INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Briana Holland is facing a slew of charges, including attempted murder, after the 22-year-old admitted to stuffing her newborn baby inside a trash can and leaving it to die.
Last Friday night, an employee at United Technology Carrier Corporation called a maintenance worker to a bathroom because they thought they heard an animal in the bathroom’s trash can.
The maintenance worker looked inside the trash can and found a newborn baby wrapped in bags used to dispose of sanitary napkins. The “lower half of the baby was put in a brown paper bag” and the “baby’s head was inside in another brown paper bag.”
Even worse, after the bags were removed, the baby was found to have toilet paper tightly wrapped “approximately 15 times” around his neck, court documents said, and had tissue and a plastic tampon applicator in his mouth. The baby was purple, cold and gasping for air before he stopped breathing.
The maintenance worker quickly removed the items from the baby’s mouth, wrapped the baby in a shirt and used his hands to stop the bleeding umbilical cord.…Continue Reading
HEBRON, MD – Paul Hurst and Cary Edwards have been accused of severely beating their roommate, trying to carve a Juggalo tattoo off his arm, then setting the man on fire.
The incident reportedly happened Thursday shortly after 1 a.m. after Hurst, 33, and Edwards, 35, got into an argument with their roommate, 31-year-old Zachary Swanson.
The argument escalated, and the suspects beat the shit out of Swanson. Afterwards, they attempted to carve a Juggalo tattoo off Swanson’s arm. Unsuccessful at removing the tattoo, they decided to burn it off by pouring a flammable liquid on Swanson’s arm and setting it on fire.
Swanson was left on the ground for hours before the pair dropped him off at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Swanson was later flown to a burn center in Baltimore, where he remains in critical condition with extensive injuries, including severe burns.
Hurst and Edwards were arrested and charged with first and second degree attempted murder, first and second degree assault, reckless endangerment and a deadly weapon charge.…Continue Reading
And my eyes just rolled so hard they damn near fell out the back of my head….
Judith Jones, 44, is facing charges of attempted murder and aggravated assault after her failed attempt at making her husband dead… something she had apparently been planning for quite some time.
Police say the couple’s 16-year-old daughter interrupted the attack late last month, quite possibly saving her father’s life. She later told police her mother had been planning to kill her father for about a year.
When questioned, Jones brought up the whole fish filleting spiel. Needless to say, that sorry ass excuse didn’t fly. She eventually admitted to the deed.
“I’ve seen stabbings before, but I’ve never had anybody tell us that they were dreaming that they were filleting fish when they committed a crime. It’s a first for that,” said Sheriff Fred Abdalla.…Continue Reading
The alleged victim in this cookie caper, an unidentified 49-year-old woman, told police she believed her roommate, Allen Hall, was joking when he threatened to kill her for eating three of his Chips Ahoy! cookies for breakfast.
The woman told police she was getting dressed in the bathroom Wednesday morning, when Hall started pounding on the bathroom, making death threats and stuff.
She opened the door, she said, and exclaimed, “If you’re going to kill me, then go ahead!”
Probably not the smartest thing to say to an apparently unhinged, cookie-less motherfucker first thing in the morning, ya know.
According to the victim, Hall wrapped his hands around her throat and threw her into the tub, causing her to hit the back of her head on the tile. He then reportedly climbed on top of her and proceeded to choke her until she found it difficult to speak or breathe.…Continue Reading
TALLAHASSEE, FL — Devante Johnson has been charged with attempted murder after the 18-year-old allegedly tried stabbing a man to death while having sex with him in a Tallahassee cemetery.
Police say Johnson and the victim were having sex in a car at the Oakland cemetery around 11 p.m. when Johnson, “referred to a former boyfriend of (the victim’s) by name and said no one would have to worry about (the victim) anymore,” according to court documents.
Johnson then pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim three times in the chest and one time in each arm. The unidentified man was able to kick Johnson out of the car and lock the door.
As Johnson attempted to get back into the car through a partially rolled-down window, the victim sped out of the cemetery and crashed through the cemetery’s fence in the process.
The victim flagged down police, alerting them that he’d been stabbed. He was taken to the hospital where he underwent surgery for a punctured lung and lacerated liver.…Continue Reading
The incubator in question, 23-year-old Lasasha Allen, sent a text to the child’s father Saturday, claiming that the child had fallen out of a car window and was injured. She did this, she told police, to get a reaction from the child’s father.
The baby’s father apparently neglected to respond to the text, and because Allen doesn’t want anyone thinking she’s a liar or anything, she had to rough up that baby a bit. She loaded up the baby and another child, aged 7, and went for a drive.
Police say Allen drove to some rural location with a lot of curves, and once she hit about 45 mph, opened the passenger door and pushed the baby out. Then, for whatever reason, she just kinda waited at the scene for a bit before finally taking the child to the hospital.
Allen later told police that her intent was to inflict minor damage so that she would not be caught in a lie.…Continue Reading
HONOLULU, HI – A Hawaiian pro surfer/model has been arrested and charged with attempted murder after purposefully driving her car into an elderly lady in a parking garage.
