Daniel Sorenson’s Head Found; Two Teens Arrested

NORTHVILLE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - The head was found Saturday in the Rouge River on the border between Dearborn Heights and Detroit. 17-year-old Jean-Pierre Orlewicz and 18-year-old Alexander James Letkemann have been charged in the slaying, burning and mutilation of a 26-year-old Daniel Sorenson. They will be arraigned on one count each of first-degree premeditated murder, felony murder and mutilation of a corpse. Neither money nor drugs appeared to be the motive when they lured Sorenson to one of the suspects grandfather's home on November 7 "for the purpose of killing him."
