In The Mean Time...
Authorities claim India Kirksey not only raped the child, but she live streamed the act on a social media site called Periscope. (I, for one, had no idea what Periscope was, so I kindly googled that shit for you guys. It is a mobile app that lets you stream live video to whomever you choose).
An unidentified viewer somewhere in Texas apparently stumbled upon the recording (ew) and contacted authorities in Cincinnati.
Police believe the incident occurred on or around January 4th of this year. When questioned, Kirksey apparently copped to performing oral sex on the child.
She’s been charged with forcible rape and is being held in the Hamilton County jail on $350,000 bond.
And here’s her Facebook, if anyone’s interested. According to a couple of the several lovely comments that have been left for her, there are a couple in which people claim that Kirksey has mental issues.…
On January 26, Iris Hernandez Rivas called 911 and said she found her daughter face-down in the bathtub, “unresponsive with her hands clenched at her side.”
When first responders arrived at her apartment, Hernandez Rivas reportedly told them her daughter had been in the shower for 15 to 20 minutes when a noise from the bathroom prompted her to check on her child.
After finding her daughter face-down in the tub, she took her out and put her on the bedroom floor. She then called her boyfriend and her brother for help before calling 911 an hour after finding her daughter.
Paramedics took the child to the hospital in serious condition where medical staff found “reddish bruising on multiple regions of her body,” an injury to her brain, a “small liver contusion” and “patterned injuries that are the result of blunt force trauma with an object.”
When confronted about the injuries, Hernandez Rivas admitted she kicked the child in the stomach because she was angry that she wouldn’t brush her teeth.…
Pickett apparently called 911 and told police she had left her child, Janylia, sleeping in the backseat of her car while it warmed up Monday morning. She left the child in the car, she said, so she could round up her other children. When she returned, the car and her daughter were gone.
An Amber Alert was issued. Cell phones alerted, officers searched, tips started coming in. One tip, though, blew Pickett’s story to shit.
“I am trying to call in about that Amber Alert,” the caller said. “She is not missing. She is at her Aunt’s house.”
And she was. Unharmed. She’d been at the aunt’s house since the night before.
When confronted, Pickett reportedly admitted to officers that she had lied. She had just hoped the police would make finding her stolen car a priority.
Pickett was issued a summons and Janylia and her two siblings, ages 5 and 2, were taken into protective custody.…
Police were called to a Walgreen’s store late that evening, where they found the woman’s 29-year-old victim with a stab wound to the chest.
The man told police he and the woman met on Craigslist after he made a post seeking friendship, and maybe some dating, but not sex. He said the two ended up at the Rodeo Inn, where he paid for a room. Probably most definitely not for sex, though.
They were lying on the bed together, he said, just talking, and the woman kept asking him if he was a serial killer. His answer, each time, was no.
After he told her “no” the last time, he says, the woman climbed on top of him and said, “Well, I am a serial killer!” and then proceeded to stab him in the chest with a pocket knife.
He managed to fight her off and escaped with a 1-2 inch laceration on his chest.…
On Christmas Eve, 7-year-old Ethan Fain was playing with his dog in the back yard of his grandmother’s house when two of the neighbor’s pit bulls pulled him over a fence and began mauling him.
His mother heard his screams and jumped the fence to stop the attack, but by that time, one of Ethan’s ears was hanging off and the other had been ripped off completely.
Ethan was rushed to the hospital where he would spend a few weeks recovering from 300 stitches across his back, neck and shoulders. Doctors were able to sew one of his ears back in place, but have sewn his right ear into the skin of his abdomen for a future reattachment surgery.
He has been home from the hospital for a few weeks but still needs regular medical care, including future reconstructive surgeries and seeing doctors for his post-traumatic stress disorder.
“Ethan still has nightmares and panic attacks related to the attack,” his mother said.…
The incident happened in 2015 after 33-year-old Jason Lawson and his brother-in-law, Arturo Martinez, attacked the boy in the ship’s library.
What sparked the attack was an incident that happened a couple of days earlier, when Martinez heard the boy offer Lawson’s daughter a keychain for her virginity while they were hanging out with other kids.
Lawson made the boy apologize to his daughter at that time. No harm, no foul. But when Lawson and Martinez ran into the teen a few days later in the ship’s library, they took things too far. Way too far.
According to the teen, Martinez yelled at him for a bit before pinning him against a wall. Martinez made the boy take off his pants before taking off his own. Now wearing only their underwear, Martinez held the boy face down on a couch by his neck while simulating a sex act on the teen.…
The incident happened Friday night after a bus driver called police to report a suspicious woman at the New Jersey Transit platform.