Jill Anjuli Hansen, 30, was arrested at her apartment Wednesday night in connection to the vehicular assault on 73-year-old Elizabeth Cronklin. Cronklin was hospitalized with cuts and bruises as well as a serious head injury.
Authorities said the incident happened Wednesday morning in the underground parking complex of the Diamond Head Apartments, where Hansen followed Cronklin into the garage. Upon Cronklin exiting her car, Hansen allegedly drove her Volkswagen Passat into her. Apartment maintenance worker Chris Khory, who witnessed the confrontation, said Hansen was about to hit the woman again when he grabbed a crowbar and smashed the back of her windshield.
That’s when Hansen reportedly abandoned her car and fled the scene. Police have stated that Hansen and Cronklin do not know each other and there is no apparent motive at this time.
According to Facebook time-stamps, Hansen updated her status a few hours after the incident, but before her arrest, stating, “I am becoming a professional!…Continue Reading
FAYETTEVILLE, NC — Police in Fayetteville have charged 17-year-old Tyt’ana Lisa-Nicole Johnson with attempted murder after they say she poisoned her grandmother’s collard greens with insecticide.
On Easter Sunday, Johnson got angry with her grandmother, Gaylon Moody, because Moody took her cell phone away for a week as a punishment. In response, Johnson waited until Moody left for church to pour termite killer into a pot of collard greens cooking on the stove.
Later that day, Moody and Clifton Evans returned home and sat down to eat their Easter dinner of collard greens with smoked pig tails, rice, baked chicken, peach cobbler and corn bread. Since you can cook collard greens in a pot of dog piss and not notice, they didn’t notice the termite killer. In fact, Evans liked it so much he had seconds.
But it wasn’t long before Moody and Evans began feeling the pain. “About an hour and a half later, we started getting sick,” Moody said. “My fingers started feeling numb, my chest, my face, my mouth.” The pair attempted driving themselves to the hospital, but found they were unable to do so.…Continue Reading
Ocala, FL — A 13-year-old girl and her 15-year-old boyfriend are in police custody after allegedly ambushing the girl’s mother, slitting her throat, in the hopes of living happily ever after. How fucking cute.
According to police, Yaquelin Galvez-Don lured her mom into the garage early Sunday morning, where the boyfriend, Pedro Solis, informed the woman that he wanted to be with her daughter… cause he could, like, take care of her and stuff. He also told her that she should not have hit him with a stick previously. (Methinks she didn’t hit him hard enough. Or often enough. Or with a big enough stick). Solis then reportedly slashed the woman’s throat and ran inside, intent on doing the same to his beloved’s father.
With the knife to his throat, Galvez-Don’s father pleaded with Solis to seek medical assistance for his wife. No word on what was said between the two, but whatever it was, it worked — he was left uninjured and Solis loaded the woman up and dropped her off at an emergency room.…Continue Reading
KNOXVILLE, TN – A woman wanted for the attempted murder of her mother was arrested after she walked up to a news crew and admitted on camera that she tried to stab her mother to death because her mother was the antichrist and the leader of a satanic cult.
Laurie Nichols told authorities that her daughter, 31-year-old Katie Nichols, busted into her room around 3:40am Tuesday, put a sock in her mouth and told her to eat it. Nichols then tied her mom up and strangled her until she lost consciousness before stabbing her once in the chest with a small kitchen knife, once in the abdomen with a large kitchen knife, and once in the neck with a pair of scissors.
Neighbors called police after hearing Laurie’s screams, but by time they arrived Katie had fled the scene with her young daughter. Laurie was rushed to U.T. Medical Center, where she had surgery and is recovering in ICU.
A news crew went out to the apartment complex and were in the middle of interviewing a neighbor who knew the mother and daughter.…Continue Reading
CHANDLER, AZ – Police have charged 65-year-old Rose Mary Vogel with attempted murder after they say she put shit in her husband’s IV while he was recovering from heart surgery.
Vogel was with her husband in his recovery room at Chandler Regional Medical Center when two nurses walked in and found Vogel handling her husband’s IV. The nurses said they saw Vogel touching the IV pump when the pump’s alarm went off, and said she told told them the line needed to be flushed.
One of the nurses noticed something brown in the line and removed it from the man’s arm. She went for help when she noticed the line smelled like shit. When the nurse returned to the room, she said Vogel was trying to empty the IV bag into the trash, but the nurse was able to get it away from her.
Tests would later show that the brown substance was fecal matter. Vogel was originally looking at an aggravated assault charge until investigators searched her purse and found two syringes containing fluid, and a third syringe with what appeared to be traces of feces.…Continue Reading
Authorities claim 18-year-old Brandon Davis, apparently high on some sort of synthetic drug, attacked his neighbor early Sunday morning, biting the man on his face, hands and neck while yelling something about eating the man’s eyeballs.
The victim, 54-year-old Nick Sorace, told police he heard a commotion at about 2:00 a.m. Sunday, and when he looked out the window to see what all the fuss was about, he witnessed Davis beating a dog.
