Denver, Co – I’ve never met Shenell Phillips. She may be a real sweet gal who has a great personality and an amazing ability to pull sunshine out of her ass whenever the days get dreary. She may be considered really good friend material to some, even good enough to allow her to watch their children, but to me…Hell no! On February 28, 2009 police and emergency crews responded to a three-car accident along East 56th Avenue near Tower Road.  The reports say around 2:55 a.m. 28-year-old Shenell Phillips was driving drunk and under the influence in the wrong lane on eastbound 56th Avenue when she ran head-on into two other cars. Gary Wayne Garretson Was Just Playin’
