Babysitter Charged After Hairbrush Handle Breaks Off In Child’s Rectum

Nashville, TN — A 39-year-old babysitter accused of breaking off a 3-4 inch hairbrush handle in her young charge’s ass had one hell of an explanation for police — she was simply trying to relieve the poor tot of his constipation.
According to police, Becky Burlison was arrested on charges of aggravated child rape and felony child abuse earlier this month, after allegedly violating the 2-year-old tot’s poop chute with the handle…. twice. It was during the second insertion that the handle broke off and became lodged inside the boy’s body.
Burlison reportedly told police she thought the kid might be constipated and believed the insertion of the brush handle might stir things up a bit and get the kid to crap.
Police say Burlison waited about 45-minutes for the handle to reappear before seeking medical assistance. Fortunately, the child was able to pass it without surgery.
The dumbass was ordered held on a $200,000 bond.…

Carpentersville, IL — The totally sane lookin’ fella to the left is facing a butt-load of charges after police say he beat a woman unconscious with a hammer, raped her daughter and stabbed her dog.
Daniel Happ was arrested early Wednesday morning after police responded to the woman’s home on a disturbance call. When police arrived on scene, they found a 23-year-old woman unconscious and suffering from numerous blows to the head. Also in the home, the woman’s 8-year-old daughter, who police believe had been raped by Happ. Police say the sh*thead threatened to bludgeon the child with the same hammer he beat the snot out of her mamma with as he defiled her.
In addition to the two human victims, police also found a dog in the home to be suffering from several stab wounds.
The woman was transported to the hospital for treatment, but because of her condition, she was unable to assist police with their investigation. The child was interviewed by professionals at the Kane County Child Advocacy Center and taken someplace safe, and the dog is in the care of a local veterinarian.…

Kissimmee, FL — A 26-year-old woman was arrested Wednesday after reportedly admitting to police officers that she had repeatedly raped a 7-year-old girl to “prove her love” for her married boyfriend.
Margaret Ann O’Neill apparently told detectives her lover, 32-year-old Christopher Smith, “manipulated” her, promising to leave his wife if she would just f*ck that little girl for him. She went on to say that she was led to believe that by giving in to Smith’s “sexual appetites,” she was proving her undying love for him. O’Neill admitted to raping the child on at least three separate occasions.
Investigators said Smith, who was arrested earlier this month, had two videos on his cellphone

Boston, MA – Thomas Hutchinson, 19, of Tewksbury, Massachusetts was indicted on child rape and child pornography charges after being accused of blackmailing an underage girl into performing sexual acts using a series of fake online identities.
It was reported that early this year, a 15-year-old girl using the social networking website MyYearbook.com was contacted by individual calling herself “Brittany.” “Brittany” reportedly offered to help the victim get into modeling if the victim was interested. According to police, after the victim agreed, a second online persona using the screen name Sexybeast5655@aim.com contacted her. “Sexybeast” claimed to be in the modeling industry.
“Sexybeast” – with full knowledge of the victim’s age – asked the victim to send pictures of herself in bathing suits and various clothing. After a series of message exchanges, “Sexybeast5655″ reportedly asked the victim to send naked pictures and videos.
Police reported that, after the victim had provided the pictures and videos, “Sexybeast” threatened to post them online if the teen didn’t have sex with a “friend.” The victim was also threatened with rape if she refused or told police.…

Oklahoma City, OK — Leana Lauck, the skank to the left, and Jennifer Chapman, aka Jennifer Ragland, are both facing charges in connection to the abuse and rape of Lauck’s 3-year-old son.

Lauck was charged with child neglect last week after her son was seen at Children’s Hospital with bruises on his body, an injury to his skull and possible brain injury.
“The scalp was removed, part of it,” said Stacy Felkins, Lauck’s distant cousin.
Felkins further stated that the boy had lye burns on his throat, face and eyes, had been sexually abused, forced to drink bleach and hanged from a ceiling with a dog collar.
“His big sister said, ‘I saw people trying to make him drink stuff, then he went to sleep and I think he’s dead,’” said Felkins.
Lauck may not be responsible for the actual injuries to the child, but according to police, she knew he was “hurt bad” and did jack shit about it.…

Trenton, TN — The meathead to the left, 21-year-old Sean Vaughn, is facing numerous charges after police say he kidnapped a 3-year-old child, fondled him and dropped him from a two-story window.
According to the arrest affidavit, the child’s mother noticed the kid was missing at about 4:30 Wednesday evening and immediately called police. Officers arrived at the complex and began a door-to-door search. When they knocked on Vaughn’s door, he claimed he hadn’t seen the child. But just moments later, another officer reported seeing Vaughn holding the child outside his second-story window, then dropping him to the ground.
“And the child came walking through here crying, and they ran up there. And Sean was screaming, ‘I didn’t do nothing,’ but the screen was busted out and you could see everything,” said neighbor Reggie Edwards. “So it’s just a horrible story.”
Fortunately, the child was not seriously injured – he landed on his feet and suffered nothing more than a sprained ankle.
When questioned, Vaughn admitted to luring the boy into his apartment with the promise of toys.…

