James Boyer Had a Very Strange Collection

February 20, 2010 at 3:42 am by

Alexandria, LA – This week, Rapides Parish deputies and U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force members visited the Alexandria home of 44-year-old James Randolph Boyer since the man was wanted on several contempt-of-court warrants. Unfortunately, Boyer’s attempt to outfox the law failed miserably, as the officers were completely on their game Tuesday and immediately noticed the methamphetamine lab hiding in plain sight. After getting a search warrant, Boyer’s home was thoroughly searched, and Boyer was arrested and charged with creating and operating a meth lab, distribution of meth, and reckless handling of hazardous materials. However, it isn’t the meth lab and apparent drug paraphenalia that really got the officers’ attention: it was the numerous syringes full of blood that were stashed throughout the house.…

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 21-year-old female left a Burger King drive-through and became sick after taking a bit out of her sandwich. She went back to the store to complain, but began having seizures and was rushed to the hospital. At the same restaurant, Ernest McHenry had just sat down to eat his Burger King fish sandwich when he found a blue pill wedged in the bun when he removed it to add some salt and pepper. He immediately showed everyone what he had found. The pill turned out to be hydrocodone. Police would later arrest Woody Duclos, a Burger King employee, and charge him with poisoning food with intent to kill or injure a person. They would also arrest his co-worker, Bryant Jones, for selling him the drugs. Police believe Duclos poisoned the food because he was pissed about a recent suspension for misconduct.…

Missing Teen Dies After Being Found Sitting In Snow

February 16, 2010 at 12:40 pm by

COPLEY, Ohio – Pretty sure this will be drug related, but still kind of creepy to think about. 18-year-old Ashley Quarterman was last seen leaving an EconoLodge Friday night or early Saturday morning after visiting with several groups of young people celebrating Valentine’s Day. When she never returned home, the family notified police. Police began a search and found Ashley behind a vacant building a half-mile from the hotel. She was found sitting in the snow, frozen and brain dead. She was taken to the hospital, but died from the extended exposure. An autopsy showed no signs of physical trauma, but the mother wants to know what happened that night and who let her wander off. You know what this story reminds me of? The story of Michael Wamsley and Janelle Hornickel. They were the couple that did meth then got lost in a snow storm, left their vehicle and then froze to death while talking to 911 and hallucinating.…

What? No Lucky Rabbit’s Foot?

February 12, 2010 at 9:01 am by

Oklahoma City, OK – Police in Oklahoma City were prowling for scofflaws in an area known for it’s high drug activity when they came across 47-year-old Scott Bradley. Though you can’t see it clearly in his mugshot, Bradley has the numbers ’666′ tatted on his forehead. Attractive, no? No. Anyway, stupid tattoo aside, he was found to be in possession of marijuana. But that’s not what landed him here – what landed him here was the veritable treasure trove of weird and WTF in his jacket pockets. Along with the ganja, Bradley was toting around some women’s jewelry, a digital camera memory card, and a shaving razor. Stay with me, Demonites, the list just gets more bizarre. He also carried several pictures of young girls, four pairs of women’s panties, a digital camera memory card, and a shaving razor. And this is where I begin to have one of those WTF?! moments. There was a 3″ vibrator and a small plastic loop (I’m thinkin’ cockring). He had four condoms – three of them, used, and a partridge in a pear tree.…

Nearly Nekkid Hyjinx With Edward Rodriguez

February 11, 2010 at 10:03 am by

Mesa, AZ – I was going to post this story the other day, but wanted to hold out in hopes that a mugshot would be released – and I am so glad I did! The mug just kinda pulls all of the visuals together. Last Saturday, officers were called out to investigate a suspicious person hiding out in a ditch behind a vacant home. For just a second, put yourself in the officer’s shoes and picture Edward Rodriguez sitting in a ditch in the middle of the night. There he sits, surrounded by pornographic sex toys. He’s shirtless and is wearing a pair of women’s pants with a hole in the crotch, his little willy peekin’ out. And wait! What’s this? He’s wearing his underwear around his neck! How does one maintain their professional composure after stumbling upon a scene like that? Not only would I have pointed and laughed ’till I peed my pants, but I would have had my camera right there to capture the moment for my 15 minutes of YouTube fame.…

