Man Found Guilty Of Beating His Stepson To Death With Rolling Pin

Buffalo, NY - A man has been found guilty of beating his 10-year-old stepson to death with a rolling pin after arguing with the boy about homework.
Prosecutors say that on April 17, 10-year-old Abdifatah Mohamud climbed out a window of his home and ran down the street. A neighbor driving by saw the boy running with his stepfather, 41-year-old Mohamed Mohamud, chasing after him. She pulled over and gave Mohamud a ride so he could catch up to his stepson.
After catching up to the boy, Abdi told the woman he did not want to go back home with his stepfather, but Mohamud pulled Abdi into the vehicle and the neighbor took them back home. The neighbor said she stood at the entrance and asked Abdi if he wanted to come study at her house, but Mohamud told her he wasn’t going to do anything to the boy and she could leave.
According to Mohamud, Abdi would not stop trying to flee the house after the neighbor left, so he used electrical cord to tie him to a chair in the basement.…

Havelock, NC – A 30-year-old woman in North Carolina was arrested after it was discovered she gave her 11-year-old daughter a heart tattoo on her shoulder.
Odessa Clay was charged in late September with tattooing a person under the age of 18 after police learned of the tattoo. Clay admitted to giving her daughter the tattoo late last year because she says, ”she asked me to do it.”
Clay, who sports quite a few tattoos of her own, as evident by her mugshot, was unapologetic when describing ho she used her own tools and numbed her daughter’s arm before placing the permanent heart on her pre-teen daughter’s shoulder. But it’s not like she was a complete moron. “I didn’t fill it in,” she said.
Clay says she thought tattoos were like like ear-piercings in that they were perfectly legal for 11-year-olds as long as the parent gave consent. She also stopped breathing through her mouth long enough to add that she believes her ex in-law reported the tattoo in retaliation after she filed a complaint against her daughter’s paternal grandfather.…

Toulon, IL – A teen mother in Illinois has been accused of leaving her infant alongside a rural road where she remained for twelve hours after the mother told police her baby had been abducted.
Last Thursday, an Amber Alert was issued for 3-week-old Mia Graci Thompson. Her mother, 19-year-old Kendra Meaker, told police that she had left Mia and her 11-month old sister in the car while she walked into a Toulon post office to mail a package. She informed them that it wasn’t until she had already driven away that she noticed Mia was missing.
Sheriff Jimmie Dison said he figured Meaker’s story was bullshit from the beginning, but with no evidence to the contrary, he didn’t have any choice but to request an Amber Alert. It wasn’t until twelve hours later that Meaker finally told the truth and admitted that she drove outside Toulon that morning and placed her daughter on the side of a rural road.
After volunteer searchers were dispatched to the area, Mia was found after a pair of searchers heard her cries.…

SAN DIEGO – Zewoinesh Badasso, the mother accused of intentionally throwing her 7-month-old son out a 3rd-floor window, was in court on Wednesday, where she pleaded not guilty to charges of murder and assault on a child.
As you may recall, passersby found the boy–being referred to as “David N.” in court records–on the ground in an alley near the building out of which he was allegedly thrown. CPR was administered and he was rushed to the hospital, but he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. The evidence gathered at the scene and the results of questioning Badasso led police to place her under arrest.
Here’s what seems to be known about Zewoinesh Badasso at this time: The 33-year-old (or 32-year-old, depending on your source) came to the U.S. from Ethiopia around 12 years ago thanks to a sponsorship by some unnamed Catholic charity. Even so, she apparently has not developed a good grasp of English, since an interpreter was present with her at Wednesday’s hearing. She had been in San Diego for only a very brief time and did not know the three men with whom she and her son shared the apartment since she had been placed there.…

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – A man charged with the murder of a 3-year-old girl has admitted to beating the girl to death because she had soiled herself.
Last Tuesday, police were called to a home where they found 21-year-old Jose Cruz hysterical and his girlfriend in a bedroom with her 3-year-old daughter, Carmen. Police say the girl was not breathing and was “covered in bruises from head to toe.” She was rushed to the hospital and placed on a ventilator, but Carmen was pronounced dead on Wednesday. A medical evaluation determined the girl’s bruises were the result of beings struck with a flexible object, and that she had blunt force trauma to the abdominal area.
Cruz, who was initially arrested on preliminary charges of attempted murder, told investigators that he became upset over the fact that Carmen had soiled herself. In response, he says he beat Carmen with a brown leather belt, shook her, pulled her hair and threw her into a television. Police would later retrieve a brown leather belt from the home as well as a black power cord.…

