McCabe is the mother of three children with a criminal history that includes attempted endangerment of a child or elderly adult, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a couple of probation violations.
Over the last few years, the courts have ordered her to undergo drug and parenting classes, as well as mental health evaluations. I do not know the results of that last one, but with the latest allegations, it’s apparent the first two didn’t stick.
Her recent legal woes started in March, after a a relative found nude images of McCabe’s 5-year-old daughter on the child’s Nintendo DSI. The relative reported their findings and the child was interviewed by the Division of Child and Family Services a few days later.
The girl would tell a caseworker that her mother had taken “loads” of pictures of her “without any clothes on.” She would also tell a caseworker that her mother “would then show the pictures to men,” and “printed the pictures and sold them to people for $100.”
The Nintendo DSI was handed over to police who would later find 19 pornographic images of the girl.…
GARLAND, TX – Joseph Blocker has been charged with the murder of his 4-year-old son after the boy was found dead at his home and possibly took a ride in a running washing machine.
According to reports, Joseph Blocker, 28, called police from his home on Dec 9 to report his son was unconscious. When first responders arrived at the home, they found the 4-year-old already dead.
A medical examiner later determined that injuries found on the boy were consistent with being inside a running washing machine. A front loading washing machine was inside the home and, well, it doesn’t start all by itself.
“From what we know about the washing machine … that door has to be shut, and then someone has to push a button on the outside to get that started,” said police spokesman Officer Joe Harn. “It does not start by automatically shutting that door.”
Blocker was arrested at the scene and has now been charged with one count of capital murder, He is currently being held on $500,000 bond.…
CINCINNATI, OH – Natasha Johnson was arrested by police after they say the 29-year-old burned her estranged husband and two children by throwing a cup of “steaming” hot chocolate on them.
Johnson and her estranged husband got into an argument while he sat in a car with their two children in the backseat. Johnson approached the car and asked him to sign a document saying he was the father of her new child.
The man refused to sign the documents, leading to them getting into a verbal argument. Johnson became so enraged that she tossed a cup of hot chocolate at the man. The hot drink ended up hitting the man as well as the two girls in the back seat.
The man and two children ended up at the hospital to treat first- and second-degree burns they received. Johnson was arrested and charged with domestic violence and two counts of child endangerment. On Wednesday a judge set her bond at $20,000.
In the following video, you can watch as a very upset Johnson tries explaining to the judge that it was an accident, that the hot chocolate got on her husband and two girls only after he pushed her.…
If you didn’t notice anything strange about that paragraph you might be 24-year-old Li Zhenghua of Guangdong Province who, shortly after giving birth to a healthy baby boy, was caught by a horrified nurse the next day eating his hands in her hospital room.
Weeks previously the pregnant Li was kicked out of her home by her mother-in-law after becoming unable to deal with her escalating strange behavior and presumed mental illness. She lived on the streets for weeks before she was found in labor and transported to the hospital for the birth.
Nurse Liu Tianlun alerted other staff upon finding the peckish mother treating her newborn son like the last Slim Jim in sight. After being unable to stop Zhenghua from biting the baby, hospital staff had insert something in her mouth to stop her from closing her teeth on the baby’s arm, and then pried her jaws apart
“It was really shocking, the arm was badly damaged and suffered not only heavy bruising but bleeding as a result of the bite,” said a hospital spokesperson.…
STPETERSBURG, FL – Police have charged 30-year-old Ramona Braswell with felony child abuse after they say she used a stun gun on a 3-year-old boy.
Last weekend, police were called to a a home where a woman said her 3-year-old son was shocked in the arm with a stun gun by Braswell, who also lived in the home.
She told police that she heard her son cry out from another room in the house and found a laughing Braswell standing near him while activating a stun gun. Braswell told the mother she did not touch the boy with it, but marks on the boy’s arm told a different story.
Braswell told police she was only playing with the stun gun and never shocked the boy, but did admit to placing the stun gun’s handle on the boy’s arm.
Police concluded Braswell “intentionally touched (the) 3-year-old in the arm with an electric (stun gun) causing visible injuries” and charged her with one count of felony child abuse. She has since been released from jail after posting $5,000 bond.…
RACINE, WI – On Tuesday, a judge sentenced 25-year-old Jessica Bell to seven years in prison after being found guilty of making child porn that starred herself and her 2-year-old son.
