Police: Man Claims Child Pornography Kept Him From Killing His Family

Joliet, IL - Joshua K. Price, 26, was arrested in late March after leaving a flash drive containing pornography in a computer lab at Joliet Junior College in Illinois, authorities said.

Another student reportedly found the flash drive and gave it to a lab assistant who looked on the drive to see if he could find its owner.  The laboratory assistant is reported to have found sexually explicit photos of young girls interspersed with homework and papers with Price’s name on them.  The laboratory worker turned over the drive to city police, who arrested Price and seized computers and flash drives from his apartment.

Police reportedly found 1,700 images on his computer, including child pornography and ‘hundreds of images of dismembered women.’

“If these [dismemberment] images are staged images and not genuine,” prosecutors wrote in a bond request document, “the level of staging appears very sophisticated.”

Police have said that Price has been “very honest” in videotaped interviews, saying that he has post-traumatic stress disorder after serving in the military in the Middle East, and he was using child pornography to take his mind off his anger.…

Colorado Police Officer Charged With Sexually Assaulting Five Children

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO — Some breaking news out of  Colorado where a police officer arrested on child pornograpy charges earlier this month has been re-arrested and charged with sexually assaulting students at the school where he worked as the resource officer.

Police say Joshua Carrier, 30, was arrested last week after an investigation in March that started when the department’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit received information that Carrier may have purchased child pornography online. On Thursday, Carrier was rearrested after police gathered more evidence suggesting that Carrier had unlawful sexual contact with multiple minor children.

During a news conference it was revealed that several male students on the Horace Mann Middle School wrestling team accused Carrier, the school resource officer and wrestling coach, of inappropriately touching their private areas at school when he told them he was checking for ringworm.

This pleases the mother of one of the alleged victims. “It feels great to know that my son and all these other children will have their day in court and justice and they will be able to see this man put behind bars,” she said, adding that it was safe for other possible victims to come forward.…

Police Applicant Arrested After Admitting Child Porn Fetish On Questionnaire

San Diego, CA – A man in California has been charged with possessing child porn after he was a bit too truthful while applying for a job as a San Diego police officer, and admitted to enjoying child porn.

Robert Williams, 38, was applying for a job with the police department. Part of this process includes a questionnaire in which applicants are asked about past criminal activity. Question No. 172 asked applicants if they’ve ever had sexual contact with a child. Williams answered yes, explaining when he was 29 he had “tried to touch” a younger cousin as she slept.

Question No. 175 asked applicants if they’ve ever viewed, purchased, sold or subscribed to child pornography. Being the honest person that he is, Williams once again answered yes, admitting he had been viewing child porn for the last three years after an argument with his wife. I’m calling bullshit on that reason. I can see a woman driving a man to drugs, alcohol, therapists or murder, but I can’t see them driving a man to jacking off over pics of naked 6-year-olds.…

Three Suspects, Two Sex Crimes, One Town

Opelousas, LA - Before today, if someone had said ‘Opelousas’ to me, it’s likely I would’ve punched them in the face thinking they were trying to confuse my brain into exploding itself. As it turns out, though, Opelousas is a place. I still have no idea how to wrap my tongue around that mess of letters, but I’m not too worried about it since I doubt I’ll ever visit there, and I have two more reasons why to add to ‘it has a stupid name.’

The first is Paul Rumback and his friend Ricky Lavergne. Rumback, 39, was arrested earlier in the month on charges he molested a 3 year-old girl. The girl’s relationship to Rumback was described as ‘step-grandchild.’ When police caught wind of this, Rumback’s home was searched and he was arrested, and is currently being held without bail for aggravated incest.

According to police, Rumback apparently has an “obsession” with child pornography and spends much of his free time viewing it online. In his home, police found and seized two computers, several DVD’s and VHS tapes (who the hell still has a VCR?), and several boxes of pornographic material.…

Teen Arrested After Posting Girlfriend’s Nude Photo On Facebook

Roswell, NM – Two teens in New Mexico are learning valuable lessons today. A 15-year-old girl is learning that she shouldn’t share naked pictures of herself if she doesn’t want the pictures to find their way online, and her 14-year-old boyfriend is learning how our legal process works after he shared her nude photo online after she refused to have sex with him.

Police say the boy, a freshman at Goddard High School, badgered his girlfriend into sending him a naked picture of herself, which she finally did because teens can be pretty stupid. He then told her that if she did not have sex with him he would post the image on Facebook. Classy. She refused the offer and the boy followed through with his threat, posting the picture on a Facebook page.