WEST HAVEN, CT – Police in Connecticut have arrested a man after they say he bit his girlfriend’s 5-year-old child as a form of discipline.
Brian Keil, 25, was watching his girlfriend’s two children, ages 5 and 8-years-old, when the siblings got into the fight over a toy. In response to the 5-year-old biting the 8-year-old, Keil figured he would teach the younger child a lesson — and bit the child on the arm.
I often bite unattended children in the mall, but that is purely for fun. The act of biting a child as a form of punishment for biting is just stupid. It does nothing to prevent the child from doing it in the future and can even make the situation worse. It’s also illegal.
If Keil didn’t know this beforehand, he found out when the children’s father arrived to pick them up. When he learned what Keil did to his child, and saw the mark on the child’s arm, he immediately took the 5-year-old to the police station and showed the cops the very visible bite mark Keil had left.…

HOUSTON, TX – A woman is behind bars after hidden surveillance camera captured her abusing and repeatedly suffocating the baby she had been hired to care for.
The parents of a 4-month-old girl say they hired 48-year-old Tirza Magana before their baby was born and that she had been working for them for five months until May. That’s when they decided to install a nanny cam after noticing their daughter was acting strange and lethargic. After just one day of filming, the parents reviewed the footage and were horrified at what the it had captured.
According to court documents, the video footage shows Magana placing her hands over their child’s nose and mouth while applying pressure, causing the baby to “flail about, struggling to breathe.” She does this four times over a fifteen minute period and can even be seen switching her grip. She is also seen “holding the baby up by her head as the child’s dangling body made jerking movements.”
The parents immediately fired Magana and called police. Magana was ultimately arrested and charged with endangering a child and is in jail on a $10000 bond.…

Ravenna Township, OH - A grand jury indicted an 18-year-old on two counts of rape yesterday after he was accused of raping his girlfriend’s 15-month-old daughter.
Earlier this month, 18-year-old Logan Andrew West was accused of raping his girlfriend’s 15-month-old baby, causing her serious internal injuries, and was charged with two felony counts of rape of a child under the age ten.
On August 4, EMS were called to a home in regards to an injured 15-month-old. Because of the severity of the injuries, the infant was transported to the hospital where it was determined the injuries were the result of a sexual assault. She was treated and released to her mother on August 6.
The following investigation revealed that West was one of several people at the home at the time of the assault. After cooperating with investigators, he was arrested and charged with raping the infant.
During his first arraignment West appeared before the judge, via video, wearing protective garb worn by inmates who are at risk of harming themselves. He was ordered held on a half a million dollars cash-only bond.…

Houston, TX – Back in May, 23-year-old Matthew Carrillo and 21-year-old Melanie Garcia were both charged with injury to a child after Garcia’s 4-year-old daughter was taken to the hospital in critical condition, suffering from a head injury, bruises all over her body (including her genitals) and a burn on her thigh.
Garcia initially told 911 that her daughter, Kayla, had fallen out of her wagon and hit her head. It wasn’t until after the couple were charged and the little girl died that Garcia changed her story.
She says that her boyfriend was angry at Kayla because of a slow walk home from a Subway where a meatball had fallen of the girl’s sandwich. Once back at the home, Garcia says that Carrillo disciplined the girl by making her pull down her pants and instructing her to brace herself against a couch. When Kayla fell to the floor from Carrillo striking her with a belt, he allegedly picked Kayla up by one arm and beat her with the belt as she dangled in front of him.…

ST. LOUIS, MO – The woman who recorded a fight between two toddlers, then posted the video to her Facebook, has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Earlier this month, 21-year-old Latonya Davis recorded a video of her 2-year-old daughter fighting with a 3-year-old boy she was babysitting. In the video, Davis can be heard laughing while the children cry hysterically as they strike each other at Latonya Davis’ instructions.
“Got some action! Got some action!” Davis can be heard yelling as she records. “Y’all better ball up some fists!”
Obviously thinking that this was perfectly acceptable, Davis then posted the video to Facebook to share with birds of a feather. But she found out pretty quickly that while this may be hilarious in certain circles, not everyone found it amusing.
“It’s like she’s training her before she starts school or something,” said an acquaintance of Davis. “It’s sad because today’s society in the black community its really sickening that these kids are learning how to fight, get guns and stuff, and it shouldn’t be going on.”
In the probable cause statement, a law enforcement officer states:
“I believe that the defendant poses a danger to a crime victim, the community, or any other person because defendant took obvious pleasure and amusement in causing a three and a half year old child and a two and a half year old to engage each other in a physical fight.…

