Police Arrest Seven Teenagers In Connection To Beating Posted On Youtube

Chicago, IL – Yesterday we posted about the teenagers who filmed themselves beating the snot out of a 17-year-old boy in a Chicago alley then posting the video on Youtube. Today police announced they have arrested the seven teenagers.
According to police spokesman Mike Sullivan, all of the teens were charged with one count each of robbery and aggravated battery. One of the teens, 17-year-old Raymond Palomino, was charged as an adult while the rest — a 15-year-old girl (!), two 16-year-old boys and three 15-year-old boys — were cited in juvenile delinquency petitions.
The video, which you can watch below, went viral after it was posted on Youtube by someone who may want to watch their back as it was instrumental in helping police identify the assailants who can be seen relentlessly pummeling the 17-year-old boy for over 3 minutes. The video shows them kicking, stomping, punching and choking the boy before robbing him of his gym shoes, wallet and money.
The victim didn’t suffer any major injuries and was treated at the hospital for a busted lip, bruises and some facial abrasions.…

Boston, MA – Police in Boston have arrested a popular elementary school teacher on charges of possessing, making and distributing child pornography.
David Ettlinger, 34, was placed behind bars on a slew of child porn related charges after federal agents raided his home and found hundreds of pornographic images of children and dozens of stolen girls’ underpants he had taken from pools, locker rooms and changing areas.
The raid was a result of a federal probe of Dreamboard, a members-only website whose members distribute and watch child pornography that we reported on last year after some of their members were busted. Ettlinger had achieved VIP status within the Dreamboard community, a feat that can be achieved by producing and uploading original child pornography… something Ettlinger had.
Among the hundreds of child porn images in his possession, investigators found some Ettlinger made himself. It was in the form of a video he’d made of a sleeping 12-year-old girl. In it, Ettlinger pulls back the underwear of the sleeping girl, exposing her genitals to the camera. Ettlinger told police the girl was the daughter of a friend and that he often babysat her.…

Duluth, GA - Donald Ray Ayro, 31, was clearly not pleased with the ruckus being caused by two 49ers fans after the 49ers had scored against the Saints. The three, who were at a Georgia Applebee’s, ‘exchanged words’ over the outburst.
“The only thing me and my buddy said was, we were excited that the 49ers scored,” Corey Adams said. “It was only one touchdown.”
Adams said that Ayro paid for his food and left in a hurry saying that he would be back – as in “I’ll be bock.” Not long after, police responding to a report of shots fired in the parking lot of the Applebee’s found Adams, 30, with a grazing gunshot wound to his head and friend Christopher Middleton, 30, with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
Witnesses provided police with a description of the alleged shooter and his vehicle. Not long after, police spotted Ayro on a nearby highway and stopped him for questioning. Ayro was then charged with two counts of aggravated assault, being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.…

Canton, GA – Yesterday, 20-year-old Ryan Brunn pleaded guilty to murdering 7-year-old Jorelys Rivera and was sentenced to life in prison without possibility of parole.
Rivera went missing from an apartment complex last month after telling friends she was going home to get drinks. Her dead body would be found in one of the complex’s trash bins three days later. She had been severely beaten and stabbed repeatedly in the face, neck and chest.
It wasn’t long before police would arrest Brunn, a maintenance worker at the complex with no criminal history, and indict him on 13 counts including murder and child molestation. Brunn’s attorney had originally said his client would plead not guilty, but instead Brunn entered a guilty plea at a hearing where he also described what happened to Rivera in between the time she was last seen and when she was later found in the trash.
Turns out Brunn had never spoken with Rivera before the day he killed her and only chose her after finding one of her skates and coming up with a sinister plan.…
Los Angeles, CA – If you left a man’s severed head underneath the Hollywood sign, the Los Angeles police would like to have a word with you.
On Tuesday, two female hikers were walking nine dogs in Bronson Canyon Park when they noticed two of the dogs playing with an object in a bag. The object was a man’s severed head.
“One of the dogs ran into the brush and came out carrying a plastic grocery bag,” police Cmdr. Andrew Smith said. ”As the dogs shook the plastic grocery bag the severed human head fell out of the bag and onto the ground.”
Initial reports were that the head belonged to an Armenian American in his 40s with salt and pepper hair. Investigators do not feel the head was there long as there were no signs that any animals had gotten to it before the two dogs did.
Police were back out there today with cadaver dogs and found two severed hands they feel belong to whoever is also missing a head.…
Continue Reading10-Year-Old Boy With Anger Issues Stabbed 12-Year-Old To Death

