MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Vicente Ridon and his wife, Dorma, have been sentenced to life behind bars after being found guilty of crimes related to the production of animal cruelty videos.
Two years ago, someone stumbled across videos of young girls torturing animals. For those of you who are unaware of these types of videos, let me ruin your morning a bit.
The videos this person found are called crush videos, and are created for people who get aroused by watching women crush things with their feet.
The videos often include women simply stepping on food or insects, but can also include women stepping on live animals like kittens, puppies, mice, reptiles, etc.
The videos the Ridons manufactured included crush-type scenes, but they also ramped up the animal abuse to horrific levels while forcing a 12-year-old girl to participate.
Their videos featured:
- a dog getting skinned alive
- rabbits flailing and screaming as their ears were cut off and as they were set on fire
- a dog getting burned with a flat iron
- a monkey and several dogs getting hit in the eyes with the sharp end of a stiletto heel
- puppies getting crushed until they vomited their own internal organs
If you want to get a taste of just how heinous these videos are, then watch the following news report.…
ZWOLLE, LA – Police have not filed any criminal charges after a 19-month-old boy got wedged in his mother’s car window and died of positional asphyxia, although there is a criminal investigation into the child’s death.
Emergency responders were called to a home just before 11 p.m. Saturday, where Robert Lynch was found unresponsive and hanging out of his mother’s car window. The toddler was transferred to the hospital and placed on life support Unfortunately, the boy was pronounced brain dead and removed from life support the next day.
Investigators would later learn that the boy’s mother, 26-year-old Deunka Lynch, had just left a family gathering and had placed her son in the backseat of her car without restraining him. She told investigators that after she parked her car she noticed that the back window was rolling up, trapping her son.
Lynch’s family say this was a tragic accident and is in no way reflective of her parenting skills. “This is just something that happened and as a family we are going to stand together,” said the victim’s grandfather, Danny Lynch.…
ELPASO, TX – Police have arrested US army specialist Dartarious Graham after they say the 20-year-old beat his 2-year-old daughter to death for soiling her diaper.
Graham was at his apartment Saturday with his cousin, 19-year-old Robert Franklin, and his daughter, Peyton Graham when Graham became angry that his daughter had soiled her diaper.
So Graham did what a lot of parents do in that situation; he took the little girl in a bedroom so he could beat the shit out of her with a belt. Franklin observed this beating but instead of stopping it, he walked away while the beating was taking place.
Once he was done, Graham came out of the room with his daughter who proceeded to go limp and unresponsive. Graham called 911 and the girl was transported to the hospital where she would later die. Police were notified when injuries found on the child appeared to be suspicious, and some of them were indicative of past abuse.
After questioning Graham and Franklin, they were arrested and charged with murder.…
TAMPA, FL – Ruby Brown is facing some serious charges after police the 66-year-old failed to take a young boy in her care to the hospital after another boy had set him on fire.
Someone called Crime Stoppers anonymously to report a 7-year-old boy had been taken to Tampa General Hospital suffering from serious burns to his torso.
An officer went to the hospital to verify the story and learned another child had set the boy on fire five days earlier and Brown, the boy’s caregiver, decided not to seek professional medical attention.
In fact, the boy may have never been treated had it not been for employees at the school where the boy normally attends. They’d stopped by his house to find out why he’d missed so many days and were the ones who took him to the hospital.
Brown was arrested and booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on charges of child neglect. She was later released on $7,500 bail. The boy remains in the hospital and is now in the custody of the Department of Children and Families.…
BLACKSTONE, MA — Just two weeks after four children were removed from a vermin-infested home because of suspected abuse or neglect, investigators found the remains of three infants inside the same house.
Police have not charged anyone in relation to the discovery of the bodies, nor have they released the causes of their death. However, they have arrested one of the home’s residents, 31-year-old Erika Murray, on a witness intimidation charge and charges stemming from the living conditions inside the home
“What we know is that we have three infants that have been found deceased at this residence,” Worcester District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr. said. “The house is filled with vermin. We have flies, we have bugs. We have used diapers, in some areas as much as a foot-and-a-half to two feet high.”
Early said officials will be at the now condemned house for the next several days and will continue to search for additional remains.
