West Palm Beach, FL–I hate the ’snapped’ defense, it sickens me to even reference it in this article, but it seems to be the only logical(?) explanation for 28-year-old Wendy Harden’s behavior. She went a little nuts Tuesday night and started stabbing and slashing her two children, an 8-year-old girl and an 8-month-old baby boy, with shards of broken glass.

Muncie, IN - Sherri Feuston’s son is nine years old.  On Tuesday, the little boy went to school with the word “BITCH” scratched in crayon on his forehead.   Turns out, his mother did it.  Feuston, 30, sat on her child’s chest and applied enough pressure to the crayon that the marks were still visible later in the day, when investigators interviewed the child. Moundsville, WV – Tammy Smith, 43, thinks her six-year-old daughter is a wimp, and she doesn’t care who knows it.  Last week, Smith’s little girl tripped and fell down.  But rather than comfort her child, Smith burned the word “WIMP” into the side of her daughter’s neck, branding the child.  That’ll teach her, Tammy!  A teacher at the little girl’s school saw the burns, which as you can see above are complete with a dotted “I” and a cigarette burn.  The teacher, horrified, took pictures of the little girl’s neck – and then called police. Fort Myers, FL – Rosemary Kunz is almost deadly.  Oh, she’s pretty enough.  But under that appealing exterior is a monster.  Kunz, 23, is facing multiple child abuse charges for torturing her two-year-old stepson.  According to investigators, Kunz not only admitted the abuse, but said she was “addicted” to abusing the child, and “liked to hear him cry”.   [Read more...]

Update: Mitzie Dawn Hadsall has been sentenced to 12 1/2 years behind bars. The punishment imposed Thursday was the maximum possible under terms of a plea agreement on child abuse charges.

Bullhead City, AZ–Robin Hall was shopping at her local Wal-Mart when she spotted a young child all decked out for HalloweenHalloween reviews. Upon closer inspection, she discovered that the child wasn’t getting ready for trick-or-treating…what she thought was makeup was actually bruises. “His eyes looked like they had blood in them,” Hall said. Muskogee, OK – A couple of pedophiles were caught last week in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  Jeremy Parker, 30, and Kerri Renea Webb, 31, were arrested September 22 after an investigation into hotline allegations of abuse.  Webb’s nine-year-old son and six-year-old daughter were named as the victims.   This week, both Parker and Webb have been charged with multiple counts of sexual abuse against the children.  [Read more...]

Lusby, MD – Renee Bowman, 43, had three daughters, all adopted.  Now she has one daughter and two frozen corpses.  And if you ask me, I think she was hoping to go 3-for-3 on the corpses.  Bowman’s youngest child, a seven year old girl, was found horribly abused on FridayFriday reviews night after she jumped from a window in the home while Bowman was away.  On Saturday, police found the remains of the girl’s older sisters, ages nine and eleven, in the basement freezer.