Facebook took down the image, but the dumbass wouldn’t leave well enough alone, and posted the image on a second Facebook page. That’s when police got involved and cock-blocked the hell out of him when they arrested his ass and charged him with harassment, intimidation and several other charges.…

Comic Book Artist Arrested After Delivering Child Porn To Funeral Home

Bridgeport, CT - Josue Rivera, 38, was arrested Tuesday morning by members of the U.S. Marshal Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force.  The arrest resulted from Rivera having allegedly given a thumb drive to an employee of the Luz de Paz Funeral Home that was supposed to contain photographs of a deceased person to be played during a funeral.  Instead, according to Detective David DeFeo, the drive contained numerous photographs of child pornography.

Police examined the thumb drive as part of an investigation.  Police said they found 33 files of child pornography including a photograph of a girl who appears to be the defendant’s niece.  This led police to seize a computer from Rivera’s home. An examination by a special unit of the Monroe Police Department found 153 files of suspected child pornography, including three videos.  So far, the Child Recognition and Identification System identified 35 children who were in the photos and videos.

The comic book world is abuzz because of this.  As it turns out, Rivera is a comic book artist who goes by the name Justiniano.…

Man Calls Computer Repair Shop To Complain About Missing Image Files, Arrested Soon After

Newport News, VA — Ian Hartney, 20, was arrested by federal agents on charges of producing child pornography. His case came about when a Chesapeake computer store reported to authorities that Hartney’s laptops contained child porn.

Hartney, a shipyard worker from Newport News, reportedly brought a laptop to an unidentified Chesapeake computer tech support company for repair last November. In order to repair the laptop, the employee had to copy the contents of the computer’s entire hard drive and later reinstall it. The employee apparently didn’t see the images during the copying process

According to the federal documents, when Hartney got his computers back, he discovered that some of his picture files were missing, so he called the support company employee to ask if she could find them.

“Hartney inquired about getting additional pictures back that weren’t included,” the affidavit said. “Hartney instructed the computer repair person that some of the pictures would be hidden.”

When she searched the files that she had saved, she discovered the child pornography and immediately contacted police.…

Man Previously Convicted Of Arson Now Facing Child Porn Charges

Bridgeport, CT –  A former volunteer firefighter was arrested last Wednesday for possessing child pornography.

How did we get here? Turns out there’s a rather interesting story involving arson, drugs, terrorists and Kurt Russell (oh my!) It goes something like this:

In 2001, Michael Inzitari was convicted of setting fire to a building to re-create a scene from the movie ‘Backdraft’ despite an appeal for a mistrial, which is rather odd considering he was a volunteer firefighter. Seems the evidence portion of the trial started on September 10, 2001. We all know what happens next. On the 12th, Inzitari claimed it would be impossible to get a fair trial because his crime caused injury to firefighters. You can read more about that nonsense here.

As a result of his conviction, he was sentenced to jail time followed by parole. At some point late last year his PO came for a surprise visit and witnessed an individual packaging mary-jane inside Inzitari’s residence. Although Inzitari claimed the man was a neighbor and he had no idea what he was doing, his person was searched.…

Man Accused Of Sharing Child Porn Because He Didn’t Secure Wi-Fi Network

Buffalo, NY – Here’s a cautionary tale for all you morons out there using wireless routers and do not secure your network with a password.

A man and his wife were awakened by the sounds of someone busting through their back door on an early morning last March. the man ran to find out what was happening and was greeted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials pointing guns at him and throwing him down the stairs.

They explained that he was a pedophile and had been sharing images online depicting children involved in sex acts. They had proof that child pornography had originated from the homeowner’s router via IP address. The man’s ISP then gave the agents his name and address based of of that info and now here they were sharing a pleasant Monday morning together.

The man denied being involved with any form of child porn, a reply I’m sure most ICE officials here everytime they go on one of these calls. He explained he had given up trying to password protect Wi-Fi after getting a new wireless router, and that someone must have leeched off him.…

Man Already in Custody Facing Additional Charges for Videotaping Sex With Children

Mesa, Arizona — A man already in custody for sexually abusing a child is now facing additional sexual molestation charges.

26-year-old Brandon Jones has been in custody since January for charges of sexual crimes involving a 5-year-old boy, but they charged him with 30 additional counts on Tuesday after investigators found video evidence of him molesting the 5-year-old boy, a 4-year-old girl and a 1-year-old girl.

According to investigators, Jones’ computer contained pornographic images of the 5-year-old boy and the two little girls. Jones had already been charged with 7 counts related to the abuse of the boy – it was the images of the little girls that lead to the additional charges being filed. Investigators said that the two young girls were being cared for by Jones’ sister while he was living with her. Jones apparently liked to videotape himself molesting the children.

Jones was charged with three additional counts of sexual conduct with a minor and 27 counts of child molestation, police said.

