Attifa Brown Arrested After Assaulting Her Daughter’s 11-Year-Old Bully Inside School

Philadelphia, PA – Police arrested 26-year-old Attifa Brown inside her daughter’s school after she allegedly assaulted an 11-year-old girl she says has been bullying her daughter.
Brown says while she did go to A.B. Anderson Elementary School with her daughter to confront the other girl, she says she never touched her. ”I don’t beat my own child, let alone somebody else’s,” said Brown.
“The problem here is that we have a 26-year-old mother who has no reason to approach an 11-year-old child, so her credibility as far as I’m concerned is shot,” said Lt. John Walker, Philadelphia Police.
Besides, they say there is video of the incident. According to the 11-year-old victim’s mother, it shows Brown “over my daughter for minutes, poking her in the face, pulling her hair and beating her,” said Bobby Webster.
Brown is facing a myriad of charges, including terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and defiant trespass. School officials are looking into how Brown was able to walk into the school without signing in or without being questioned.…

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Police have arrested the Internet ‘celebrity’ known as “Kai the Hatchet-Wielding Hitchhiker” and have charged him with the murder of a New Jersey lawyer.
Kai, better known to his friends and relatives as 24-year-old Caleb Lawrence McGillvary, was tagged with the less-than catchy nickname after he used a hatchet to subdue a man who tried to run over a California utility worker in February.
A rambling, profanity-laced interview with the local media went viral, sparking his rise to low-level internet stardom that included appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Authorities believe McGillvary killed 73-year-old Joseph Galfy after after the two met in Times Square Saturday night. Prosecutors allege Galfy brought McGillvary back to his house in Clark, NJ, for a sexual encounter.
On Monday, Galfy’s body was found by police conducting a well-being check. Galfy was discovered wearing only his socks and underwear. An autopsy later determined the cause of death to be blunt force trauma.
McGillvary posted on Facebook Tuesday, presenting the idea of waking up in a stranger’s house, groggy and having been raped in the mouth.…

DARLINGTON, WI – Jaren Kuester, a 31-year-old man with a history of mental problems, has been arrested and charged with beating three elderly people to death with a fireplace poker.
According to reports, Kuester was arrested after threatening staff members at a Waukesha County animal shelter. Staff there said Kuester demanded that the dead dog he’d dropped off a few weeks earlier be returned to him alive. He told them they would pay with their lives when they did not oblige.
After making bail, he got in his vehicle and started driving, feeling as if his life was “crashing and burning” around him. After driving three counties away, he felt as if he was being followed, so he abandoned his vehicle, stripped off his clothes, and ran into the woods.
He ended up getting cold and broke into the farmhouse of Gary Thoreson, 70, and Chloe Thoreson, 66, who were not at home. After getting clothes, food, and searching for valuables, Kuester went to sleep on a bedroom floor. Sometime after, 70-year-old Dean Thoreson, Gary’s brother, arrived and entered the home.…

Newport News, VA - Carl Cottee Jr., 23, has been charged with the murder of his girlfriend’s 4-year-old daughter, according to police.
Police were called to a home where Cottee had been caring for Madyson Van Cleave Hook while her mother was out. There they found the girl in a bedroom not breathing and showing signs of trauma to her body, according to police spokesperson Holly McPherson.
The child was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead from blunt head trauma. Madyson’s grandmother was initially told the girl’s death was an accident, and that Madyson got dizzy after taking a bath, passed out and then hit her head.
But that does not explain the bruises and multiple skull fractures the family would later learn the girl had suffered. ”It’s horrible I just can’t imagine her going through that pain,” her grandmother said. “I can hear her saying, ‘I love my Nan Nan.’”
Want to hear something infuriating? Madyson’s grandmother also said there was suspicion the girl was being abused after Madyson complained of being locked in a dresser and being left alone.…

Lecanto, FL – Chelsea Huggett, 21, is behind bars after police say she confessed to getting so angry at her 2-year-old’s “whining” that she slammed the girl’s head into a wall, killing her.
Police were called to Huggett’s home on April 26, where her daughter, 2-year-old Aliyah Marie Branum, was found not breathing and unresponsive. Huggett initially blamed her boyfriend for the child’s condition, saying that her daughter had ingested bug spray he had spilled.
Aliyah was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead a short time later. What the medical staff found did not back up Huggett’s bug spray story, however. Not by a long shot.
Aliyah had bruises all over her body, including her face, head, arms, legs, back, shoulders, and vaginal area. One eye was swollen shut, blood was coming out of mouth and nose, and yellow fluid was coming from both ears.
The medical examiner would find Aliyah suffered a frontal skull fracture above the right eye, and hemorrhaging over her entire brain area. He would state the cause of death as blunt force trauma, and rule Aliyah’s death a homicide.…