El Cajon, CA – Police say a 10-year-old boy with known anger issues stabbed a 12-year-old friend to death on Monday.
The two boys were part of a group of kids who played in the neighborhood and were in the younger boy’s driveway when the stabbing occurred. No motive has been given, but the two boys got into some kind of altercation that ended with the 10-year-old stabbing the older boy in the chest with a steak knife.
Police say the boy waited at the scene and was there as paramedics arrived and tried to save the wounded boy. The victim was rushed to Rady Children’s Hospital, but he would die an hour later. The 10-year-old, who is reportedly on medication for a chemical imbalance, was taken into police custody.
Neighbors in the area told reporters that the suspect’s emotional problems were well known, but that his tantrums were always verbal and never physical. One added that the boy’s mother was always pro-active in dealing with her son’s issues.
We had a kid like this in our neighborhood growing up.…

Chicago, IL – Chicago police are questioning six youths and their involvement in the beating of a 17-year-old boy in a Chicago alley that was recorded and then posted it on Youtube.
If you cannot see the video below, it shows as many as seven people beating the kid’s ass. The assailants all look to be around the same age as the victim and can be seen kicking, stomping and punching the boy before they robbed him of his gym shoes, wallet and money.
Police haven’t said why the boy was targeted, but do say it was not racially motivated. You can hear one of the suspects tell the victim that he “fucked up” but other than that there is no reason given for the ass-whooping. As bad as it looks, the victim was taken to the hospital for a busted lip, bruises and some facial abrasions.
I’ve included the video below and while I don’t know if the kid deserved it or not, it’s a cringe inducing beating.

On Tuesday 24th January 2012, the US Senate will vote on the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and the Protect IP Act (PIPA). It was recently announced that Obama has come out against SOPA and that the bill is, in all likelihood, dead. That may or may not be the case, but the same cannot be said about PIPA.
I’m all for companies trying to combat piracy and protecting their property, but these proposed laws are not the answer. They are too vague, too broad and too ripe for abuse.
There are many companies against SOPA and PIPA, such as Google, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, Wikipedia, and tomorrow we will join them by bringing our site down for 12 hours (8:00 am est – 8:00 pm est). We may not be the heavy-hitters those guys are, or as influential, but laws like this could affect us, and in turn, affect you.

Ruckersville, VA — Not much info on this one yet, but police have apparently taken a 5-year-old boy into custody after the kid injured two children and one adult with an “edged weapon” in what neighbors are calling a dispute over a juice box.
Deputies responded to a Ruckersville mobile home park Monday afternoon to find the three suffering from non-life threatening stab wounds.
“I’ve heard of juveniles throwing temper tantrums, but I’ve never heard of anything like this before,” said Greene County Sheriff Steve Smith.
At least one victim is related to the child, but authorities have not revealed which one or the nature of that relationship. Nor have they confirmed whether the alleged stabbing occurred over a juice box.
The child was still in police custody Monday evening and is said to be undergoing some sort of evaluation.

Gwinnettt County, GA – If Georgia police are correct, Joseph Raymond Zoeck, 62, is proving himself to be a veritable one-man crime spree. This after police linked him to the attempted solicitation of a young man in a suburban municipal pool locker room. The solicitation charge comes on the heels of his being charged for lighting the underpants of an underaged teen on fire in a motel room during an alleged sexual rendezvous. Wait… what?
According to police documents, on July 10, Zoeck offered money to a 17-year-old male in exchange for certain sexual acts. The two then reportedly went to the Suburban Lodge Motel in Woodstock. There, police say Zoeck bound and gagged the teen and set the boy’s undergarments on fire – with him still in them. It is not believed that this was one of the sexual acts that had been agreed to…
The teen was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he told police what happened. Zoeck was arrested on July 19 and charged with aggravated battery, cruelty to children first degree, false imprisonment and solicitation of sodomy.…