Two weeks ago, DCF removed a 6-month-old, a 3-year-old, a 10-year-old, and a 13-year-old, from the home after one of the children told a neighbor that the youngest child would not stop crying.…
CENTER TOWNSHIP, PA – Stacey Golden is facing assault charges after she reportedly gave her boyfriend’s 9-year-old grandson a bloody nose at the boy’s bus stop.
According to the criminal complaint, the fifth-grader was crying when he got on the bus with a bloody nose and a black eye. Authorities were called after the boy told the bus driver and school officials that “Golden punched him in the face because she was mad at her boyfriend.”
His statement was corroborated by the driver who reported seeing Golden “outside flailing her arms in an aggressive manner” while she was talking to the boy.

Police arrested Golden and charged her with simple assault, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment. According to reports, the boy lives with his grandfather and Golden, which means things are probably pretty awkward in that house right now.
It’s been a few years since we’ve had an adult beat a kid’s ass at a bus stop.…
NEW PORT RICHEY, FL – Renata Congleton got herself into a bit of trouble last Friday after the 27-year-old arrived at an elementary school to pick up a child while having a blood alcohol level five times the legal limit.
Staff at Trinity Elementary School say Congleton was extremely intoxicated when she arrived at the school and tried to pick up the child. Police were called to the school but before they got there, Congleton drove off — hitting two cars in the process.
Deputies would find Congleton at home, sitting by her front door. She reportedly swore at them as they tried to question her before kicking and scratching a deputy while being handcuffed.
Congleton was charged with neglect of a child, battery on a law enforcement officer, and resisting an officer with violence. Her bond was set at $15,000.
I don’t know what’s in the water in Florida, but it seems to make women get their drink on before picking their kids up from school. Congleton is the fourth Florida woman we’ve reported on who’s done this, and wins the award for being the drunkest.…
FLINT, MI – Kevin Stange is facing charges after video of his 4-year-old grandson repeatedly throwing a puppy into the street was posted online and quickly went viral.

Police believe Jones killed his five children, between the ages of 1 and 8, then drove to Alabama where he dumped their bodies on a dirt road in a rural area. The kids had been reported missing by their mother on Sept. 3.
Jones was pulled over at a motor vehicle checkpoint in Smith County, Mississippi. He became agitated when a deputy questioned him about an odor of chemicals coming from his Cadillac Escalade. When the deputy searched Jones’ vehicle, he found chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine and some Spice.
Even worse, officers found what appeared to be bleach, muriatic acid, blood and possible body fluids inside the vehicle. A quick background check on Jones revealed he was wanted in South Carolina “regarding a welfare concern of his children,” who were on a national missing persons list.
It was at this point Jones admitted he’d killed his five children and led officers to their decomposed bodies along a logging road in Alabama.…
BANGOR, ME — Adam Morton has been charged with aggravated assault after the 27-year-old dumbass put a 2-year-old boy in a running clothes dryer, leaving the toddler with second degree burns.
The incident occurred last month while Morton was watching his girlfriend’s son and three other children. He initially told police he didn’t know how the boy was injured because he was in the shower when it happened, but would later admit that he’d put the boy in the dryer – but not for very long.
He said the boy was only in the dryer for one revolution, but that was inconsistent with the boy’s injuries that included second degree burns to his back and arms, as well as burns and blisters on this feet.
Dr. Lawrence Ricci also conducted a forensic examination of the boy that had him concluding the boy was in the dryer much longer and may not have been the first time.
“There were lesions on the lower back that looked like they could have been healing burns and incidentally, the two circular lesions correspond to bolts on the inside of the dryer,” the doctor noted.…
NEWTON, IA – Tina Durant has been charged with child endangerment after police say the 37-year-old she allowed a 24-year-old friend have sex with her 11-year-old daughter, who is now pregnant.
Jacob White was arrested on July 17 and charged with third-degree sexual abuse after the 11-year-old turned up pregnant and after her parents read Facebook conversations between the girl and White.
But police ended up arresting Durant on Friday after witnesses came forward to report Durant was fully aware that White was having sex with her daughter.
According to witnesses who lived in the home, White slept in the same bed with the victim. They said they addressed it with Durant who did nothing to stop it. According to the police report, the girl was heard telling her mother, “I tried to tell you several times,” during a doctor’s appointment.
Because she failed to notify law enforcement, call the Department of Human Services or taking any action herself, Durant was charged with child endangerment. She’s since been released and will be back in court on Sept.9.…

The boy brought his uncle to his mother’s car and opened up the trunk. Inside the trunk was some of the boy’s toys and materials needed to use and manufacture meth. Peter immediately closed the trunk and called 911.