“He thought the dog was the devil,” Sorace said. “And then the next thing he sees is me, illuminated — and all of a sudden, I’m the devil.”
Davis apparently kicked in Sorace’s front door, chased a woman through the house and out the back door, then returned. He started beating and biting Sorace, continuing with his “You’re the Devil” spiel.
“He broke a flower pot over my head, he was sticking me in the neck with pieces…he stuck his thumb all the way in my eye socket and he just ripped my mouth and he bit my face.…Continue Reading

The victim denied doing so, pointing out to Brown that there weren’t even any hog stomachs on the table. Regardless, it was on…
After a brief verbal altercation, Brown reportedly grabbed a pair of scissors and stabbed the woman in the neck. The victim apparently managed to fend Brown off with her fists until co-workers pulled the two apart.

GALIVANTS FERRY, SC – Police have arrested 18-year-old Chris Heuser after they say he planned to rape and kill a teenage girl in his neighborhood.
On Sunday, a teen called police to report she’d come home to find one of her windows broken and her car tires slashed. She called back a second time to report finding a wallet and knives in a ditch next to her house. What had her more scared than a possible burglary was the handwritten note found inside the wallet.
It was a 14-part plan to stab, rape and dump her body, complete with estimated times to complete each of the tasks. She said she believed the note was written by Heuser, a boy with mental issues who lived down the street with his foster parents. He’d repeatedly stopped by her house hours earlier saying he was searching for his cell phone.
Investigators paid Heuser a visit at his home and found a letter with “what appeared to be the exact handwriting as the letter found in the ditch next to the house that was broken into”, according to a police report. …Continue Reading
ROCKLEDGE, FL – Police say a 36-year-old man brutally beat his stepmother before stuffing her into the trunk of his car.
There are no details regarding what prompted the beating, but the 57-year-old woman told police Thomas Youngman beat her head and face, slammed her head on the garage floor, stuffed her in the trunk of his car and informed her he was going to kill her.
She said Youngman began to drive off, but stopped to open the trunk and take away her cell phone. He then pulled her out of the trunk by her hair and began beating her again. Somehow she was able to escape and run to a neighbor’s for help as Youngman fled the scene.
The woman was taken to the hospital and Youngman was arrested later after he returned home. He was charged with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery with great bodily harm, kidnapping, and resisting a law enforcement official without violence.

Lafayette, LA - A woman kidnapped by her violent ex-boyfriend was rescued by family members after they shot and killed her captor.
Last Wednesday, Bethany Arceneaux, 29, was abducted by her estranged boyfriend, Scott Thomas, who is also the father of their 2 year old son. The kidnapping took place in a daycare parking lot as she was picking up their son. A witness observed Bethany screaming, honking the horn and trying to fight off Thomas and begging someone to take the boy. The witness, Derrimetrie Robinson, was able to take the child as Thomas shoved Bethany into his car and sped away.
That evening, police found Thomas’ white Buick near a field with one of Bethany’s shoes in it, but, other than that, there were no new leads and no sign of Bethany, until Friday. That’s when police and family were searching for her in the fields near where Thomas’ Buick was left, and residents gave the family members a tip about an abandoned house in a field nearby. …Continue Reading
Police responding to a call of a battery in progress found the elderly man bleeding from the side of his head and suffering from lacerations to his back. Isaac Tucker told them he was driving when he was flagged down by 28-year-old Sophia Body and another woman.
The man said as he parked behind them to help, he accidentally bumped one of them with his vehicle. When he got out of his car, the two women began beating him and stabbing him with a screwdriver.
“I got out of my car to help, not to offend no one,” Tucker said. “But when I got out of my car, I was attacked, and I was stabbed several times in the back.”
Assistant State’s Attorney Elizabeth Dibler said what happened was that Tucker accidentally struck one of the women as they crossed the street and wouldn’t claim he was flagged down by the women until later. …Continue Reading
Redmond, WA – The ex-wife of Eric Lehtinen arrived at his home Tuesday to pick up their 4-year-old son and found that Lehtinen had attempted to kill the boy by injecting him with heroin.
When the unidentified woman got inside the locked home after a job interview, she found Lehtinen unconscious, as was their son who also had a syringe sticking out of his chest. Both were rushed to the hospital where staff found indications of needle marks on the boy’s neck and buttocks.
Tests would reveal he’d been injected with a drug cocktail of heroin, ketamine, morphine, codeine, and other drugs. The latest reports have him listed in stable condition, but doctors are unsure of what long-term damage the drugs may have caused.
Lehtinen was released from the hospital and sent straight to jail. He did not collect $200. He has been charged with attempted first-degree murder. He’s being held on $3 million bail after prosecutors described him as a “man who is willing to inject his 4-year-old son with heroin in an attempt to kill the boy” and a “dangerous man willing to do anything.” If convicted, Lehtinen will be looking at a minimum of 15 years behind bars.…Continue Reading