Bell was arrested back in 2013 after her then boyfriend contacted police to report he’d found some videos on Bell’s computer that showed her making her young son perform sex acts on her.
One video was recorded on a cellphone in the shower, while the other was recorded through a laptop camera and featured Bell on a bed watching a pornographic movie. Both videos were recorded in 2012 while Bell was living with her half-brother, Justin Surber.
Bell’s boyfriend also found hundreds of emails between Bell and Surber that made it apparent that Bell and her half-brother had been in a sexual relationship and even discussed Bell sexually abusing her young son.
When questioned, Bell said she only did those things with her son because her brother forced her to do so, even though he was never present when any of the abuse took place.…
Last Tuesday, police responded to a call of an unresponsive baby at the home of Rodriguez-Gonzalez that he shared with his girlfriend, Raymond, and his girlfriend’s two other children.
Rodriguez-Gonzalez was at home watching the children while their mother, Amy Elliot, was at work. She said that on her lunch break she called home and argued with Rodriguez-Gonzalez of his caring for Raymond.
He told her that Raymond had fallen earlier but was in bed asleep. While still on the phone with Elliot, Rodriguez-Gonzalez went to check on Raymond and found him unresponsive. Elliot told him to call 911.
Raymond was rushed to University Medical Center. Rodriguez-Gonzalez told Elliot he would take the other two children to a friend’s house and would meet her at the hospital. Rodriguez-Gonzalez never showed up.
Raymond would end up dying from some serious injuries at the hospital, including bruises to his face and hip, scrapes on the back of his head, a previous rib fracture, and a lacerated liver.…

She became so enraged with the boy that she went to the kitchen and grabbed a blunt knife that she used to cut off the little boy’s penis. She then ran out of the house.
The boy’s mother, who had been visiting a neighbor, ran back to the house after hearing Qiang scream and discovered her son in a pool of blood.

SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, VA – A teen mom in Virginia is facing child abuse charges after a picture of her 14-month-old son hanging from a hook was posted on Facebook.
The picture shows the son of 18-year-old Alexis Breeden suspended in the air from a door frame, hanging by his t-shirt that had been attached to a plant hook. The shirt is tight around his neck and the boy is obviously not to happy about the situation.
Some people were so disturbed by the picture that they shared it on the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page hoping that they would investigate. They did, and ended up identifying Breeden, who turned herself in after a felony warrant was issued for her arrest. She’s currently facing a felony child abuse charge.
Breeden recently pleaded guilty to an assault and battery charge against a family member and was ordered by a judge to complete anger management courses and undergo a mental health evaluation.
As you can imagine, a lot of people have chimed in to criticize Breeden, and she later posted a response to those people that read:
“The cops came to my house twice last night and saw that he was fine.…
The 3-month-old died last month after spending two days in the hospital. The medical examiner found the baby had suffered a skull fracture, blunt force trauma to the body, and had biting injuries to his chest, hands, fingers, feet and toes.
Jenkins, 38, initially told police that he accidentally dropped his son on his head while giving him a bath, and that the bite marks found on his son came from the neighbor’s dog biting the boy while he was in a car seat wearing a monkey suit.
But the boy’s mother told police a different story. She said that her husband was initially scared to call 911 after their son was injured, mainly because he had repeatedly bit the boy because he was crying. She said the bites were so severe that blood from the wounds had soaked through the baby’s clothes.
She said Jenkins only called 911 after coming up with the genius “baby in a monkey suit being bitten by neighbor’s dog” story.…
SAINT CHARLES, MO — Police have accused 18-year-old Desiree Cozzoni of giving her child away to a known heroin user so she could live the life of “a normal teenager,” then later called police to falsely claim her child had been kidnapped.
According to reports, Cozzoni and her 16-month-old son moved from place to place, sometimes staying with a heroin user who already lost custody of her two children and lived in motels because she was homeless.
Despite buying heroin daily and using the drug in front of Cozzoni and her her son, Cozzoni signed over custody of her son to the woman on nonlegal documents that I can only imagined looked something like this.
Then, according to court documents, Cozzoni changed her phone number to prevent the woman from being able to contact her. But for some reason, Cozzoni recently had a change of heart. For reasons unknown, she called police to report that her son had been kidnapped by the woman.
After police investigated her claims and found out the whole story, Cozzoni admitted she’d given her son to the woman so that she could go on living the life of “a normal teenager.”
