WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah – On September 11th, a 17-year-old boy was taking a break from cutting the grass when he heard a the cries of a little girl. He then spotted the body of a 6-year-old girl lying bleeding and naked in his neighbor’s backyard near a trampoline and a fence. The teen alerted his 16-year-old sister as well as some neighbors and 911 was called. During their investigation police brought the teen and his family to the West Valley City police station for further questioning. The boy’s father, Don Bullock, who adopted the boy when he was 6, was a bit miffed at this stating his boy should be treated as a hero. “It turned into they were interrogating him as a suspect. I think that was wrong. Kansas City – A Kansas City teenager, Ollie F. Thompson, 17, was charged today with the rape of a 3-year-old girl. He faces a count of first-degree statutory rape after the girl tested positive for two sexually transmitted diseases. The girl had earlier reported the incident to her foster parent.

NOXVILLE, Tennessee - Wayne Burkhart has been charged with using electric shock dog collars to control his two teenage daughters and with raping both girls. The man is being held on $1 million bond on charges of aggravated child abuse and two counts of rape. The man is a dog trainer and owns hunting dogs. The dog collars used are more powerful than your standard dog shock collar. He would place them on his two eldest daughters legs and activate them via remote control. A 15-year-old brother testified that his sisters would scream, lay on the floor and repeatedly plead with their father to stop activating the collars. The two girls — now ages 18 and 19 — are from their father's previous marriage. The couple has three other children, a girl and two boys, but none of the abuse allegations relate to those children, prosecutors said.

LAKELAND — Marshal Seymour, 40, was jailed SundaySunday reviews in Lakeland, Fla., on charges of using a child in sexual performance, unlawful sexual activity with a minor and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $325,000. Seymour committed these sexual offenses while he was a volunteer youth minister at the First Baptist Church at the Mall in Lakeland. And it gets worse. In Mobile, Seymour was arrested July, 1999, on charges of second-degree sodomy and second-degree sexual abuse in connection with a 16-year-old boy. He was then working as a youth minister at Parkway Assembly of God on Dauphin Island Parkway. LAS VEGAS — Chester “Chet” Arthur Stiles, 37, a fugitive accused of raping a 3-year-old girl on videotape, was apprehended during a traffic stop in Henderson. “He said, ‘I’m Chester Stiles, the guy you’re looking for,”‘ Henderson police Officer Mike Dye said. “He said, ‘I’m tired of running.”‘Stiles has been wanted on warrants issued for 21 felony charges including lewdness with a minor, sexual assault and attempted sexual assault.

Stiles was booked at the Clark County jail. He had not yet hired a lawyer or been assigned a court date, police said.