HOMOSASSA, FL – Citrus County deputies arrested 55-year-old Burt Conrady after they say he beat his mentally challenged girlfriend in the head and face with some frozen meat.
The victim told police that Conrady got angry after she took the wrong meat out of the refrigerator. He had clearly requested ham croquettes but she pulled out ham steak and pork chops.
Enraged over her inability to follow directions, Conrady allegedly began beating his girlfriend with the frozen meat. Police say Conrady denied striking his girlfriend, but noted she had swelling on her cheek.
Burt Conrady was arrested and charged with abuse of an elderly person or disable adult.
Not surprisingly, this isn’t the first story we have reported on involving a Floridian beating on an elderly, disabled mate with some meat.

Richardson, TX - Police have arrested Hector Cupich-Quinones, 35, and Maria Zuniga, 37, after the couple allegedly beat their crying 5-month-old girl to death over the weekend.
Authorities were called to the couple’s home about 5:30 a.m. Sunday after the couple, who are deaf and cannot speak, woke up to find their daughter was having problems breathing. The responding officer performed CPR on the baby and noticed suspicious bruises on the infant.
After the child was taken to the hospital, she was pronounced dead about 10 p.m. Hospital staff told police they suspected abuse after discovering bruises on the baby’s chest, back and both arms. She had also suffered massive trauma to the back of her head.
When investigators questioned the couple about their child’s injuries, they admitted they had beaten the child because they could not get her to stop crying. I know, they’re deaf. But supposedly, after drinking, Cupich-Quinones became angry over the vibrations being created by his daughter’s crying.
In an attempt to stop the vibrations, Cupich-Quinones shook the baby in an attempt to stop her from creating them.…

Tempe, AZ – Luis Soltero has been charged with murder after walking into an Arizona police department and admitting he had murdered his girlfriend, 19-year-old ASU student Rebecca ‘Becky’ Kasper.
On Tuesday morning, 22-year-old Luis Soltero walked into a Tempe Police Department substation, handed an officer his ID card and Kasper’s driver’s license, then said: “My girlfriend is there and she is dead, and I am not going to tell you anything more without an attorney,”‘ according to the court papers.
He then stated he felt dizzy after spending 12 hours in his running car inside a storage space. While he was taken to the hospital, police went to the home he shared with Kasper to verify his claims. After forcing open the door, they found Kasper dead in a blood-splattered bathroom.
According to court documents, the 19-year-old’s decaying body was in a bathtub covered with blankets and a yoga mat, with coffee grounds and baking soda sprinkled on top. Her ankles and hands were bound, and her head was covered with a plastic bag.…

LINCOLN, NE – A Nebraska bus driver has been fired after surveillance video captured him delivering a passenger approximately eighteen knuckle sandwiches before dragging the guy off the bus.
Officials in Lincoln announced 43-year-old Troy Fischer had been fired from StarTran Bus Service and has been cited on suspicion of misdemeanor assault. The incident happened in March, and video shows Fischer talking with a lone male passenger.
I couldn’t quite figure out why Fischer was pissed off at the man, but he reportedly called his boss and told them he was having problems with a passenger. He was informed to let the man off voluntarily or call police. Fischer chose not to do either, and can be seen attacking the man who never fights back. After punching the man over a dozen times, Fischer drags him off the bus and leaves him on the side of a road.
Afterwards, Fischer tells his supervisor that he put the passenger off the bus and that “it wasn’t pretty.”
Fischer was initially suspended without pay but was fired after a disciplinary hearing that allowed him to rebut the allegations.…

ONTARIO, CA - An Ontario man is in custody, charged with beating his girlfriend’s two-and-a-half year-old son to death.
Police say Michael Lucero, 20, was booked into West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga and formally charged with the child’s death.
A criminal complaint was filed by the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office alleging Lucero committed abuse of the toddler that resulted in the boy’s death while the boy’s mother was at work.
According to court documents, the injured toddler was brought to Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Fontana after he lost consciousness at his home in the 1100 block of East Philadelphia Street Thursday shortly after midnight.
Police officers were called after hospital officials reported a child had been brought in with life-threatening injuries. After being evaluated, paramedics rushed the boy to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he died later that morning.
“This investigation is still ongoing,” said police spokesman Cpl. Bill Russell. “Detectives are trying to determine if there was a propensity for violence and if anyone else knew this was occurring.”
Police have said Lucero babysat his girlfriend’s child while she was working, and the boy’s mother hasn’t been labeled a suspect at this time.…

