Convicted Child Molester Jeremiah Taylor Beaten To Death In Indiana Prison

New Castle, IN — Jeremiah Taylor, a man convicted of child molestation last year, was beaten to death inside an Indiana prison.
According to police, the 37-year-old was found unconscious at the bottom of a staircase at the state prison in New Castle late Thursday night. He was taken to Henry County Hospital then flown to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, where he died Saturday morning.
Investigators believe the inmate’s injuries were “not the result of an accident, but were the result of Taylor having been battered shortly before being found in the stairwell,” an Indiana State Police release said.
Taylor was charged with molesting a preschooler in 2009, but was not apprehended until 2011. He pleaded guilty to charges of child molestation in June of last year, and was sentenced to 20-years in prison with 12 years suspended. Taylor had been at the prison since July of last year and was scheduled to be released in 2018.
Before anyone assumes he was murdered because of his admitted crimes, Mike Smith, public information officer at the New Castle Correctional Facility, said a large segment of the New Castle prison population consists of sex offenders.…

Houston, TX — A 24-year-old moving company employee has been accused of taking pictures of and fondling a customer’s 5-year-old girl while he was on the job.
According to court documents, Justin Summers was working for the moving company hired by a family to help them move into a new home. While at the house, the report states he entered an upstairs room where the customer’s 5-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son were playing a game.
That’s where Summers allegedly fondled the girl and took inappropriate photographs of her with his cell phone. The charges are only being file now because no one knew anything may have happened until the girl’s brother recently told his mother what happened.
He told her that he saw Summers “lifting his sister’s skirt and removing or pulling down her underwear and then taking several photographs of her genital area.” The girl confirmed her brother’s comments and later told investigators that Summers ”touched her private area by putting his finger on it” before taking the pictures.
Police tracked down Summers and were able to seize his cell phone where they found some creepy videos of the girl.…

Indianapolis, Indiana – Four Indianapolis residents have been arrested, accused of trying to sell a baby.
Police say 36-year-old Rose Faucett and 58-year-old Phillip Hester agreed to sell Faucett’s daughter, born April 2, to 57-year-old Michael S. Overby and 50-year-old Debbie Overby. In return for selling the baby to the completely normal looking couple, they would get a whopping $300 and a place for Faucett to stay.
All four have been charged with neglect of a dependent and child selling. Michael Overby was also charged with forgery for falsely signing a paternity affidavit, claiming to be the biological father of the infant.
The real kicker here is quite disturbing; Michael S. Overby is a convicted child molester and Debbie Overby has been convicted of child neglect in the past.
“Mrs. Overby is currently on probation for neglect of a dependent, and Mr. Overby is a convicted child molester. It’s a charge from back in 1984,” said Indianapolis police Sgt. Linda Jackson. “We don’t know what the intentions were for trying to adopting this child.…

Titusville, FL – How long does it take to rehabilitate a sexual predator? Apparently, in Florida, it takes 13 years. Thomas Spioch, 52, was originally sentenced to 315 years for molesting a 14-year-old boy and then plotting to kill seven witnesses. Through the great appeals process and thanks to a psychological evaluation that determined he is no longer likely to reoffend, Spioch is free. Spioch was convicted in 1997 of 28 counts of molesting a 14-year-old boy and plotting to kill seven witnesses in the case. Following appeals, his sentence was reduced in 2007 and Spioch already had served most of it. The state then invoked the controversial Jimmy Ryce act, a civil law for violent sexual predators, to hold him at a treatment facility in Arcadia. Spioch had been at the facility since 2007. He will be on probation for 12 years and, of course, will be receiving sexual offender treatment. We all know how effective that is and since his doctor said he wouldn’t reoffend, we can all breath a little more easily. Um, how long do you suppose it will be before Spioch graces our site again?…

GURNEE, Ill. - On June 5th, a 19-year-old girl was approached by a man in the parking lot of Gurnee Mills mall. He said he had a gun and forced the teen to drive hime to an ATM and withdraw money. He then had her drive to a church parking lot where he sexually assaulted her. Finally, he had her drop him off at a 7-11 at which time the girl drove away and notified police. Yesterday police announced they have arrested Richard R. Gallatin, 37, and charged him with aggravated criminal sexual assault, aggravated kidnapping and armed robbery. Police say they were able to locate him after an anonymous tip informed them he was camping in the Chain ‘O Lakes State Park. Now here’s the kicker that comes to no shock to some. He is a convicted child molester who was just paroled in May after serving time for the sexual assault of a child back in 2003. So now, after this latest attack, can we please just put a bullet in this predator?…