Vicksburg, MS - A former childcare center worker was arrested after video showing a 9-year-old hell-spawn abusing infants purportedly under her care was viewed by police.
Recently released surveillance video from Kiddie City Childcare Center in Vicksburg, Mississippi shows a 9-year-old budding sociopath kicking, biting, and hitting infants. Daycare worker Sandra Trevillion can be seen in the video – but appears unaware of the 9-year-old anti-Christ’s rampage.
Satan’s minion can be seen choking one child and hitting another. The second infant is also shown being repeatedly kicked in a manner that causes the infant to literally disappear from the video frame.
Earlier in the week, a father of one of the children in the center was arrested for hitting a child he mistakenly thought was the evil-incarnate shown in the video. The father’s anger reportedly stemmed from cuts and bruises on his 1-year-old which he attributed to the 9-year-old sadist. That father, Jamie Williams, was arrested on assault charges.
Police have interviewed Damien and his mother. Police have not said if either will face charges.…

DALLAS, TX – Elizabeth Escalona has pleaded guilty to gluing her 2-year-old daughter’s hands to a wall before beating her into a coma.
The 23-year-old was arrested back in 2011 after calling her mother and telling her something was wrong with her daughter, Jocelyn Cedillo. When the grandmother arrived at the home, she found the little girl unresponsive.
Jocelyn was rushed to the hospital where she remained in a coma for two days suffering from broken bones, brain swelling, swollen intestines, bruised lungs and an injured liver. Paint was also stuck to the girl’s palms, with skin torn away in places.
Police records show that the toddler’s siblings told investigators that Escalona was upset with her daughter for soiling herself and glued her hands to a wall. She also repeatedly kicked young Jocelyn in the stomach and beat her with a jug of milk, a belt and a shoe.
“In the almost six years that I’ve been in child abuse, this is one of the most horrific child abuse cases that I’ve been witness to, and I’ve seen a lot,” Sgt.…

We just posted an update on Diana and Samuel Franklin, the couple accused of making their adoptive daughter live in a chicken coop while wearing a shock collar, and now we have Shawn and Joanna Blackston, both accused of making their 12-year-old daughter live in a cage in the basement. Both couples look creepy as hell, but if I saw the Blackstons on the street, I’d chase them away with a baseball bat and a crucifix.
Police were alerted to the Blackstons after an anonymous person called them to report the possible abuse of one of their six children. BUTLER, GA - I was going to post about the 15-year-old foster teen allegedly forced to live in a chicken coop when the story first broke, but I didn’t for some reason. But the story has resurfaced after her parents were arrested and it was revealed that the 15-year-old girl was also forced her to wear a a shock collar for dogs.
If any of you missed this story when it first made the rounds back in May, police were alerted to the the girl’s living conditions after someone called them to report the girl was being forced to live outside in a chicken coop. The girl was taken into state custody but her adoptive parents, Diana Franklin and Samuel Franklin would not be arrested until Tuesday.
Diana was charged with 12 counts of cruelty to children and 4 counts of false imprisonment, while Samuel was charged with 8 counts of cruelty to children and 8 counts of false imprisonment.
The girl had informed police that her parents placed the collar around her neck and used it on her several times by anyone in possession of a remote key fob that controlled the collar. This was just one of several punishments used on the girl for various offenses.…

Forrest City, AR - It’s coming up on four years since I wrote about Reginald Davis (note: very graphic), and that case still rings my outrage bell loud enough to put any civil defense siren to shame.
Quick recap: Davis went to visit the new mother of an eight-day-old baby girl–supposedly his daughter. When the 15-year-old mom returned after leaving the baby alone with Davis so she could get a shower, she observed blood on the baby, and the mother and grandmother took the little girl to the Forrest City (Arkansas) Medical Center, accompanied by Davis.
A medical examination indicated the infant had been raped; it also was noted that she had a fractured skull. Police were called, Davis was arrested, and the little girl was transferred to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock due to the severity of her injuries.