New York, NY – Philip Ward was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 1994 after he admitted to shooting his girlfriend to death in front her 11-year-old daughter, then raping the child. While incarcerated, he admitted to the 1989 murder of Veronica Bowen, his 21-year-old pregnant girlfriend found naked and headless on a Manhattan apartment rooftop.
Ward, 46, pleaded guilty to the murder on March 22 and on Friday, he was sentenced to 18 years to life in prison that will run consecutive to the sentence he is already serving.
Ward and Bowen met while in foster care as teenagers. Although they had two children, their relationship was pocked with domestic violence, leading to Bowen moving out of the apartment and leaving her children in Ward’s care. On the night she was murdered, Bowen was at Ward’s apartment to visit her children. She was six weeks pregnant and Ward said he did not believed the child was his.
After Ward talked Bowen into accompany him to the building’s roof, where they first had sex, he flew into a jealous rage.…

CIRCLEVILLE, OH – Police have arrested two adults and two juveniles in connection to the beating death of 21-year-old Brittany Jeffers.
The details surrounding the events that proceeded the beating aren’t completely clear to me, but according to police, at least eight people took part in the beating while many others stood around and watched.
According to Jeffers’ mother, the fight began when Jeffers’ step-sister was attacked by a neighbor on Wednesday.
“That’s when my daughter Brittany said, ‘This ain’t happening,’ and she ran over to try and save [her sister],” Emily Harvey said.
Police say a crowd of people stood around and watched the fight, but no one was helping or trying to stop the women. Sometime during the fight, according to Harvey, a man blind-sided Jeffers.
“So he just came up and kicked my daughter in the head and punched her around the temple and that is when she just fell to the ground,” Harvey said. “I ran over to get to my daughter and found her unconscious, gasping for air, and she turned blue, and I called 911 to help her.”
Jeffers, the mother of a 5-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl, was flown by medical helicopter to Grant Medical Center where she was pronounced brain dead and kept alive long enough to harvest her organs.…

ARLINGTON, VA - Police arrested James Watson after he beat his roommate for using a permanent marker to draw a penis on his face while he was sleeping.
Watson, 31, fell asleep on his couch after a night of drinking. When he woke up at around 5:30 a.m., he became enraged when he found his roommate had drawn a dick on his face, and that it would not wash off.
Police say that Watson ran upstairs to the bedroom of the roommate he suspected of drawing the dick, and jumped on him while he was sleeping. After repeatedly punching the other man in the face, a third roommate managed to separate the two. According to police, the roommates admitted they often play pranks on each other when drunk.
A little over an hour after the assault, the beaten artist decided he was going to press charges and called police. The roommate paid for his dick move with extensive injuries to his face, including a swollen, bleeding eye, and was taken to the hospital.
I’m guessing the injuries must have been pretty bad, as police ended up arresting Watson and charging him with malicious wounding.…

Keizer, OR - Gerardo Chavarria, 24, was sentenced to 25 years in prison after admitting he got angry with his girlfriend’s 4-year-old son for spilling his beer, and killed the boy by pounded his head into the floor.
In 2011, Chavarria took his girlfriend’s son, Sebastian Iturbetook, to the hospital claiming that he was watching the boy when Sebastian fell down the stairs leading to the basement. Sebastion was transferred to Oregon Health and Science University where he died of blunt force trauma to the head on Nov. 6, 2011.
A medical examination would later show that the boy’s injuries did not coincide with Chavarria’s explanation of events. Chavarria would change his story, saying he’d accidentally pushed the child with a child carrier, causing Sebastion to fall down the flight of stairs. This explanation still did not explain the boy’s injuries, and Chavarria was charged with murder.
Chavarria continued to proclaim his innocence, never admitting to willfully abusing the boy, or intentionally causing his death. But that changed on Tuesday, two weeks before he was to go to trial, when Chavarria waived his right to a trial and told the court what actually happened on the morning of Sebastion’s death.…

New Orleans, LA – Police in New Orleans are looking for three men who were captured on video using bottles to beat the ever-living shit out of a man last week.
On Sunday, March 10, 2013, at around 4:45A.M., a man and his girlfriend noticed three or four unknown black males standing outside of the Friendly Bar, a gay bar located on the corner of Chartres and Marigny Streets. The man said one of the males approached him and tried to strike up a conversation, but while he was trying to tell the man he wasn’t interested in talking, the suspects started following a man in his 30s who walked by them.
The man and his girlfriend then watched as the three subjects began beating the man with bottles. The attack was captured on surveillance video and showed the three black males beating the man with bottles, even when he was on the ground. One of the suspects can be seen walking away, then returning to kick the victim in the head.…