When officers approached the woman, identified as 20-year-old Autumn Matacchiera, she grabbed a random 5-year-old girl who had been standing nearby with her mother.
Matacchiera then gave the girl the ol’ heave-ho, tossing her onto the tracks as a train approached.
Luckily, police were able to get in front of the train to signal it to stop as the boyfriend of the girl’s mother got the girl to safety.
The girl was taken to the hospital to treat a facial cut and some bruising, while Matacchiera was taken to a hospital for a mental health evaluation.
Once she is released, she will be taken to jail on an attempted murder charge.…
According to police, 57-year-old Kenneth Fenske began sexually abusing a 9-year-old boy in 2009 while at “furry” parties he hosted at his home.
The boy said Fenske dressed up as a Red Fox called “Lupine” and would take him upstairs during the parties and sexually abuse him. The boy said the abuse occurred multiple times over a seven-year period.
Fenske was arrested on Friday and charged with rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child and unlawful contact with a minor. Along with Fenske, police also arrested David Parker, 38; Jeffrey Harvey, 40; Craig Knox and Stephen Taylor in connection with the case.
Parker, who reportedly was the one who took the boy to the parties, is charged with child rape, possession of child pornography and other related offenses. Harvey is charged with unlawful contact with a minor, criminal use of a cell phone, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and statutory sexual assault.…
Houston, TX — Criminal charges have been filed against 49-year-old Pete Hernandez, a former HISD substitute teacher, months after the man was accused of inappropriate behavior with three first grade girls.
According to HISD, the allegations of misconduct were first reported to school officials in November. He was removed from campus and the investigation began.
The three girls told authorities Hernandez kissed them on the mouth, touched their chests, and made them sit on his lap.
Though Hernandez initially denied touching any of the kids, he soon changed his story.
He admitted to having sexual thoughts about the girls as they were sitting on his lap, authorities claim. He had the girls straddle his legs and he moved them side to side and back and forth, as he taught them about “force of motion.”
The kissing? That was an accident, people! Hernandez was simply too close to the girls while he was talking, and his tongue just kinda accidentally fell into their mouth. *barfs* That’s his story and he’s sticking to it.…
Frederick Jay Bowdy was building an acting career, including a role in the 2016 film, Prepper, some television roles, and was in the middle of starring in a sports film, Going Vertical.
To make ends meet, the 33-year-old father of at least six children also worked as an exotic dancer in Hollywood. But everything changed for Bowdy last Thursday after he was arrested in Santa Clarita on suspicion of sexual assault.
Not a lot of details on the sexual assault allegation, but he was the following day after posting $100,000 bail, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Sgt. Janice Banks.
Days later, Bowdy was using Facebook’s livestream to broadcast from inside his car, telling anyone watching that he was going to commit suicide. This prompted an out of state family member to call police.
However, before authorities could intervene, Bowdy fatally shot himself in the head while sitting in his vehicle.…
Dallas, TX — Thao “Sandy” Doan, a teacher at Raul Quintanilla Sr. Middle School in Dallas, is facing charges of sexual assault for allegedly banging a 14-year-old student on multiple occasions. That student, police say, went on to extort approximately $28,000 from the woman in exchange for his silence.
The allegations came to light earlier this month after the boy’s mother found some inappropriate text messages from Doan on her son’s phone, as well as cash. The woman then spoke with school administrators, informing the principal that the payments from Doan to her son must stop. She also provided screenshots of messages showing that her son asked for money.
“Anit [expletive] watch ima start getting the pics and everything ready … to show the cops right I anit playing,” one message read.
The boy’s mother, who initially thought her child was selling drugs, not sleeping with and extorting his teacher, told investigators the boy started acting up right about the time he started seeing his teacher for extracurricular activities.
“At times, he started getting into drugs, drinking, leaving the house.…
Tavage Tobler, 18, and his 44-year-old roomie reportedly got into it after the roomie helped himself to Tobler’s Minute Maid Fruit Punch juice box.
The real insult, according to Tobler, was when the victim started pointing his finger at Tobler’s face.
Tobler admitted to police that the two fought, but denied stabbing the victim. He claims he merely punched the guy. The police, however, disagreed.
According to the arrest report, the victim was stabbed in the jaw and is now permanently disfigured. Tobler has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond has been set at $5,000.
Believe it or not, this isn’t the first time we’ve covered a story involving a juice box and a stabbing. A five-year-old was accused of doing the same damn thing back in 2012… he had more victims, though.
