James Pileggi Needs More Training

NEW ROCHELLE, New York – 29-year-old James Pileggi, an Eastchester police officer for two years, was off-duty the other day sitting in the passenger seat of an SUV with two other men. He was showing how the laser feature on his 9mm Glock service weapon worked when he accidentally showed 27-year-old Andrew Everett how deadly the weapon is by shooting him in the throat. Everett, who was standing outside of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the hospital. Pileggi has been charged with second-degree manslaughter. Boy Accidentally Shoots His Little Sister In The Head

VACAVILLE, Calif. – While still being called an accidental shooting, an 8-year-old boy picked up a firearm, pointed it at his little sister and shot her in the head, killing her. Vacaville police continue to investigate the incident, trying to determine if anyone should be charged with a crime.  “It ’s a tragic case of a sibling who picked up a firearm, thinking it was a toy, pointed it as his sister and discharged one round from the firearm, striking her in the head,” said Vacaville Police Sgt. Charlie Spruill. Officers removed four rifles and two handguns from the house but would not state if any of them were locked in the gun safe that was in the house, as required by California law. Jill Ulmer: Stabbed By Ex And Shot By Cop

Fayetteville, Arkansas–Jill Ulmer, 26, had a restraining order in place against her ex-boyfriend, Ricky Anderson. On Friday, May 26, Jill placed a call to 911 to report that Ricky was in violation of that order. He had been harassing her and was outside in the parking lot. When officers Ken Willyard and Cpl. Chris Scherrey arrived on scene, they saw a “dark, shadowy figure” enter the apartment before slamming the door. Then, the screaming started. The officers attempted to forcibly enter the apartment, but were unable to get past the heavy-duty steel door. After one of the officers busted out the living room window, they observed Ricky punching Jill and attempted to tase him. The taser failed to hit it’s mark. Donna Williamson’s Bad Judgment In Sams Club

SC - Donna Hutto Williamson, 47, is a is well liked and respected Aiken County magistrate judge. But on Monday morning she fucked up big time. Williamson has a concealed weapons permit and when she and her four-year-old granddaughter went into a local Sam’s Club to buy supplies for a beach trip, she had a small caliber handgun in her purse. A purse that was sitting beside the little girl in the shopping cart. Can you see where this is headed?

If you are a frequent visitor of this site, I am sure you know exactly what happens next. But I will go ahead and tell you anyway. While at the pharmacy area of the Sam’s Club, Williamson took her eyes off the child just long enough for the little girl to go into her purse, retrieve the handgun and then accidentally shoot herself in the chest.