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – According to police, 39-year-old Eric Bischoff was arrested after he became angry at his wife over a photo she’d posted on the Internet and then hit over the head with an iPad.
According to court records, Bischoff and his wife got into an argument at their home about 12:40 a.m. last Saturday over a “picture displayed on the Internet.” Bischoff, who had been drinking, discovered Apple has an app for that and hit his wife in the head with an iPad a couple of times. She tried to get away, but he allegedly pulled her hair before throwing her to the floor of their backyard patio.
When police arrived at the the couple’s home they found Bischoff’s wife with injuries to her head, but they didn’t find Bischoff as he left the scene and had taken the iPad with him. He wasn’t arrested until the following Tuesday after being located at the 123rd Precinct station house.
Eric Bischoff was charged with second- and third-degree assault but later released on own recognizance, with a temporary order of protection.…

Matteson, IL – Xenia Jaimes and her parents are facing a slew of very serious charges after police say they kidnapped and beat Xenia’s former boyfriend after he threatened to post nude images of the 18-year-old.
According to court records, the 19-year-old victim was having a casual sexual relationship with 18-year-old Xenia Jaimes. At some point during their relationship, Xenia stripped during a video chat and allowed the victim to photograph her nude with his cell phone.
Things between the two turned sour after Xenia went to a social networking website and accused the victim of stealing her iPad. The teen claims he had taken the device by mistake and had immediately returned it. When he discovered her online accusation, he threatened to post some of the nude photographs of Xenia he had if she didn’t call him to talk about the alleged theft.
On Jan 15, Xenia texted the victim and told him to come to her family’s house so they could talk. Once the teen arrived at the home, Xenia led him down to the basement where he was ambushed by five people wearing ski masks and holding metal pipes and, in the case of one of the masked individuals, a walking crutch.…

Police say Tuesday night at around 11 pm, a 16-year-old girl walked out of her home after getting into a fight with a relative.
As she made her way past Cypress Woods High School, a man walked up behind her and dragged her to a nearby field. There the man beat her in the head and face with a blunt object before raping her.
Throughout the entire ordeal, the girl played dead. ”She doesn’t move, she doesn’t flinch and he does not say a word to her. He stands over her making sure that she was dead,” said Harris County Deputy Armando Tamez.

Wrightsville, GA – A Dollar Store employee in Georgia is facing multiple assault charges after she took it upon herself to discipline a customer’s unruly child by beating the 8-year-old with a belt.
According to reports, 8-year-old Logan Ivey was in the Dollar Store with his mother, allegedly running around being a little shit. He was confronted by one of the store’s employees, 39-year-old Emilia Bell, who called him a demon.
“So I said ‘I’ll show you bad’ and I picked up a cookie and I threw it at her,” said Logan. “So then she starts chasing me around the Dollar General with her belt and takes me behind the counter and starts beating me with her belt.”
Police reviewed surveillance footage and say it doesn’t show what led up to Bell’s disciplinary measures, it clearly shows Bell hitting Logan as many as 26 times with a belt as he screamed for his mother and tried to squirm away. Wrightsville’s police chief Paul Sterling told reporters these strikes were not in one area of Logan’s body, but were all over Logan’s body.…

CHATTANOOGA, TN – A woman with no legs has admitted to beating her 73-year-old boyfriend to death with a crowbar.
According to police, James Masingill pleaded for his life as his girlfriend, 48-year-old Laura Morgan, used a crowbar to bludgeon him to death from her wheelchair. Afterwards, she took $200 from his wallet and went out to buy some crack.
When she returned home a couple hours later, she called 911 and told the dispatcher what she had done. Responding police would find Morgan in her wheelchair on the front porch of the home, and would locate Masingill’s body in the living room.
Morgan has been charged with first-degree murder and especially aggravated robbery. According to court records, Morgan has prior convictions for prostitution and drug possession.
Morgan and Masingill have been dating for 17 years and neighbors say that the victim was just trying to help Morgan turn her life around. Morgan’s family say that she was simply acting in self-defense.
“She told me they had been arguing and he came after her with a crowbar and swung at her and hit her in the hand with it and she was able to push him down and grab the crowbar, and that she hit him in the head and killed him,” Morgan’s niece, Carisa Holewinski says.…