Ronda Williams: Stranger With Candy

February 9, 2010 at 8:34 am by

Phoenix, AZ - “All of a sudden, he was just gone,” said Hillary Wood in response to the disappearance of her 3-year-old son, Dayton. The child had been playing with other children in a courtyard of his apartment complex when he just poofed. Hillary was inside her apartment, tending to another child – the apartment door was wide open – she could both see and hear Dayton from inside the home. She peeked outside to check on him and he was gone. When Hillary asked Dayton’s playmates where he was, the kids told her that he had been led away by an adult. The cops were called and a description of the child was immediately broadcast. Just 30 minutes after the initial 911 call, Dayton was spotted in the company of Ronda Williams. The two were found in a shopping center a few blocks away from the apartment complex.…

Sledding Party Ends With A Bang

February 4, 2010 at 11:56 am by

Independence Township, MI – A 62-year-old man is hospitalized with second-degree burns to his face and significant damage to one of his eyes because copious amounts of alcohol and gunpowder are a bad mix. The injured man is reportedly known for doing crazy shit at his annual “sledding parties.” But at this particular party, that crazy shit left a helluva mark. After consuming an unknown amount of alcohol, the man decided to add a little rocket power to his sled. His recipe for disaster? Gunpowder, match heads and gasoline stuffed into a motorcycle muffler. He strapped the device onto his back, donned a motorcycle helmet, and assumed the position on his sled before asking a bystander to light the wick. At some point during the man’s descent down an embankment, the homemade rocket exploded – injuring his face and sending shrapnel in all directions. The Sheriff’s Office said the investigation remains open pending possible criminal charges.…

Argument In McDonald’s Drive-Thru Turns Deadly

February 2, 2010 at 10:57 am by

NANAKULI, Hawaii – Albert “Bill” Birmingham, 36, pulled into the 24-hour drive-thru of a McDonald’s around 3 a.m. Sunday. Impatient with the customer in front of him, he honked his horn at them.  The 45-year-old man driving that vehicle pulled out of the drive-thru and parked his vehicle. He then got out and confronted Birmingham. A 20-year-old woman and a 15-year-old girl also got out of the first vehicle and were trying to break up the fight between the two men when Birmingham drove off striking them with his SUV. The teenager was treated for her injuries and released, but the 20-year-old died from her injuries. Birmingham was later arrested and booked on suspicion of murder, attempted murder, driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and having an open container of alcohol in the car.…

NEWPORT NEWS - On Sunday, police officers arrived at a home after recieving a call reporting a domestic disturbance between a man and his wife. When a female opened the door, a male pit bull ran out of the house and attacked the lead officer. After being bitten in the hand and forearm, the officer used his service weapon to shoot the animal. This pissed off the dog’s owner, 46-year-old Willie James Sims, and just like his dog, he came out of the house and began assaulting the officer. Showing a bit more restraint than I would have, the officer decided not to use his gun on Sims’s face and opted for the pepper spray. Sims was arrested and charged with assault of a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct while intoxicated, drunk in public, obstruction of justice, assault and battery on a family member, and a summons for dangerous or vicious dog. The officer’s injuries were not life-threatening, and animal control was called to care for the dog.…

Jefferson City, MO - Most parents continue to share in their children’s hurts even long after the kids are grown, moved out, married, and with children of their own, so it’s no surprise that when a marriage falls apart and the union starts heading toward divorce proceedings, it’s not just the unhappy couple who suffer. I can only assume that 41-year-old Terri Chilton was suffering in this manner, and even more, she was determined to effect a reconciliation between her offspring and her child’s spouse. No earnest heart-to-hearts from Chilton, though, nor did she try to arrange opportunities for the former lovebirds to rekindle the romance. She was much more subtle than that. To try to re-ignite that spark between the pair and save their foundering marriage, she poisoned her one-year-old granddaughter.…