Police charged Cozzoni with two misdemeanor charges of making a false report and endangering the welfare of a child.…
CONWAY, PA – Brittany Ruck, 25, is facing some serious charges after she allegedly pulled her 6-year-old daughter’s hair so hard that she separated the girl’s scalp from her skull.
Police were first alerted to the incident back in August after hospital officials contacted them to report they were treating a young girl for a head injury consistent with violent hair pulling.
“The head injury was described in medical terms as traction,” said Michael Priolo, of the Conway Police Department. “It is a separation between the scalp and skull which creates a void that fills with blood. The blood ended up pulling around the eyes, giving her raccoon eyes.”
When interviewed, the girl said that when she had difficulty counting to 12, her mother “pulled her out of a chair by her hair.” She said that the next day her mother pulled her into a corner by her hair.
Ruck admitted to police that she’d pulled her daughter’s hair on multiple occasions because that’s what her mother used to do to her when she was a young girl.…
HARDWICK, VT – Second degree murder charges have been filed against a disabled teen’s mother and her boyfriend after police say they killed the boy by intentionally putting alcohol in his IV.
On Aug. 22, police responded to the home of Melissa Robitille and Walter Richter after first responders found 13-year-old Isaac Robitille dead inside.
Isaac had multiple medical issues that required caretakers, feeding tubes and IVs just to keep him alive. Robitille wrote on her blog that Isaac had a nervous system disorder and Holoprosencephaly – an anomaly in which the brain doesn’t fully divide into two hemispheres.
According to a comment made by Richter’s on his Facebook page just the other day, Isaac was well cared for and it was just his time to go.
Police disagreed with that assessment, especially after the teen’s autopsy revealed he had a BAC of 0.146, almost twice the legal limit to drive. The medical examiner’s office has ruled the boy’s death a homicide, citing alcohol as the contributing cause.
So how did the alcohol get in the boy?…
TOLEDO, OH – Markeese Cummings, 24, has been charged with punching a one-year-old in the face because she wouldn’t stop crying for her mother.
According to police, Cummings and 20-year-old Simone Day have a relationship that is purely sexual. On Monday, Cummings visited Day at her apartment where she lives with her one-year-old daughter.
Before the two had sex, Day moved her little girl to the child’s own room. After having sex, Cummings took the crying girl from her room while Day took a shower.
Cummings then took the child downstairs with him to get something to drink. When she would not stop crying for her mother, Cummings lost his temper and punched the child in the face with a closed fist “causing serious harm.”
The exact details of the child’s injuries are not being reported, but Cummings was arrested on a charge of felony battery. He was booked into the Lucas County jail where he’s being held in lieu of $75,000 bond.
This latest charge will be a nice addition to Cummings’ collection.…
SELBYVILLE, DE – Police in Delaware have arrested 30-year-old Ashley Tull after her 4-year-old girl went to daycare and started passing out bags of heroin to other children.
Workers at Hickory Tree Child Care Center called police Monday morning after they observed some of the kids with small bags of an unknown substance. The substance was later determined to be heroin.
An investigation would reveal a 4-year-old girl found 249 small bags in the backpack her mother, Ashley Tull, had given her to use after her own backpack was ruined by the family pet that night. The girl believed the small bags contained candy and began distributing them to her friends.
Although the teachers at the center were able to confiscate the bags before any of the children opened them, some were taken to the hospital for precautionary measures.
Police interviewed Tull and then took her into custody. She’s currently charged with maintaining a drug property and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Tull was released after posting $6,000 secured bond.…
SAN DIEGO, CA – Michael Lutts, a 50-year-old pediatric nurse, has been accused of sexually abusing his 6-week-old foster child, then sending photos of the abuse to another man.
According to court documents, Lutts brought the baby boy home on Aug. 4 and almost immediately began texting images of the infant to 34-year-old Stephen Schaffner of Greensboro, Maryland.
Over the next several hours, investigators say Schaffner directed Lutts to perform various sex acts on the infant and send him videos of the abuse.
Lutts honored Schaffner’s requests and sent him multiple images and videos of the sexual abuse, including images of him performing oral sex on the baby and a video of him masturbating while he fondled the infant’s genitals
Investigators say the baby can be heard crying throughout most of the videos, and can be seen still wearing a hospital tag around his leg.
Lutts is currently in custody at the San Diego Metropolitan Correctional Center. Full charges have yet to be filed against him, as more sexual abuse allegations are pending.…
