Police Looking For Man Suspected Of Trying To Buy A 5-Year-Old Boy

WOODSTOCK, Ga. – Acting on an anonymous tip that a man was trying to buy a 5-year-old boy online, Cherokee Co. police searched 56-year-old Patrick Ange Molesti’s home and found child pornography on the computer they seized. Molesti, a French national, was not home at the time and police sure would like a word with him. “We don’t think there’s a specific 5-year-old boy that he’s looking for,” said Lt. Jay Baker. “That’s just the type of child he’s wanting, and apparently he was putting that information out there for anyone that’s willing to pay or provide one to him.” Described as 6-feet 1-inch tall and 200 pounds, possibly driving his 2002 Chevy Astro with Georgia tag BVX 1730. St. George, UT - Officers responded to a call on Tuesday from a photo technician at a Walgreen’s photo lab. Workers developing film had concerns about several photos that appeared to show an infant being raped by an adult male. Officers determined that at least two photos were definitely sexually explicit and even met the state statute for sodomy. Even though the film had been left at the store under another name, Sergio Diaz-Palomino, 34, was identified by store staff as having turned in the film to be processed. The officers went to Diaz-Palomino’s home to interview him, and he said the boy in the photos is his son. Diaz-Palomino also claimed the child’s mother was the person responsible for taking the pictures of him and the baby boy. Diaz-Palomino was arrested for sodomy on a child and sexual exploitation of a minor and is being held on $70,000 bail. So far, he does not appear to have any past criminal record involving sex crimes against children. Police are now looking for the child’s mother.…

Wilson of Valparaiso worked as a substitute teacher in elementary, middle school, and high school classes in at least three Indiana school districts. Ontario – Almost a year ago, a forum member posted a story about a 24-year-old woman from Ontario who was charged with sexually assaulting her 2-year-old son and pet dog while broadcasting the acts over the Internet via a webcam. A man who witnessed these activities contacted police who seized her computer equipment. They found media detailing her engaged in sex acts with herself and with her young son. There were also instances where she involved her pet pit bull in the acts. Out of the 12 charges, the woman pleaded guilty to five of them, including sexual assault, making child pornography and possessing child pornography. Last Friday she was sentenced to 3½ years in prison with 18-months served. Her three year probationary period states she cannot use a cellphone, computer, or be alone in the company of children including any public place where children might be. She will be placed on the national sex offender registry for 20 years, and must remain under the care of a shrink. Her lawyer, Robert Dipietro, expects his client will serve another eight months in jail but will never see her son again.…

A 14-year-old girl used her cell phone to take a naked picture of herself and sent it to her 14-year-old boyfriend. The couple broke up some time later and for whatever reason, the boy decided to forward the pic to other students at Chinook Middle School. Before long the image was making the rounds in at least three different schools. A pretty harsh consequence for one girl’s dumb decision, right? Yes, William Ciccotto is gracing the pages of the Dreamin’ Demon because he allegedly posed as a bisexual 14-year-old girl on Myspace so he could befriend other young females. According to the federal criminal complaint, Ciccotto admitted that he set up the ruse in order to have contact with females between the ages of 12 and 15 – once contact was made, he would solicit the girls for nudes. Kevin Prarat, 22, was in court being sentenced for having ten thousand graphic child pornography images on his laptop — many of them including his 10, 12, and 14 year old female cousins. Nashville, TN - Elliot Lash, 26, was working as a pediatric nurse for a doctor in Nashville. Last Thursday, he was in his 6th day on the job when he put down his stethoscope, walked off, and jumped off of the four-story building’s parking deck. Written on Lash’s hand was the name and phone number of a Murfreesboro detective. Lash was under investigation for child sexual abuse and about to be arrested. Hastings, Minnesota – Peter Robert Stibal II, 44, and Boy Scout troop leader, has been charged with six counts of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree after three Boy Scouts accused him of sexual molestation. Between 2002 and 2008, it is alleged that Stibal gave several boys in his troop — some as young as 11 — handjobs, blowjobs or both. These incidents happened at various locations including Boy Scout camp, movie theaters, Stibal’s cabin and his home. During their investigation, police also found child pornography on Stibal’s computer. Boy Scout leaders have removed Stibal from his position as Scout Master of Troop 650, a position he has held since 2003. Before that he was the troop’s assistant Scout Master for three years. PERRY COUNTY, Pa. - Eight teenagers have been charged with possessing child pornography after they were caught sexting – or for you technological lingo impaired, recording sex acts on their cell phones. Administrators at Susquenita High School caught three students with cell phones containing video and pics of other juveniles performing sex acts on each other. Currently, the law in Pennsylvania will not require these juveniles to register as sex offenders. But that may not last long as Pennsylvania is in the process adhering to federal law that would require juveniles found guilty of child pornography to register as sex offenders. Reedley, California – Wanna know what is worse than having a middle school teacher get busted for possessing child pornography? Having two of them getting busted at the same time. An investigation was started three weeks ago when investigators were informed of child porn being traded on the internet. This lead them to the home of Vincent Chavez and Samuel Garza. Both taught at General Grant Middle School. Vincent Chavez taught 6th grade English and Language Arts and Garza was a substitute teacher. They were both arrested Tuesday and but are both now out on bail. What makes this story even worse than it is already is the fact that these two men are married.
