Two Cell Phone Store Employees Arrested After Stealing Customer’s Photos

BARTOW, FL – A couple of cell phone store employees in Florida have gotten themselves into a bit of trouble after they stole a female customer’s personal photos off her phone and then shared them.
The unidentified woman came to the Cellular Sales of Knoxville store to purchase a new phone. Joshua Stuart, 24, told the woman that he would transfer all of her data from her old phone to the new one she just bought. While Joshua delivered on this promise of data transfer, he also kept some nude photos of the woman he found on her old phone. No idea what the photos were, but they were good enough to share with fellow employee, 26-year-old Gregory Lampert.
Their activities may have gone unnoticed had Joshua and Gregory not decided to show their find to another customer in the store. Unfortunately for the pair, this customer recognized the woman in the pics and immediately informed her that she was pretty popular over at the cell phone store and her private pics may have become wanking material for two of the store’s employees.…

Bridgeport, CT - Former Stamford police officer, Paul Mabey, 43, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct after having been charged for showing a photo of his penis to women during traffic stops.
According to police, on May 21, 2010, Mabey conducted a traffic stop on a woman with her 21 month-old-baby in a car seat in the back. The reason for the stop… talking on her cell phone. Court documents describe Mabey pointing out to her almost immediately that her dress had ridden up her thighs. The woman apologized and rolled her dress down. She said that Mabey replied, “No. I like what I see.”
[Cue music] Boom chicka chicka wow wow…
Mabey would then be told by the woman that he was too old. [Music stops abruptly]
“I’m only 40. That’s not old, it’s experienced,” she quoted Mabey in her formal complaint as saying.
After taking her license and registration to his car, Mabey reportedly came back and told her she should plead not guilty to the cell phone ticket and buy a hands-free device.…

Omaha, Nebraska – We do so many stories here every day that sometimes I forget when I am waiting on an update. One story in particular was the one I posted about in June in which two boys, ages 12 and 13, were charged with filming themselves sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl in a neighborhood park.
When we first reported on it, the 12-year-old was ordered to be held in a juvenile facility while the 13-year-old got to stay home with his parents over the Fourth of July holidays. I had forgotten about the entire thing until today when a reader emailed us with an update.
For those of you not familiar with this story, a 5-year-old girl and her 7-year-old brother were lured to a drainage ditch by the two older boys at a park near the victim’s home. The older boys reportedly threatened to beat up the younger pair if they didn’t do what they said. They then used their cell phones to record themselves sexually assaulting the girl. This assault included penetration, fondling and worst of all, forcing the young girl to perform oral sex on them as well as on her brother.…

San Antonio, TX – Didn’t find a lot of articles on this story, but the one I did find had enough details to warrant posting yet another story of a minor being sexually abused on camera.
Police in San Antonio have arrested a 29-year-old woman accused of filming herself molesting a young girl. Reports are that a friend of Kristen Lea Bush was looking through her cell phone when he stumbled upon some videos of a young girl being sexually assaulted.
The video did not show Bush’s face but he recognized her voice and hands which, judging by the mugshot, probably made it look like the poor girl was being molested by two hams.
Police arrested Bush on Monday, just as she was about to leave town, on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child, possession of child pornography and sexual performance of a child.…

Omaha, Nebraska – One of our readers sent us a few links to a story going on in Omaha that I thought the rest of you would find interesting. It details an incident where two young boys, ages 12 and 13, have been accused of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl in a neighborhood park.
It all started on June 14th, when the little girl and her 7-year-old brother were lured to a drainage ditch by the two older boys. Initial reports were that the two boys threatened to beat up the younger pair if they didn’t do what they said. They then made the siblings pull down their pants and used their cellphones to record the girl’s private area. Later it was revealed the assault included penetration, fondling and worst of all, forcing the young girl to perform oral sex on them as well as her brother.
The brother and sister ran home after the assault and told their mother who then called police. They were able to quickly locate the boys and arrest them.…

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police have charged two 11-year-olds with sexual exploitation of a minor after images of two younger children forced to engage in sex acts were found on a cell phone.
Police have been investigating this disturbing incident since April after a mother found pictures on her 11-year-old daughter’s cell phone depicting her 5-year-old daughter and a 7-year-old boy engaged in sexual activity.
Police say they recovered over 21 pictures off the cell phone clearly showing the children’s genitals as well as pictures of the two children being forced to perform sex acts on each other.
Dr. Dan Biber, a psychologist, said the 11-year-olds may have been influenced by sexual images that are prevalent in today’s society (*insert dismissive wanking motions here*), or they may have been victims themselves.
Sorry for wanking on a portion of Dr. Biber’s comment but I just couldn’t help myself. I know that some AP study conducted a few years back shows that the age of sexual offenders have been getting lower over the last 20 years, but I have to side with the people who say this not because of a trend or epidemic, but rather stricter laws, better reporting and more awareness.…