Bells, TN – Not much info on this one, but authorities have reason to believe 24-year-old Molly Jane Roe is responsible for the rape and murder of her boyfriend’s 17-month-old daughter, Maleeya.
According to court documents, Roe is accused of throwing the child, causing her to land head-first on a blunt object. In addition to the severe brain injury the baby toss caused, police say an examination of Maleeya after she was hospitalized revealed bruising to her vaginal area, right hip and left side of her stomach, as well as a bite mark on her back.
Maleeya was flown to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville on Tuesday and was pronounced dead Saturday night.
Initially charged with aggravated child abuse, Roe is now facing charges of first-degree murder and aggravated rape of a child. She is being held without bond.
Police say neither of the child’s parents were involved in the alleged abuse.…

Oak Harbor, WA — Police say 63-year-old Richard Tice Sr. recently admitted to repeatedly raping two young girls, but blamed his actions on the youngest of the two – a 4-year-old.
Detective Sgt. Teri Gardner began investigating the case last month after the child’s parents learned of the alleged abuse and had her seen at the hospital. The girl was then transported to another hospital in Seattle to undergo a forensic examination. At about the same time, Gardner discovered Tice had sexually assaulted an 8-year-old girl as well. Both girls were able to describe the alleged assaults in graphic detail.
Tice initially denied the allegations, but eventually admitted to raping both of the girls. According to Detective Gardner, ‘Tice then said, ‘I play around. I’ll be truthful,’ but blamed (the 4-year-old girl) on initiating sexual contact.”
Tice also denied having additional victims, but shortly after his arrest, another child from California came forward with similar accusations.
Tice is now behind bars, facing four counts of first-degree rape of a child.…

Hershey, NE – The wife of a Sutherland Youth Minister was arrested and charged with cruelty towards a child for her alleged participation in her husbands alleged crimes. Police say Deanna Fischer, Daniel Fisher’s 38-year-old wife, not only had knowledge of her husband’s sexual assaults of children, but reportedly witnessed and photographed them.
Daniel Fischer, 43, was charged with nine counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child on April 1. Fischer bonded out April 4 after posting 10 percent of $500,000.
Investigator Chuck Nichols’ arrest affidavit indicated that there are currently five known victims between the ages of seven and 15. According to Nichols, Fischer would hire the alleged victims to help him irrigate corn in the summers. He would then shower the kids with money, dinners, and gifts. He would somehow find time to be alone with them, either at his residence or in a corn field, and sexually assault them with penile or digital penetration.
Also according to Nichols’ affidavit, Deanna Fischer’s complicity in the assaults was illustrated by interviews with two victims of an alleged May 22, 2010 rape at the Fischer residence.…

Little Rock, AR — Marco Antonio de la Rosa Gutierrez, a waiter at the Casa Manana Mexican restaurant, was arrested Friday night after police say he lured a 7-year-old girl into the men’s room and raped her.
According to authorities, the child was at the restaurant with family when she excused herself from the table and made her way to the restroom. It was then that Gutierrez allegedly lured the child into the men’s restroom and sexually assaulted her – all in the span of about five minutes. When he was through with her, he reportedly continued to wait tables until police arrived.
Restaurant owner Desiderio Juarez says Gutierrez has worked at Casa Manana for nearly 10-years. Juarez considered him a good employee, but wants him held accountable if found guilty. “He’s got a family. He’s got a wife and he has kids.”
The child was examined at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and has been interviewed by police. Gutierrez, 35, is being held on $1 million bond. According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, Gutierrez is not a registered sex offender, but does have a criminal history.…