West Haven, CT – A woman has been placed behind bars after making a series of videos of herself abusing her 10-month-old daughter and then sending those videos, along with some messed up text messages, to the child’s father.
Court records show 24-year-old Kellie Park took seven videos of herself abusing her little girl then sending those videos to the child’s father through at least 55 text messages that included such gems as “I’ll f***ing break her face in” and “I’ll beat her face in” along with the timeless classic, “I love abusing this kid.”
The videos were just as disturbing. One shows Park as she kicks a gate on top of her crying child causing her to fall, and then saying “don’t you get it? Your father doesn’t care so guess what, I’m not gonna care.” Another video shows Park throwing food at her crying daughter as she sat in her high chair. In other videos Park can be heard telling her daughter she’s not worth half a cigarette, and that she makes her life miserable.…

In case you’ve been living in an Amish family (or a cave), Casey Anthony is the mother of Caylee Marie Anthony, the adorable toddler who was reported missing on July 15, 2008. Caylee had actually been missing since June 9 of the same year, and was found dead several months later, duct tape wrapped around her skull, a creepy heart sticker over what remained of her mouth.
Casey was charged and acquitted of first-degree murder in one of the great travesties and tragedies of the Florida judicial system last year. The case broke our servers and doubled our membership, and there may have been a pizza incident that landed us on Fox News, so, y’know, it’s close to my heart.

CITRUS HEIGHTS, CA – A man has been charged with attempted murder after he tried to strangle his 3-month-old baby to death in a Walmart parking lot.
Daniel Graf, 32, was at the Walmart on Friday night to meet his estranged wife and visit his daughter. The couple eventually got into an argument over custody arrangements that led to Graf’s wife calling police.
Graf got angry with the responding officer and began walking away with his daughter. Graf then threatened to kill the baby and began strangling her. Realizing the infant was in danger, the officer decided to show Graf the proper way to choke the life out of someone by placing him in a carotid restraint control hold.
“It’s a tactic where the officer applies pressure to both sides of the carotid artery on the neck that will render and individual briefly unconscious,” said Jon Kempf from Citrus Heights Police.
What Kempf is trying to say is that the officer placed Graf in the Sleeper hold, an effective choke-hold I liked to employ on my ex-wife during sex, and before her lawyers got involved.…

BELLEFONTE, Pa. - I’ve pretty much stayed away from the Jerry Sandusky updates because he’s everywhere already and there really wasn’t much more we could add. But some news outlets are reporting today that while he was being housed in Centre County Correctional Facility awaiting his trial, the inmates there would taunt him by singing songs to him.
As everyone knows by now, the 68-year-old tickle monster was once the assistant football coach for Penn State. He was charged with raping young boys over a 15 years period, seemingly unhindered, and possibly after once being caught with his dick in the proverbial cookie jar. His trial wrapped up the other day and the jury found him guilty of 45 of the 48 charges against him.
Sandusky is now back in Centre County Correctional Facility waiting to be sentenced and an inmate there says the last time Sandusky was visiting, the inmates taunted him by singing Pink Floyd’s Another Brick in the Wall.

Heber, CA – A man captured his neighbor, Imperial Irrigation District Director Anthony Sanchez, beating his stepson with a belt because the boy couldn’t catch a baseball and then posted the video to Youtube.
The video is shot from inside a window of a home that overlooks the backyard of Anthony Sanchez, where Sanchez can be seen playing catch with his stepson. Except the games of catch I played with my dad were a little less nightmarish than the one Sanchez likes to play.
Sanchez’s version consists of him holding a belt in one hand and then beating the boy with it whenever he drops the ball. The video shows Sanchez screaming at the crying boy as he hits him with the belt a few times. As furious as I was getting watching this, I was getting just as aggravated with the person filming for not stopping it.
But turns out the person filming, now identified as 36-year-old Oscar Lopez, was as outraged as I’m sure some of you are. He stops filming and confronts Sanchez yelling, “That’s enough, fuckstick!” This leads to a small verbal exchange that ends with Oscar stating he is a father too, and asking if Sanchez would like to come over and teach him.…