We hear about this type of crime all the time on Dreamin’ Demon, but this guy’s mugshot alone could put fear in the hearts of children everywhere.…

Man Accused Of Using Cell Phone To Videotape 12-Year-Old Girl In Bathtub

San Antonio, TX — 33-year-old Joshua Kent is facing charges of improper photography after police say he secretly took pictures and video of a 12-year-old girl as she bathed.

According to the arrest affidavit, Kent was living with the child and her mother earlier this year, and as the girl was taking a bath on February 3, she noticed a suspicious hole in the shower tile. Further investigation revealed a cell phone behind the hole…Kent’s cell phone.

After finding five videos of her naked child on Kent’s phone, the girl’s mother checked out the computers in the home. The woman told police she found several child pornography images in which Kent had superimposed her daughter’s head onto the body of a child who was being sexually assaulted by an adult male, and then superimposed his own head onto that of the male.

Kent was taken into custody on Saturday and remains behind bars on $15,000 bail. (Thank ya, kniption).…

Hailey Dunn’s Mother, Billie Dunn, Arrested

Colorado City, TX – The mother of Hailey Dunn, the teen who has been missing for two months now, was arrested on Thursday, charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution, possession of dangerous drugs and false report to a police officer.

The Mitchell County District Attorney’s Office says they went to Billie Dunn’s home to carry out a search warrant on her longtime boyfriend, Shawn Adkins. During the search, law enforcement said Dunn lied to them so they took her into custody and charged her with the three misdemeanors. The dangerous drugs Dunn possessed are reportedly prescription drugs without a proper prescription.

This comes after law enforcement revealed child pornography was discovered among the porn found in Adkins’ home and on a jump drive found in Dunn’s home. Both Dunn and Adkins have been named “persons of interest” in Hailey disappearance, Adkins being the only one named as a suspect.

You know, the more information that comes out regarding Billie and her boyfriend has me thinking that Hailey blew her brains out when she realized that she may grow up to be just as dumb as her mother.…

Man Guilty Of Drugging Children With Ice Cream Before Sexually Abusing Them

KANSAS CITY, Mo — Some of you may remember James Edwards back when he was first reported on him back in 2009. He was accused of drugging 13 children with ice cream then sexually abusing them victims while they were drugged up.

On Wednesday, the 61-year-old pleaded no contest to a 21 count federal indictment that he produced child porn, attempting to produce child porn and distributed a controlled substance to victims without their knowledge in order to facilitate a crime of violence.

Edwards is the author of very informative documents titled “How to Molest Young Girls” and “Pedo Handbook.” These documents explained how to dose ice cream and soda to render children unconscious. His preferred drug was Ambien. Some of his victims recalled having ice cream-eating contests at Edwards’ home, but did not know they were being drugged or sexually assaulted. He kept the images and videos of his female victims, ages 6 to 13, in folders titled “Consuming the date rape drug” and  ”Phil’s kindergarten class ages 4-7.”

Teacher’s Aide Accused Of Making Sex Video Of Child

Charlotte, NC – Thank God some people are as dumb as they are deviant. A teacher’s assistant at a North Carolina elementary school was arrested yesterday, charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and first-degree sex offense.

James Edward Meskill, 38, let a co-worker at J.H. Gunn Elementary borrow his camcorder on Tuesday. Unfortunately for him, police say he forgot about the child porn he left on it.

The co-worker discovered the sexually explicit video involving a minor and she immediately called police.  Investigators watched the video and determined that Meskill not only made the recordings but also committed sex acts with a minor in the video.

On Wednesday, police arrested him at J.H. Gunn Elementary School where he had been employed since February. They have also searched his home for more evidence.

School officials told reporters that the victim in Meskill’s video was not a student of CMS schools, nor do they believe Meskill victimized any students of CMS schools. The news report I watched this morning made it sound like it was a relative Meskill’s.…

Woman Gets 20 Years For Sexually Abusing Daughter On Webcam

Bangor, Maine – Back in 2009 (when Rotten Apple didn’t hate my guts) we informed you of Julie “Mucklebones” Carr, the Maine woman who sexually abused her young daughter on webcam for the pleasure of a teen in the UK.

On Monday, she was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Authorities in the UK were contacted by a woman after a teenager, Nicholas Wilde, sent her 16-year-old daughter child porn. Wilde was tracked down, arrested and had his computer seized. Investigators would find various images and videos of child pornography involving children as young as 18-months.

They would also find video of Carr, 33, sexually abusing her 2-year-old daughter on camera, following Wilde’s instructions.

Carr was tracked down and charged with gross sexual assault and sexual exploitation of a minor. She pleaded guilty in February 2010. Wilde admitted to 10 charges of making, possessing or distributing indecent images of children, possessing extreme pornography and two charges of incitement to commit sexual assault of a child under 13.