Buenos Aires – An 85-year-old woman in Argentina was left in critical condition after a cat thrown from a fourth-floor apartment during a heated argument landed on her head.
It apparently went a little something like this….
An unidentified man and his wife were arguing Saturday when the husband reportedly picked up the family cat and hurled it at his wife. The agile woman ducked and the cat went flying out an open window.
The victim just happened to be strolling down the sidewalk right about then, and took a direct hit to the brain space by the falling feline. She was left with a fractured skull.
The cat did not survive the landing. At this point, it is unclear whether the alleged feline flinger will face any charges.

Los Angeles, CA — And now, from the “You Just Can’t Make This Stuff Up” file, we have a woman out of LA who apparently offered herself up in exchange for some of those chewy, spongy, mystery meat filled nuggets McDonald’s likes to pass off as actual food.
The woman, Khadijah Baseer, was apparently doing her ho stroll through the McDonald’s parking lot Wednesday evening, when she began opening customers’ car doors at the drive-thru window.
Once Baseer had the occupants attention, she allegedly made the sex-for-McNuggets offer. One witness reported Baseer’s alleged proposition to police, and she was taken into custody on suspicion of prostitution.
Hunger isn’t a laughing matter, people. Nookie for McNuggets, though…that sh*t is hilarious.…

Azusa, CA – Fernando Porras, 43, is facing a charge of attempted murder after police say he tried to kill his wife by spiking her Rice Krispies with Goof Off – The ultimate stain remover for even the toughest messes!
Azusa police said the 51-year-old woman started chowin’ down Thursday morning and soon noticed her normally tasteless cereal now tasted and smelled a bit funky. And after ingesting a few bites, she became ill.
Paramedics were called after the woman’s 17-year-old daughter took a whiff of the offending cereal.
“She goes ‘something’s in it, something’s in it,’” says Fernanda. “So I went and picked it up and when I saw what was in the cup, I could smell it and I was like ‘oh my gosh, this is a chemical.’”
Porras accompanied his wife to the hospital, but raised investigators’ suspicions when he went outside to smoke a cigarette and vanished. He was arrested about two miles away and has since been ordered held on $1 million bail.
Police said family members allegedly heard Porras making incriminating statements.…

Chicago, IL – A 65-year-old woman in Chicago has been arrested and charged with abusing two infants in her care after a hidden camera captured her physically abusing them.
The mother of two eight-month-old boys installed the camera after a doctor noticed bruising on one of the boys and advised her to install a hidden surveillance camera.
When the boys’ parents reviewed the video captured by the newly installed “nanny cam,” they watched in disbelief as the children’s caregiver, 65-year-old Alice E. Vesely, could be seen slapping, kicking, punching, smothering, grabbing, tossing, and recklessly lifting the twins by their arms and clothing.
The parents turned the video over to police who arrested Vesely and charged her with two counts of aggravated battery to a child. She is currently in jail on a $300,000 bond.
I always admire the parents who take the logical approach in these situations and contact police after discovering the abuse of their children. I would hope I would behave in the same fashion and not satisfy my need to confront the abuser and beat the life out of them.…

EL CAJON, CA – A jury has awarded a man $7 million after a motorcycle accident shortened his penis by almost 2-inches.
Back in 2007, Matthew Wall was on driving his Harley Davidson to a naval base in San Diego when a courtesy shuttle from Rancho Auto Group turned left in front of him, causing him to crash into the side of the van.
As a result, the Navy officer suffered a fracture of his pubic ramus bone and a crushing injury to his penis and damage to the nerve and arteries of the penis. *hand involuntarily cups balls, legs cross automatically*
Wall had to have reconstructive surgery performed on his penis, which was successful, but left him with a penis 1.5 inches shorter. He filed a lawsuit against Rancho Auto Group and its subsidiary, Group Auto 1.
During the trial it was revealed that the shuttle driver, Pedro Flores Miramontes, was not a U.S. citizen and was driving on an expired license. He had also received no training on driving the shuttle.…