Over a juice box.…
Moore Township, PA — David Cantrell, 42, was charged with charged aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment Sunday, after allegedly punching and choking his mother because she changed the channel.
According to the victim, Cantrell began arguing with her about a television program that evening. When she flipped the channel, Cantrell pitched a big ol’ fit.
The woman reportedly told police her son punched her in the mouth, then picked her up and slammed her to the floor. He then screamed, “I hope you die!” and choked her until she was unconscious, police say.
“I thought he was going to kill me,” she told police.
When she regained consciousness, she managed to break away from her son and alert neighbors.
Cantrell was ordered held on $75,000 bail and is required to undergo psychiatric treatment. It’s unclear which program it was his mom wanted to watch.…
According to authorities, Samuel was working at the restaurant on January 7, when she violated the cheeseburger. The tainted burger was then served to a drive-thru customer.
No details at this time as to how the special sauces were applied to the burger, thank gawd, but all of the restaurant’s surveillance videos have been handed over to authorities.
Samuel was first accused when another employee shared details of the incident with her mother, who later posted about the incident on Facebook.
“My daughter saw another worker put her (menstrual fluids) and lick cheese that went on a customer’s burger. My daughter told the (assistant manager) that was on duty and the (assistant manager) still brought the food out to the customer!!! We called the store to try and talk to the general manager and they wouldn’t give her the numbers to get a hold of a manager. We then called corporate who again did nothing!!…
The victim reported to police that at about 8:00 p.m., January 13, he heard a knock at his door. Upon answering, the victim saw a man with a mop over his face, as if it were a mask of sorts, standing on his doorstep.
The mop man reportedly mumbled something, but according to the victim, it was mostly unintelligible, so he closed and locked the door.
Undeterred, the mop man continued to knock. He also rang the doorbell with the end of the damaged mop. I’m not sure how long the dude carried on, but the police were eventually called and soon made contact with Mr. Fields.
Police found him in his garage, tossing paper onto an open fire. Because why not? It’s Florida….
Anyway, when asked why he showed up at his neighbors with a mop on his head, Fields, who is hearing impaired, responded through writing: “Because I was born a comedian … and I liked to tease people … I was short of an egg and needed eggs to make a cake.” (*ba dum tss*)
After the neighbor positively identified Fields as the man who “terrified his entire family,” Fields was taken to jail, where he was charged with disturbing the peace. …
Tecora Fields, 28, was apparently involved in some sort of brawl Monday evening, and as an officer was investigating the incident, got a little PMSy.
According to the arrest report, Fields told the investigating officer to “suck her pussy.” She also stated “I’ll hit you with my tampon, you bitch! In your mouth!”
Fields was then seen digging around in her pants, and when her hands withdrew, a “wet white paper object” went flying through the air, striking the officer in the left shoulder.
After flinging the punani plug Fields beat feet, seeking refuge in a nearby house. She was quickly apprehended following a “successful taser deployment.”
Fields was charged with aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, a felony, and released from custody after posting $5,000 bond. Her criminal history includes prior arrests for disorderly conduct and disorderly intoxication. Shocking.
Last September, Lawrence Ripple walked into the Bank of Labor in Kansas City and handed the teller a note. “I have a gun,” it read. “Give me money.”
The teller handed over about $3,ooo, but instead of making a run for the getaway car, Ripple parked his ass in the bank lobby.
When approached by a bank security guard, Ripple claimed he was the guy the guard was looking for. (Something tells me he had the same look of resignation on his face then as he does in his mugshot). The guard took Ripple into custody and recovered the money.
When questioned by the police and the FBI, Ripple admitted to the robbery. He told authorities he and his wife had argued that day, and he just couldn’t take living with her anymore. He wrote the note out in front of her, he said, telling her he’d rather be in jail than at home.…
The two hour live-stream happened Sunday night inside the bathroom as Venant made a noose from a scarf. She then attached the scarf to the shower door frame and hanged herself.
One of Venant’s friends saw the live-stream and contacted police, but police first showed up at the friend’s house. They were then provided the wrong address before finally finding the correct residence.
Once inside the home, they found Venant hanging in the bathroom as her foster parents slept. Despite efforts to save her, Venant would be pronounced dead at the hospital.
Administrators with the Florida Department of Children and Families aren’t saying much about the circumstances surrounding Venant’s suicide, only stating that police were investigating the death of a child in the care of a foster family.
“We are absolutely horrified and devastated by the news of this young girl’s death,” said DCF Secretary Mike Carroll. “We will do everything we can to support this family and all those who cared for her as they begin to heal from this tragedy.…