Man Accused Of Persuading Single Mothers To Abuse Their Children Pleads Guilty

Detroit, Michigan — Lots of shitty mothers in the world today. Police say a Michigan man posed as a psychologist online and convinced several single mothers to sexually assault their children as a form of therapy. These mothers would then send images of the attacks to this wonderful “psychologist’. I can’t even begin to understand how these single mothers could be so easily influenced… and so ignorant.

Steven Demink was arrested in October and police claim that since they arrested him seven children were rescued and at least three mothers have been arrested. All of the children are now safe, although I’m sure they will need years of therapy from REAL doctors.

According to documents in the case, Demink targeted single mothers. He claimed his name was Dalton St. Clair and that he was a single father to a 14-year-old girl. He used a model’s headshot as his own and promised the willing mothers a date with him if they followed through with the abuse. What a prize!!

The mothers he met online were from all over the U.S, including Idaho, Florida and New Hampshire.…

Michael Grzybowicz Accused Of Raping Toddler At Sea World

Orlando, FL – We got about a dozen emails about this one over the weekend. A man has been arrested and accused of raping a 2-year-old girl while visiting Sea World in Orlando.

Reports are that a couple took family friend, 26-year-old Michael Grzybowicz, along with them and their two-year-old daughter to visit Sea World on Feb 17. At one point the couple asked Grzybowicz to watch their daughter for 10 minutes while they rode one of the park’s rides.

In that short span of time, Grzybowicz is accused of raping the little girl and taking pictures of himself doing it. The pictures are described as showing the violation of the toddler wearing a diaper and a yellow sun dress while she rode in a dark blue stroller. So I am guessing this was a rape via digits and explains how he was able to do this in such a short amount of time unnoticed.

None of this would have ever been found out about had Grzybowicz’s wife not found the pictures on his cell phone and immediately called police.…

Shawn Adkins and Billie Dunn Lose the Child, Keep the Child Porn

Colorado City, TX  – It’s about to get real in CCity, denizens.  Hailey Dunn, 13, has been missing for two months – and now child porn has been found in Billie Dunn’s dresser drawer.  According to Mitchell County Sheriff Patrick Toombs, child porn, bestiality, and “deviant pornographic images and videos” were found on a memory stick in the master bedroom of Billie Dunn’s home early in January.  Another 108,498 files were found on the computer Shawn Adkins used at his mother’s home in Big Spring.  That’s almost ONE HUNDRED NINE THOOOUUUUSAND files.  Which is, like, a metric shit ton of porn, no matter what kind it is.

According to the affidavit for search of digital media, the memory stick in Billie Jean Dunn’s dresser (bottom right drawer, if you care) was taken on or about January 5 – a week after Hailey was reported missing.  The computer was taken from Big Spring on December 30 and entered into evidence around January 5 – about five minutes after Shawn’s mom called the cops and told them she was coming to get her computer.…

Police: Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Young Girl Has “A Thing For Diapers”

Rosemount, MN — Richard Michael Marquardt, 35, is accused of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl by making her wear diapers and urinate on herself while he took pictures and video, which police say he then shared online.

On January 20, the child reportedly told her mother that Marquardt, a family friend, took pictures of her naked. In an interview with a social worker the next day, the child stated that Marquardt had been taking pictures of her since she was 4 – telling her that it was his job and that he enjoyed doing it.

Later that day, during a search of the skeevy bastard’s home, authorities seized a computer and a cell phone. A forensic examination of Marquardt’s computer revealed photos and videos of the girl, dated from August 2006 through August 2010. The photos, taken at Marquardt’s home, a restroom at the zoo and several local parks and playgrounds, showed the girl in soiled diapers and clothing. Police also found images of other children involved in sexual acts, as well as pictures of him and his wife wearing diapers.…

Four Teens Give The Term “Butt-Dialing” A Whole New Meaning

Los Fresnos, TX — Police say four young friends between the ages of 13 and 14 are facing criminal charges after they allegedly sodomized another friend with a cell phone and videotaped the whole thing.

Cameron County Sheriff Omar Lucio said the incident happened last week while the group of friends were playing a game called ‘pants’. I’ve never heard of such a game before, but I guess it goes a little like this: Four friends gang up and drag another friend to the floor. Once said friend is down, his pants are removed and a cell phone is shoved up his ass. Oh, and to add to the hilarity, capture the entire incident on video – makes the prosecution’s job that much easier.

A teacher overheard a couple of students rehashing the incident and informed school administrators, who later contacted the sheriff’s department. Sheriff Lucio said detectives and a doctor determined the teen had been sexually assaulted. Family members, however, say the allegations against their children are false.

Tommy Godinez spoke on behalf of two of the accused teens’ families, and said there’s more to the story. ”They are all watching a football game and the victim, the so called victim, was tapping the other kids in the mid-section and all of them thought it was funny,” Godinez said.
