D’Amber Myles Couldn’t Keep Her Head Above Water

Las Vegas, Nevada–Raven Gibbons used to have a 5-year-old daughter named D’Amber Myles. D’Amber suffered from cerebral palsy, had the mental capacity of a 2-year-old child, and was only able to use her right arm. Surely, D’Amber required almost constant supervision and care. You certainly wouldn’t want to leave a special needs child alone in the bathtub, not even for a couple of minutes, right? Didn’t seem to bother Raven any to just leave the kid sitting in the tub…she had more important things to do! Like watch TV and stuff.
