…

Cleveland, OH - Arshon Baker, 5, was born behind bars and his life pretty much went downhill from there. His mother, 24-year-old Angel Glass, was serving a three year stint in prison on a felonious assault charge when she gave birth to Arshon. For five years, she beat the child. CLEVELAND, OH–Valencia Davis’ daughter was born healthy, but she now suffers from cerebral palsy after swallowing a scrunchie as an infant.  The child, Nayla, is now 2 years old and was found by police Tuesday after her father, James, insisted on making a welfare check in person even though Valencia Davis has a temporary protection order barring him from the residence.  She also has a history of leaving her children home alone. Cleveland, Ohio–J’vari Reed, just 4-months-old, is laying in a hospital right now, suffering from injuries inflicted upon him by one, or both, of his parents. When little J’vari showed up at the emergency room on Tuesday, he was suffering from bleeding in his brain, a lacerated liver, a fractured right jaw, a fractured left arm, a fractured pelvis, a fractured leg, many fresh bruises and old fractures in his collar bone and right hand.