Colorado Springs, CO - Police were called to a Colorado Springs McDonald’s Wednesday evening after getting a report that an intoxicated man with two children had passed out in the play area of the restaurant. When officers arrived and made contact with the drunk dude, 28-year-old Joshua Alger, two things were determined – he was, indeed, intoxicated and he had a warrant out for failing to appear in court on an obstruction of justice charge. At that point, deputies called the children’s mother and requested that she come and retrieve the kiddos because daddy was going to jail. And then it got stupid. Joshua started to get a little pissy and allegedly began threatening the arresting officers. He tried to get his kids in on the action as well, telling them to “bite the officers’ faces off. I have to assume that wasn’t exactly the way he phrased it. Joshua continued with his fit and a wrestling match with the cops ensued. After being taken to the ground, and after allegedly kicking an officer in the face, a taser was employed – zapping the fight right outta him.…

OMAHA, Neb – A 15-year-old boy told a school counselor that his 41-year-old mother would make him have sex with her nightly when he lived with her in Omaha. The alleged abuse happened in 2008 and 2009 when the boy was in 7th and 8th grade. The boy told police his mother was addicted to prescription drugs at the time of the sexual assaults. His mother was arrested Monday and charged with first-degree sexual assault. She made an initial appearance Wednesday in Douglas County Court and her bond was set at $30,000. The boy’s father told Omaha television station WOWT this week that he had previously had a feeling something was wrong, but didn’t learn about the alleged abuse until a few weeks ago. He said his son is receiving counseling. Some video after the jump.…

Woman Bites Off Her Sister’s Nose During Fight

January 22, 2010 at 10:07 am by

Woman Bites Off Her Sisters Nose During FightJonesville – Bobbie Smith, 27, and her sister 28-year-old Sandra Smith were both “highly intoxicated” Sunday night when they got into a fight with each other that turned physical.

What started the fight is unclear, but what Bobbie did to Sandra is not. Bobbie bit off her sister’s nose. But Bobbie wasn’t done.

She also kicked a police officer as she was being placed in a patrol car, and once inside, caused significant damage to the partition between the back seat and the driver.

Her sister’s nose was recovered at the scene, but it is not clear on if it can be re-attached.

Bobbie, a single mother of two, has been charged with mayhem — the cutting off or out or disabling of a tongue, eyes, ears, a nose, limb, organ or other body member — assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, aggravated domestic violence, resisting or obstructing an officer and malicious destruction of police property.

The first two charges are felonies punishable by a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $5,000.…

WATERFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – I completely missed this story last week but I just could not let theses two asshole slip by. Samantha Lomasney, 20, and James Woodworth, 39, are facing life in prison after they killed a K-Mart security guard who was trying to stop them from shoplifing. Police say that Lomasney waited outside the store as Woodworth went inside and stole $500 worth of CDs to sell for drug money.  When Woodworth got into the passenger side of the 1994 GMC Jimmy Lomasney was driving, security guard Greg Paul Wainio, 36, got into a struggle with Woodworth as Lomasney drove away. The couple drug him through the parking lot for a few hundred feet before crushing him to death when Lomasney hit two concrete pillars.  Witnesses followed their vehicle to a residence where they were later arrested. These two winners have both been charged with first-degree murder and unarmed robbery. …

LAWTON, Okla. – An 11-year-old boy had grown concerned for himself and his 1-year-old brother after he had witnessed his mother’s boyfriend, Michael French, dealing pot out of the home on multiple occasions. The boy went to neighbors for help and got none. he went to his grandparents, no dice. Even his own mother, Jennifer Patterson, was apathetic to the situation and felt that as long as her boyfriend’s actions were not hurting anyone, what’s the big deal? So feeling that he was simply at the end of his rope, the boy called the police. “What (the boy) told (a 911 dispatcher) basically is the mom’s boyfriend had been dealing marijuana out of the residence, and he had also been present on numerous, several occasions when marijuana was dealt,” said Lawton police Lt. Todd Palmer. Both the Patterson, 33, and French, 25, were arrested and charged with unlawful drug possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. The boys were taken into Department of Human Services custody. His biological father, U.S.…