Pittsburgh – Ok, I’m gonna leave you with a really creepy one. The FBI has charged 72-year-old Sherwood Stevenson with traveling with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct after they say he molested a 6-year-old boy while in the jacuzzi of a Royal Caribbean ship. He admitted to agents that took the cruise so he could have a sexual encounter with a young boy. Video surveillance shows Stevenson getting into the jacuzzi next to the boy, putting his arm around him and then pulling him onto his lap for a few minutes before the boy ran off. Stevenson would later admit that he fondled the boy under his swim trunks and forced the boy to touch him as well. This is not the first instance involving Stevenson with young boys. In 2006, Stevenson was accused of taking a shower in a school boy’s locker room and frequently watched middle school wrestling matches. In May, police were called to a theater where a father saw Stevenson with his hands down his pants, sitting one seat away from his young son. Stevenson told police he simply had an itch he was scratching for 10 minutes but admitted he likes to look at young boys.…

During a 2009 child porn investigation, police stumbled upon 26-year-old Shawn Godfrey who was sharing child porn over the internet. After acquiring a search warrant, police entered the home of Godfrey’s parents where he lived and confiscated a computer in the basement, a computer Godfrey admitted was loaded with child porn. But that’s not all. In Godfrey’s bedroom they found more videos and images of child porn in the closet as well as numerous job applications for daycares and nanny positions and a troop leader tag with a picture of a boy scout troop. Police also retrieved a folder labelled “HTC kids” that continued cell phone images of children using the bathroom at the Hennepin Technical College – where he once volunteered at the daycare. On Tuesday he was charged with possession and distribution of child pornography but there is also an ongoing sexual abuse investigation that may lead to even more charges. Stamford, Conn - Tomas Manzano, 35, is probably going to go down in history as one of the most embarassing parents we have ever featured here on D’D. On Wednesday he was one of 39 chaperone’s accompanying his son’s fifth-grade class from Stillmeadow Elementary School on a field trip to Manhattan. Before the end of the day, Manzano will have fought with a teacher and the cops, as well as molested a handful of his son’s female classmates. Reports are that Manzano seemed fine when the class visited the Bronx Zoo, but that he started to show signs of being intoxicated shortly after. It turns out that the water bottle he had been sipping from did not contain water, but rather Vodka. - DICKINSON, Texas - Some kids suffered minor chemical burns after one of their dumbass classmates mixed something (more than likely toilet bowl cleaner) with aluminum foil underneath the gym bleachers. The 13-year-old was arrested and charged with arson. You almost made it to the end of the year, kid.
- RIVERVIEW, Fla – Michael Major was arrested after some fellow motorists witnessed him tossing three live kittens out of his car window, running over one of them.

ALBUQUERQUE – What an absolute nightmare. On Tuesday night, a 6-year-old girl was sexually assaulted in the play room of a the Midtown Sports and Wellness while her mother worked out nearby. Police say that 20-year-old Juan Gonzalez, an illegal immigrant whose mother works at the gym as a janitor, had helped the girl fix a video game earlier only to come back to the room later and sexually assault her. “He held his hand over her mouth so she couldn’t scream. He could hear the child say ‘Stop! Stop! Stop!’” Albuquerque Deputy Chief Beth Paiz said. After the assault, the tub of shit went upstairs to take a shower, and the little girl came out of the room crying and immediately told a staff member what happened. JERSEY CITY, N.J. - Adonis Giron, 43, had a nifty little scam going for a despicable pedophile. He posed as an MTV talent scout to lure young girls and then pry them with promises of fame and fortune. His Myspace page stated he is 26 and makes up to $250,000 as a manager at MTV. Of course this was all bullshit and the only thing the girl’s ended up receiving were Giron’s dick and a tough life lesson. His game came to an end after the parents of a 12-year-old girl learned that she had sex with Giron in a motel back in October of 2008. He was later apprehended and in January, he pleaded guilty to the charge of aggravated sexual assault. This plea deal meant that charges he had molested two 13-year-old girls would be dropped. On Friday, Giron was sentenced to 10 years in prison and ordered to get psychological treatment. He must serve more than eight years of his sentence before becoming eligible for parole.…

Hastings, Minnesota – Peter Robert Stibal II, 44, and Boy Scout troop leader, has been charged with six counts of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree after three Boy Scouts accused him of sexual molestation. Between 2002 and 2008, it is alleged that Stibal gave several boys in his troop — some as young as 11 — handjobs, blowjobs or both. These incidents happened at various locations including Boy Scout camp, movie theaters, Stibal’s cabin and his home. During their investigation, police also found child pornography on Stibal’s computer. Boy Scout leaders have removed Stibal from his position as Scout Master of Troop 650, a position he has held since 2003. Before that he was the troop’s assistant Scout Master for three years.