Tahuya, WA — A 15-year-old girl was taken into custody by SWAT Wednesday evening after she reportedly shot her father in the gut with an arrow because he took away her cell phone.
Police say the girl shot her father around 8:00 p.m. and refused to let him use the telephone to call for help. It has been reported that the man was forced to crawl to a neighbor’s home where he called 911.
After the incident, the teen apparently took off into the woods…still armed with the compound bow and about 35 arrows. Because she was considered armed and dangerous, a SWAT team was brought in to assist deputies with the search.
The SWAT team tracked the kid down and took her into custody at about 11:00 p.m. Police say the girl was found “to be despondent with a serious medical issue.” She was promptly transported to Marry Bridge Children’s Hospital for treatment of said unknown medical issue.
As for her 35-year-old father, he was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where he is listed in critical condition with an arrow wound to the torso.…

St. Ann, MO - Ritenour High School student Dalton Heinle, 18, was arrested for using his cell phone to videotape his fellow students in various states of undress.
Police say Heinle was taken into custody Tuesday and was charged with criminal invasion of privacy. Police said school administrators contacted them after a student caught Heinle recording he and other students dressing and undressing.
“…some individuals on the phone that were identified by Ritenour staff as being students there but there’s a bunch of other people that we don’t know. Nobody knows,” said Breckenridge Hills Police Captain Scott Robinson. Police say the videos were shot in what appears to be bathrooms and locker rooms. Heinle is a member of the school’s swim team.
According to police, they are aware of seven victims who have been identified as Ritenour High School students. All were male and none knew they were being videotaped, police said. Parents reportedly received a letter and email from the school alerting them that an incident did take place at the school.…

Alvarado, TX - On Tuesday, Troy “Colt” Griffin, 27, was probably wondering where he’d left his cell phone. Fortunately, a helpful citizen found the lost phone – and the pictures of Griffin having sex with a seven-year-old. The grossed-out phone-finder took the phone to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, where deputies marveled at Griffin’s idiocy and pervitude on their way to get arrest and search warrants.
Griffin and his girlfriend, Elizabeth Hambrecht, 28, did not take kindly to warrants being served. Hambrecht apparently had a bit of a freak-out when law enforcement started going through stuff and telling her how her man is a pedophile child molester. I’m not sure what Hambrecht did, but she is now facing a charge of interfering with public duties. Which I guess means temper fit or protect-the-penis behavior. Too bad, really, because she is clearly way too hot for Colt Griffin if you feel like searching for her on Facebook.
Griffin, who says he’s a father of four on Facebook, was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault on a child. Several pieces of digital media were seized during the search of Griffin’s residence, so further charges are likely forthcoming. Which is what happens when you rape a kid and record it for posterity. He’s being held in the Johnson County Jail on $250,000 bond.…

Los Fresnos, TX — Police say four young friends between the ages of 13 and 14 are facing criminal charges after they allegedly sodomized another friend with a cell phone and videotaped the whole thing.
Cameron County Sheriff Omar Lucio said the incident happened last week while the group of friends were playing a game called ‘pants’. I’ve never heard of such a game before, but I guess it goes a little like this: Four friends gang up and drag another friend to the floor. Once said friend is down, his pants are removed and a cell phone is shoved up his ass. Oh, and to add to the hilarity, capture the entire incident on video – makes the prosecution’s job that much easier.
A teacher overheard a couple of students rehashing the incident and informed school administrators, who later contacted the sheriff’s department. Sheriff Lucio said detectives and a doctor determined the teen had been sexually assaulted. Family members, however, say the allegations against their children are false.

LIVERPOOL, NEW YORK – I was reading about this over the weekend, but the site decided to crap its pants before I had a chance to post anything about it. The body of Jenni-Lyn Watson was found Saturday and a few hours later her ex-boyfriend was arrested and charged with her murder. For those of you not in the know, Watson went missing from her parent’s home earlier this month and searchers were looking around a wooded area off Waterhouse Road, the last location her cell phone was used, last Tuesday. On Saturday, her remains were found in Clay Central Park covered in vegetation in an attempt to conceal the body. A few hours later her ex-boyfriend, Steven Pieper, was taken into custody and charged with her death. We now know he was a prime suspect all along — not just because he was a creepy, jealous kind of boyfriend who Watson had just broken up with in October — but also the fact that he left his cell phone in her home the morning she went missing.…