“Her son, who’s 7, just told me she keeps bad stuff in her car, and he opened up the trunk, and she has a meth lab in her trunk,” Peter told the 911 dispatcher.

TAMPA, FL – Police have charged 24-year-old Austin Hamilton with first-degree murder after he admitted to using a belt to whip a 1-year-old to death because the boy peed on him during a diaper change.
On Saturday, the child’s mother went to work and left him and his 6-year-old brother with Hamilton in a room at the Motel 6 where she lived. Hamilton, who is not the father of either child, called 911 later that night to report the boy was having trouble breathing.
The child would die after being rushed to the hospital by paramedics who arrived and found him unresponsive on a bed. Hamilton initially claimed he didn’t hit or punish the boy in any way, and that the boy was not involved in any accidents.
That story would change after the Hillsborough County Medical Examiner’s Office report stated the child died as a result of blunt force trauma to the lower abdomen, and ruled his death a homicide.
When detectives confronted Hamilton with these findings, he changed his story and admitted he was responsible for the boy’s death.…
In the short time that the laundry detergent pod has been made available to the public, 20,000 cases of accidental ingestion have been reported.
Some of these accidental poisonings have been fatal, like the 1-year-old boy we reported on last year who died in a battered women’s shelter after eating a laundry detergent pod.
Of course people are blaming the packaging, stating they look too much like candy. In response, manufacturers have been changing the look of the pods to make them less attractive to toddlers whose parents have ensured kids can get their hands on them.
This latest incident was out of Minnesota where a baby thought one of the pods was a blueberry, like the ones she’d been eating earlier. The pod exploded in her mouth, sending caustic chemicals down her throat. She spent several days in ICU, but is now at home recovering.…
We reported on Clevenger earlier this year after her sexual relationship with the boy was discovered by the kid’s mom. The boy went on to describe the great time he had with Clevenger, including coming in her mouth after sex, and morning car blows.
Text messages and pictures sent between the two seemed to confirm what the kid was saying, and police would issue two felony warrants for rape and engaging children in sexually explicit conduct for use in a visual or print medium.
Last Thursday, Clevenger pleaded guilty to sexual assault and engaging in sexually explicit conduct with a minor. In return, she was sentenced to 10 years behind bars and will have to register as a sex offender.
Clevenger and her daughter were featured in two seasons of TLC’s “Cheer Perfection,” a forgettable reality show about a team of cheerleaders at Cheer Time Revolution in Sherwood.…
MERCER, PA – A courtroom burst into applause after a judge ordered the mother and grandparents of an 8-year-old boy found almost starved to death, jailed until their trial on attempted murder charges.
The boy was found by a caseworker in June after a neighbor called authorities to report seeing a “walking skeleton” at the home the boy shared with his mother, Mary Rader, 28; his grandmother, Deana Beighley, 48; and his step-grandfather, Dennis Beighley, 59; and three siblings.
The boy was taken to Greenville Medical Center where a doctor remarked that “the young man is so emaciated he looks like a Holocaust survivor.” Hospital staff noted the boy’s bones protruded so sharply that his skin broke open in some areas, and that he likely wouldn’t have lived for another month.
The boy told investigators that he was fed only small amounts of food so he would often eat bugs when he was allowed onto the back porch.
Rader and her parents claimed the boy wasn’t being neglected, but that he had a hormone problem.…
FULLERTON, CA — Before I get started with today’s terrible news, I thought I would provide you with some good news in the form of an update on Lester and Petra Huffmire.
In case you’ve forgotten, this is the couple who were arrested last year after it was discovered they’d been keeping two female relatives, ages 5 and 10, malnourished and locked inside a nasty trailer for three years while they played World of Warcraft.
The two girls stayed with the unemployed couple from May 21, 2010 to May 20, 2013, in their trailer at the Satellite Mobile Homes Estate. The girls were never allowed to go outside for any reason, and were not allowed to attend school.
Police visited the trailer after receiving multiple calls from concerned neighbors. What they found inside was a trailer full of filth. It was littered with stacks of trash, debris, mold, and feces. There were a pile of used condoms found under a stuffed teddy bear, the kitchen appliances were covered in mold and cobwebs, and the toilets did not work.…