Taylor Meyer’s Mother To File Lawsuit

January 14, 2010 at 1:55 pm by

Boston – I had totally forgotten about this story. Back in October we covered the story of 17-year-old Taylor Meyer. She is the teen who went missing after drinking at a party and at an abandoned airport. When she told friends she was walking home, they jokingly directed her to a swampy area. Her body was found later where she had drowned in that swampy area, her blood-alcohol level at 0.13. Kathi Meyer announced on Wednesday that she has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against six of her daughter’s friends as well as a parent who provided alcohol on the night of Taylor’s death. She states that she does not feel that they have learned from the tragedy. “Nobody forced her to drink that alcohol,’’ Meyer said yesterday about her daughter, Taylor Meyer. “Taylor is absolutely 100 percent responsible.’’ But she also feels that the others who allowed it, and participated in it, should be held accountable as well. The seven people named in the lawsuit are  Taylor Meyer’s friends from King Philip Regional High School, a Wrentham mother who allegedly let Meyer drink in her house, and two adults who provided alcohol to Meyer.…

Michael Bargeron Was A Drink Or Two Past Drunk

January 6, 2010 at 6:58 am by

Palm Bay, FL - A 2-year-old child is recovering from severe burns to his hands, legs, stomach, and buttocks because he was surrounded by idiots. The child’s father, Michael Bargeron, was getting his drunk on at a New Year’s Eve party and began wrestling with the child near an open fire pit. The highly intoxicated Michael had been warned, repeatedly, by other party-goers to back away from the fire because the child was in danger of getting burned. Dismissing their concerns, Michael continued with the horseplay. Well, kiddo fell into the fire. Witnesses stated that Michael failed to immediately pull the child from the fire. (Doesn’t sound like the witnesses were much help in the situation, either). The child’s mother pulled him from the flames and high-tailed it to the hospital. About 20 minutes later, Michael was on the phone with 911 – he wanted to know if the dispatcher had heard any reports of a nearly 3-year-old child being burned. …

Gallatin County, ILL- Residents were surprised when small town Sheriff Raymond Martin was arrested on drug charges; the 20 year policeman was caught in a large scale marijuana distribution ring, where him and his “source” were selling about 20lbs of weed on a biweekly basis. However, that surprise pales in comparison to the community’s shock when Martin’s wife, Kristina Martin, and son, Cody Martin, were arrested while visiting him in prison. The charge? Murder-For-Hire! The entire family got in on this cop’s corruption when they collaborated with two men, “identified as Kevin B. and Thomas H.”, to plot murder- and the victims were to be witnesses in Daddy’s drug trial! Now all three are locked up with a bond of one million bucks each, set to appear in court today (Tuesday). Interestingly enough, Martin remains sheriff and continues to draw on his $40,000 a year salary. Gallatin County is on top of it, though – they have written Martin a letter, urging him to resign.…

Marathon, FL- Working on a tip, detectives in Monroe County recently discovered six marijuana plants in a wooded lot in Marathon and seized them. The officers hoped to lure in the person responsible for the plants, so they left a phone number on a note that read, “Thanks for the grow! You want them back? Call for the price.” About ten minutes later, they got a call from Steven Alan Locasio, 48, who offered them $200 for the plants and agreed to meet up with them for an exchange.  Then it got worse for Locasio when the cops searched Locasio’s apartment and turned up 20 more pot plants, four pounds of harvested weed, Oxycontin and $1,380 in cash. Locasio and his wife, 50-year-old Christine Locasio were both charged with cultivation of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and sale of marijuana.…
