ANDERSON, S.C. — Arthur Swilling, 36, spent 17 years in prison for the shooting death of his girlfriend’s father back in 1988. After being sentenced to life in prison, he was later paroled in June of 2006. Late Wednesday night, he and some friends were riding ATV’s through the parking lot of Lakeside Middle School in Anderson County when Shilling drove into a chain strung across the entrance. The chain struck Swilling under the chin, killing him.

Police had come to Mr. Wonderful’s apartment Monday to investigate the disappearance of Alejandra. Jose tried to escape authorities but was run over by a car. Jose is also being investigated for the death of another girlfriend in 2004 and the mutilation death of a prostitute in April.

A US man who stored his amputated leg in a barbecue smoker that was later auctioned off is locked in a custody dispute with the man who bought it.
John Wood’s smoker was sold to Shannon Whisnant last week after he fell behind on payments at the storage facility in North Carolina where it was kept.
He wants his leg back but Mr Whisnant says he has a receipt for the smoker’s contents and wants to share ownership.
Mr Wood’s leg was amputated above the knee after a plane crash in 2004.
He asked to keep the leg so he could be buried as a whole man when he died, and stored it at the facility in Maiden after losing his home.
But when Mr Wood failed to pay the necessary rental fees, the storage company auctioned the smoker and all its contents.
‘Strange incident’
After buying the smoker last Tuesday, Mr Whisnant looked inside and found a man’s leg wrapped in a wire screen.
He initially gave the leg to the police, who concluded it had not been removed as a result of a crime and sent it to a funeral home until Mr Wood could pick it up.…

ALLEN PARK, Mich. – A 41-year old man built a six-foot tall guillotine and then used it to kill himself. His body was found in a wooded area by workers from a shopping center near his home. The guillotine was bolted to a tree and included a swing arm.
“I can’t even tell you how long it must have taken him to construct,” Police Chief Dale Covert said. “This man obviously was very determined to end his life.”

Lured to a home where some of the torturers lived, a woman was forced to lick the toe, vagina and anal cavity of a scary-looking 49 year old woman. The 49 year old’s son also forced the woman to eat dog and rat feces, and the black woman was also badly beaten, told “That’s what we do to niggers around here.”
The 6 are in jail and authorities are searching for others that may have helped lure the woman to the home.

Camille Cleverley of Boise, Idaho was last seen on Thursday. Her Schwinn mountain bike is also gone, and she recently lost her cell phone. Camille Cleverley would have started classes at Brigham Young University on Tuesday.
“She’s a very reliable person,” her mother said. ‘She has not been at work for the days that she’s been scheduled, and that’s very unlike her.” Camille has a boyfriend who has been “very supportive”.
Cleverley is white with strawberry blond hair, blue eyes and fair skin. She’s 5 feet 5 inches tall and 110 pounds.

Wyoming, Mich. — A Goo Goo Car Wash employee was killed when he got entangled in the giant, automatic brushes. Ricardo Alberto Martinez, 18, was closing the car wash Friday night when a customer returned to have his vehicle washed again. After the vehicle entered the car wash, Martinez went inside and somehow became entangled, police said.
“Looks like a hose or something got caught up in some of the bigger equipment around his feet and just pulled him in,” says Lieutenant Scott Gardner of the Wyoming Police Department.

BODEGA BAY, Calif. — A family from Arizona was renting a house in the Bodega Bay area for a vacation. two boys were enlarging an existing tunnel in the side of a sand dune under a 40-foot cypress tree at Salmon Creek State Beach around 3:30 p.m. The tree fell over causing the tunnel to collapse, killing Jonathon Waldrup, 10, and partially burying his cousin\brother.
“The tree did fall over, but it is purely speculation if the wind or age or tunneling brought the tree down,” Bodega Bay Fire Chief Sean Grinnell said.
It took rescue personnel more than an hour to pull the 10-year-old out of six to eight feet of sand, and they were unable to resuscitate him.