Chattaroy, WA — David Jewell’s 15-year-old son called 911 early Wednesday morning to report that his father had raped his 11-year-old sister the night before and was now trying to commit suicide. When deputies responded to the trailer home, they quickly learned that Jewell wasn’t going down without a fight.
Upon their arrival, deputies could hear yelling coming from the trailer and requested that dispatchers from the sheriff’s office call the home and try to talk Jewell out. Jewell remained in the home, but sent the children, ages 17, 15 and 11 out the front door. He then armed himself with an aerosol can and a lighter and began setting fire to the curtains, blinds and cabinets.
When deputies attempted to approach the crazy bastid, he waved the homemade flamethrower at them and threatened them with a knife. When he refused to drop the items, he was tazed and may have received a couple good thunks from one of the officers nightsticks. Phoenix, AZ — Police say an 11-year-old girl was severely and brutally beaten by a family member just moments after being sexually assaulted by that family member’s friend. Arrested was 34-year-old Jon Gary – a man police say has raised the child since she was an infant.
According to authorities, Gary witnessed his adult friend sexually assaulting the child on January 10. The friend accused of molesting the child later told police that Gary ordered the girl into her room and hit him once before retreating to the kid’s bedroom to kick her ass. The alleged rapist told police he left the home after Gary pointed a gun at him.
The victim, who ultimately spent 6 days in ICU, doesn’t remember anything before the beating other than drinking some “some soda that tasted funny.” She does remember Gary kicking, punching and stomping her until she lost consciousness. Greenacres, FL – Out on his normal Sunday morning walk, Jim Hight was heading to the store for a cup of joe and a newspaper when he saw a barefoot child stumble out of the bushes near an abandoned house, crying for help. “You find a little girl at 6 o’clock in the morning, barefoot, crying and asking for her mommy. What do you do? You find her way home (for her),” Hight said. He tried to speak with the child, who appeared to be suffering from some sort of trauma, but she ignored him and continued walking. He followed as she entered a home near the area where she was found. Hight knocked on the door, but got no answer. Police were called to the home and officers finally made contact with the child’s mother. The 4-year-old was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center, where it was determined that she had been sexually assaulted. Middletown, OH – Michael Hall is behind bars today in Middletown, Ohio, being held on $100,000 bond for the alleged rape of a 10 year old girl. According to the victim, the abuse has been going on for about two years. Oklahoma City, OK – This is 30-year-old Lucifer (yes…Lucifer) Hawkins. He’s a Level III sex offender. Hawkins admitted to raping a 5-year-old girl back in ’97. Convicted on charges of child rape in the first-degree, Lucifer was sentenced to serve 15 years in prison. In 2006, after “graduating” from a sex offender program, Lucifer was booted back out onto the streets. He changed his appearance over the years, and at some point last year, decided to stop registering. He was arrested for failing to register in late 2008, but was immediately released from custody. He was arrested again in January for failing to register, but was released after a four-month stint behind bars and sentenced to four years of probation. Just last week, as police were headed to his mother’s home to speak with him about an unrelated incident, a call came over the radio – a person matching Lucifer’s description had just raped a 6-year-old boy at or near that particular residence. Felton, DE - Cassandra Epperson, 19, has been arrested on charges of child rape after the mother of an 11-year-old boy accused her of raping the child while she was babysitting late last month. According to police, Epperson was hired to babysit five siblings on August 20th while their mother went out for the evening. At some point between 8:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m., Epperson allegedly followed the young boy into the bathroom, pulled down her pants and underwear and demanded the child do the same. When the boy refused, Epperson reportedly threatened to “tell his mom.” Exactly what she was going to tell his mom is unclear. Police say the boy waited nearly a week before informing his mother of the incident. Epperson was arrested on Wednesday and charged with first-degree rape, unlawful sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child. During question, Epperson denied having sexual contact with the boy. She has already been released on $2,000 secured bail.…

Durham, NC – In May of 2009, we posted a story about Gina Watring – a teaching assistant at Creekside Elementary School who was accused of having sex with a 10-year-old boy. She was booked on charges of first-degree kidnapping, felony child abduction and rape of a child. Watring posted $100,000 bail and was released on the condition that she refrain from contacting the victim in the case. She made the news again in July of last year after the boy’s parents discovered Watring was up to her old tricks. Shortly after bonding out, Watring reportedly left a handwritten note and a new cell phone for the boy near a stop sign in his neighborhood so she could continue to communicate with him. When the boy’s mother found the new phone in his backpack and confronted him, the kid went apeshit. He hit his mom and threatened her with a knife and hammer before kicking out a bedroom window and attempting to run away. His parents said his reaction was so extreme, they were considering having him committed. Watring was rearrested on obstruction of justice charges and prosecutors asked that her bond be revoked – citing the emotional harm done to the boy.…

Kenner, LA – Xavier Warren Osborne, 18, was arrested on Sunday after he was found in bed kissing and hugging a half-naked 7-year-old relative. Police were notified after an unidentified relative walked into the bedroom and caught Osborne in the act. Once the teen and the child were separated, the girl told her relative that it had happened several times since June. She said Osborne told her not to say anything because their “touching was a secret.” Gotta hand it to that relative for keeping a cool head…can’t say I would have done the same. The child was taken to the hospital for observation and Osborne was caged. During questioning, he admitted to having raped the child on at least five different occasions in addition to other sexual contact. Fayetteville, AR - Police say registered sex offender Brandon Hutson is back behind bars after allegedly raping a 3-year-old child in a WalMart bathroom last week. According to the police report, the child and her brother were playing alone in the toy department when Hutson “helped” the little girl find the bathroom. Once inside the bathroom, Hutson reportedly masturbated while the child was in a neighboring stall before molesting her twice in a span of ten minutes. After the assault, the child told her mother a man carried her into the bathroom and raped her. Though he left the area before police arrived, authorities were able to identify him through store surveillance videos. Hutson was arrested at another WalMart store on Friday after police responded to a report of a suspicious person trying to help a little girl find her mother. Though he initially denied raping the child, claiming he had accidentally bumped into her, he later ‘fessed, cried and said he didn’t mean for it to happen.
