Okaloosa County, Florida–Sometimes, a nosy neighbor really comes to the rescue. Jennifer D’Silva’s neighbor heard her baby crying, obviously long enough to become concerned. Omaha, NE – Chyna Long is in need of another car seat to go with the one she already owns. She used to need two to go with the one she owns, until her 3 year-old, car-seatless son, McKenzi Holley, opened the door of Long’s moving SUV and fell out. Long was ticketed in early July for not having any of her kids ages 5, 3, and 1, properly restrained. With three kids under 6, she was a very busy lady.
