McALLEN – This is a two part story each part containing equal amounts of vomit-inducing material. First, back in May Edwin Auner Morales tried raping a 13-year-old girl who was babysitting his kids. The girl fought back and was able to get away and report him. Morales admitted what he had done, including that he was aware of her age when he attempted to rape her. Morales was charged with charged with attempted aggravated sexual assault, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a possible fine of $10,000. That’s the first part of this story. The second part is that on Sept 22nd, Judge Rudy Delgado ruled Morales receive a deferred sentence and will not serve any jail time if he does not run into criminal problems again during a probationary period. Truitt was left in charge of four children, ages ranging from 1-9. Later that day, when the children’s grandmother arrived at the home to relieve the babysitter, she noticed her 1-year-old grandson was lifeless and unresponsive. After an examination at the hospital, it was revealed the little kiddo was drunk off his ass. His BAC was reported to be .33. Whaaaaat? Just last week, Justin was babysitting for his girlfriend’s little tyke while she was away at work. Can you guess where this one is going? Correctamundo! The grandfather of 22-month old Yvette Palacios said his son was always suspicious of the babysitter, Natalia Pineda, and her boyfriend, Juan Melendez-Reynoso, and that his son argued with Yvette’s mom about it, but the mom was the boss.
