Deputy Robert McClain Got Mad

Update 10-01-08 – Prosecutors  allege that the entire event took place over 9 hours. They allege Deputy Robert A. McClain forced the victims at knifepoint to undress and ordered them to perform sex acts.

IRVINE, CA - Early Monday morning, Irvine police were called to a the leasing office of an apartment complex at 1000 Peyton. InsideInside reviews they found a 23-year-old man lying in a pool of blood. He was unconscious and had been beaten so severely that his face was unrecognizable.  The young man also had multiple puncture wounds in and around his genitals in what may have been an attempted castration gone wrong. While police were investigating the attack, a 23-year-old woman drove herself to the hospital and told the staff  that she had been assaulted by her husband, L.A. County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert McClain, 34. That’s when police learned he was also their main suspect in the Peyton apartment attack.