METHUEN, Mass. — Timothy Dileo, 11, was killed Monday and his brother Andrew, 8, was critically injured in an accident while riding bikes at the Tenney School on Pleasant Street in Methuen. At around 3:30 p.m. a large gate from an iron fence fell on four children as they were riding their bicycles on the school grounds. A third brother, 13-year-old Steven, was slightly injured and Brandon Leport, 13, was unhurt. The school was closed for the Labor Day holiday.

Apparently, fishermen in Japan have this little rite of passage where young men lose their virginity to manta rays whose stingers have been removed. The cap’n gets the first crack at it, then the rest of the crew gets jiggy with it, opening up all sorts of health issues in which STDs can get passed around (no word on what the STDs do to the Mantas). Vienna – A 19-year-old identified as only Robert A, killed his 49-year-old roommate by crushing his skull with an iron bar. He then used a butcher knife to disembowel him. When the police entered the room, they found Robert sitting on the floor, covered in blood. His roommate’s body parts were strewn around the room and some half-eaten parts, including brains and intestines, were found on a plate in the kitchen. He greeted the officers by simply stating “Just look what happened here.â€
The murder was discovered when a cleaner entered the shelter. The man told her about the murder and asked her to inform the police.

MONESSEN, Pa. — Funeral director Johnny Draper left the Draper Funeral Home to talk to some friends across the street. After about 10 minutes, he noticed a light on in the basement and decided to go investigate. Draper found the body of a deceased woman, who had been previously prepped for a viewing, with one her legs up in the air, her stockings had been removed and the plastic covering her body had been torn open.
He also found Roderick Jones lying next to the coffin trying to hide. Draper restrained the man until police arrived. Jones has a history of burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief as well as being convicted of abuse of a corpse in 1999. Jones is being held in the Westmoreland County Prison, charged with abuse of a corpse and burglary, police said.

Not surprisingly, judging by his acting talent, he failed to even do this correctly. In promoting his newest video-game-to-movie Postal, the genius formerly known as Uwe Boll pointed fingers at the industry that gives him all his “source material.”

First, Boll said that the stories in his films are lacking due to the fact that his source material isn’t good to begin with, offering up House of the Dead as an example. When Bryan Connelly came before Judge Garner on forgery charges (3rd offense), he thought maybe he’d see if the judge wanted to make some side money. Mr. Connelly offered the judge a paltry $5000.00 to kill the prosecuting attorney. He also offered his defense attorney the same measly amount to kill the judge, threatening “If you decide not to kill Mr. Garner for me, I will kill him myself after I kill you.”
The worst part about this poorly-thought-out plan of action is that he was within 8 months of parole on a 30 month sentence. Even if both the judge AND the defense attorney had done what he wanted, it wouldn’t have helped him get out of prison. Now he’s quadruply screwed.

PROVO – Earl F. Ellwanger Jr., 55, was watching one of my favorite shows, Forensic Files, when he decided to prove a portion of the show wrong. I watch the show religiously and I am pretty sure the episode he was watching was titled “A Shot in the Dark” from season 1. The episode detailed the case of Ernestine Paraya (sp?) who was shot in the stomach with a shotgun. The evidence was shown to have gone either way; suicide or murder by husband.
During the episode, investigators on the program were showing how it would be impossible for the Paraya to shoot herself. Mr. Ellwanger decided to prove the investigators wrong by either showing that you could shoot yourself in the stomach, or that it was impossible to shoot yourself in the stomach. Either way, he took his own loaded shotgun and demonstrated that the act was indeed possible by fatally shooting himself in the stomach.

Lincolnton, NC – Jolynn Banner, 59, was attempting to put in a car wash code at the Petro Express car wash on 2230 E. Main St. Instead of rolling her window down to type in the code, she decided to open her Pontiac Firebird’s door and stand inside to reach the pad. Being that this story is on my site, you can almost write the rest of this article yourself. But I’ll go ahead and tell you what happened next.
Mrs Banner’s foot slipped off of the brake causing the car rolled forward with her head sticking out. The car struck the brick wall of the car wash, pinning Banner between her car door and her car’s frame.
She received “crushing injuries to the neck,” and died at the scene, EMS records say.
How this woman lived to the age of 59 is anyones guess.