LIVERPOOL, NEW YORK — Emergency crews and law enforcement agencies are conducting a large-scale search within a wooded area off Waterhouse Road, trying to locate a 20-year-old college student who has been missing since Friday, Nov. 19. Jenni-Lyn Watson had returned home from Mercyhurst College for Thanksgiving break. Watson’s cell phone, a Verizon LG enV3, has been turned on “intermittently” since her disappearance and the wooded area searches are focused on is where they say her cell phone, which is no longer on, was last used. According to Devin Ruic, a friend and classmate of Watson’s, she had been having problems with a man stalking her. Police say they have no suspects or people of interest, but did confirmed people are being interviewed. Some people posting on some of the news articles mention a failed abduction that occurred a week before Watson went missing. SUMMIT, N.J. – Three teenagers are facing murder charges after police say that they beat 47-year-old Abelino Mazaniego to death while a fourth teen filmed it all on his cell phone. The married father of four was sitting on a bench outside of the restaurant where he worked as a dishwasher when he was approached by a group of teens. For no known motive at this time, although rumors are circulating it was racially motivated, three of the teens beat the immigrant from El Salvador unconscious. He would die days later at the hospital while the video of his beating circulated amongst other teens. This lead to Nigel Dumas, 19, Khayri Williams-Clark, 18, and an unidentified 17-year-old being charged with manslaughter – a charge that has since been upgraded to murder. Providence, Rhode Island – Ruth Williams, 30, had taken her 14-year-old daughter’s cell phone away after learning that her daughter had been sexting with it several weeks earlier. On Thursday the pair got into an altercation when Williams refused to give the phone back to the teen. During the argument, Williams hit her daughter with the phone and her daughter responded by plunging a kitchen knife in her mother’s chest. When police arrived at their residence, they found Williams in a doorway bleeding heavely and unable to speak. She was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Lancaster, California – I missed this update a couple days ago. The man who stabbed another man in the neck with a meat thermometer while in a movie theater will be going to trial. Lancaster Superior Court Judge Christopher Estes felt there was enough evidence for prosecutors to go forward with their charges of attempted murder, being a felon in possession of a firearm and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon against 39-year-old Landry Boullard. Boullard pleaded not guilty to the charges. Prosecutors said Boullard has four previous felony convictions in Los Angeles County: for robbery in 1990, for drug sales in 1995, and twice — in 2000 and 2007 — for being a felon found in possession of a firearm. The victim got into an altercation with Boullard after he asked that a female with Boullard quit talking on her cell phone during a showing of “Shutter Island” at the Cinemark 22 back in February. The victim was in the hospital for 40 days, several of them while in a coma, and is now blind in his right eye.…

Lancaster, California – Last Saturday, a man was trying to enjoy a film at the Cinemark 22 but was having problems doing so because a woman behind him was using her cell phone. Reports do not say in what manner the man requested she turn off her phone, but regardless, her boyfriend became quite upset. He and another man attacked the person who requested the woman shut the fuck up, one of them stabbing the requester in the neck with a meat thermometer. He was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover, two other people who tried to intervene were also injured so this sounds like it was quite the spectacle. As crazy as this story is, my only question is why anyone would be carrying a meat thermometer around. I’m guessing the attacker is a cook or mechanic. Sheriff’s officials would like some help apprehending these people. The attackers were black males, one wearing an orange hat with an orange jacket or jersey, the other dressed in a black hooded sweatshirt.…

Bangor, PA – A teacher’s aide at Bangor Area High School is in a bit of a pinch after leaving her cell phone unattended. Seems the woman had taken a nekkid picture of herself and had it stored on her cell. Someone got a hold of that unattended cell phone at a non-school event, scrolled through the picture files, hit pay dirt, and started forwarding said nudie pic to students at the high school. The picture was then forwarded to damn near every one in town. “My sister’s seen it. Keizer, OR – On November 9th, a woman called Keizer police to report that she had been shot at by an older man driving a Jeep Cherokee. The woman stated that she was driving down the road with her baby on board, talking on her cell phone, when the man in the Jeep sped up next to her and started screaming. In a matter of seconds, the crotchety old coot had whipped out a gun. The woman thought for sure she was gonna die when he pulled that trigger – but, instead of a bullet whizzing through the window and into her skull, a BB harmlessly pinged the window and bounced off. Fast forward to November 16 – Keizer police received a similar call about a man threatening a woman on a cell phone. This time, though, before whippin’ out his BB gun, he whipped out a sign that said, “Get off the phone, stupid!” (Raise your hand if you’ve been tempted to do the same damn thing).