Kinston, NC - According to police, Krystal Jones, 24, was preoccupied by her huffing when she drove her car into a building in Kinston, North Carolina.
The building – which had reportedly been a pet store – was being renovated to become a church. More ‘renovation’ is now needed, as Jones squarely smashed it all to hell.
Jones was jailed on a $1,000 bond and, at last report, was still in custody. Police charged her with careless and reckless driving, driving left of the center line and inhaling toxic vapors.
The ‘driving left of the center line’ thing may seem like grasping. It turns out that some grasping was necessary as, North Carolina authorities say, she can not be charged with DWI because the physiological artifacts of huffing dissipate too quickly for impairment to be established post-incident.
It is unfortunate that – apparently – driving through a freakin’ building isn’t a crime…
That said, the fact of the matter is that this incident turned out comparatively well. This case comes on the heals of a couple of more tragic cases.…

Stoke, UK – Steven Bould, 22, had suffered a debilitating stroke as a teenager after being attacked by a gang of youths. While recovering, Bould became involved with another stroke victim and they had a child together. They then split up. British social services became concerned and made the baby the subject of a child protection order. This led to a determination that the baby should be placed up for adoption.
On September 16, 2010, social worker John Orlowski arrived with the baby girl for a ‘family contact visit’ – one of the last they would have. Shortly after Orlowski’s arrival, Bould reportedly left the room to go to the bathroom. Bould’s sister, meanwhile, put a tea kettle on the stove. While Bould was out of the room, Orlowski brought up the subject of arranging the final contact visit before the impending adoption.
Court testimony described Orlowski hearing the kettle click and realizing that somebody was standing over him. It was then that Bould reportedly poured the boiling water from the kettle over the social worker’s head.…

NEVADA CITY, Calif. – It’s been awhile since we’ve had an article regarding someone dying via a wood chipper, but that ends today after a man clearing brush in California was killed after being pulled into one.
Reports are that 50-year-old Martin Lara was feeding branches into an industrial-sized wood chipper when he got tangled in a rope used to bundle branches and was pulled into the machine head first. Other workers heard a loud scream from the 50-year-old man but were unable to do anything to help the father of two.
This poor bastard did not suffer the dreaded “total morselization” seen in other incidents where a person is pulled completely through a wood chipper, but was decapitated and found tangled in the wood chipper’s rotors.
They used to be hard to find, but if you do a quick Google search, you can see what happens to the human body when it has been pulled into one of these machines. It’s pretty much what you’d expect.

Mountain View, CA — The totally sane looking woman to the left is 46-year-old Polly Beltramo. She was arrested on suspicion of felony child abuse after allegedly biting two random children inside the BookBuyers bookstore Thursday afternoon.
According to police, Beltramo approached a woman in the store, chomped on her toddler and her infant, then fled.
“Some other woman came up to the lady’s little girl and then the girl started running to her mother saying that lady bit me and she had a big – something on her cheek that’s red,” store co-owner Hotranatha Ajaya said.
As the mother was tending to the little girl, her 2-month-old son started screaming. He, too, had apparently been bitten on the cheek by the crazy lady.
Beltramo ran from the store, but was soon located at a nearby coffee shop. Both children were treated at the scene and are expected to be ok. Physically, that is.
Amateur. Everyone knows you have to marinate ‘em first….

IOWA CITY, Iowa - Police would like to talk to the man who pulled a hunting knife on the clerk of an adult store and stole a $250 dollar sex doll.
Early Thursday morning, a man walked into the Romantix Pleasure Palace (which, coincidentally, is what I have painted on the side of my windowless van) and made small talk with the female clerk working the counter.
The man then pulled out a large a hunting knife and tried to enter the employee area behind the counter while the clerk jumped the counter and ran out of the store to a nearby convenience store. The suspect chased after the clerk for a short distance before turning back and stealing some items from the store.
By time police arrived, the man had already left the scene with his prize, a $250 dollar sex doll. Initial news reports said the doll was worth $1800, but they were incorrect.
Police are looking for a 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10, 165-pound man who was wearing a black coat and a scarf over his face, toting a backpack and an erection.…
