Jordan drove his son, La’Marion, to the hospital on Sept 3. He told doctors that the boy, who suffered from cerebral palsy, had fallen from his wheelchair and hit his head on the floor.
La’Marion was airlifted to Carolinas Medical Center where he would die the next day. An autopsy revealed the boy had died from blunt force trauma to the head.
A sheriff’s investigator and an investigator with the State Law Enforcement Division’s child fatality unit would conduct a weeks-long investigation and determine the boy was not injured after falling from his wheelchair.
According to the arrest warrant, the boy was injured while Jordan was carrying La’Marion down the hallway of their home. For unreported reasons, Jordan allegedly “forcefully threw” his son to the floor, causing the boy’s injuries.
On Oct 13, Jordan was arrested and has been charged with homicide by child abuse. If convicted, he’s looking at 20 years behind bars.…
BRADENTON, FL – Police have arrested 31-year-old Keishanna Thomas after the body of her 11-year-old daughter was discovered inside a deep freezer.
Thomas was already being investigated by the state on a child abuse complaint after her 12-year-old son called police from a Walmart to report he was being abused.
When investigators arrived at her home to take her children into state custody, they only found four of her kids – ages 2, 9, 12 and 15 – were there, and that 11-year-old Janiya Thomas was missing.
Thomas was arrested on contempt of court charges after refusing to answer any questions about her daughter’s whereabouts. Her four other children were been placed in state custody.
When the grandmother and aunt of Janiya learned the girl was missing, they decided to break open a deep freezer that Thomas and an unidentified man had brought to their garage last week. They discovered a body inside and immediately contacted police.
The body was turned over to the medical examiner’s office to determine the identity of the body and cause of death, although I think it is safe to assume Janiya has been found. …
LAKEWOOD, CO – Police have arrested 43-year-old Julie Greiner, accusing her of pimping out her 12-year-old daughter to a man in Australia in exchange for rent money and gifts.
According reports, Greiner’s daughter met 23-year-old Thomas Keski in an online chat last year. The girl’s relationship with Keski, who lives in Australia, turned explicit. The pair sexted with each other and shared nude pics of each other.
Keski would reciprocate by sending the girl and Greiner gifts, including jewelry, electronics and the sex toys police would find in the minor’s bedroom. All told, Keski sent around $10,000 to Greiner and her daughter for bills and rent, some of that money going to an engagement ring Greiner purchased for her daughter on Keski’s behalf.
“There were gifts and money being provided by this adult in Australia to the child’s mother,” Jefferson County District Attorney Pete Weir said. “The mother was aware that there was inappropriate sexual conversations and contact going on between the man and her daughter.”
Even more twisted is the allegation that Keski took Greiner and her daughter on a trip to Hawaii where Keski and Greiner’s daughter slept together in the same bed while Greiner shared a room with Keski’s mother.…
Last week, Martha McClure was caring for Francis Jackson’s three children at her daycare when he showed up drunk with an unidentified woman.
McClure was aware that CPS had custody of Jackson’s children, all under the age of 4, and that he was to have no contact with them.
Jackson became angry that McClure would not let him pick up his kids, and threatened to assault her in front of the kids at the daycare. Despite the threat of harm, McClure physically removed Jackson from the building and lock the door.
Not satisfied, Jackson tried getting back in the building by throwing toys and a tricycle at a window. When McClure went back outside, she and Jackson got into a physical altercation that ended when Jackson’s unidentified companion smacked McClure in the face with a snow shovel.
Jackson took this opportunity to punch McClure in the face before he and the woman fled the scene without the children.…
Police have arrested 31-year-old Leigh Felten after she allegedly sold some sexually explicit breast-feeding videos that featured her 18-month-old son.
Tallahassee police were alerted to Felten after a woman in Wisconsin called them to report her husband had purchased seven disturbing videos from Felten that involved her breast-feeding her toddler.
According to the affidavit, the videos depict Felten and her toddler in the nude while Felton was “rubbing oil on herself and the child.” At one point, Felton’s “vagina and the child’s penis appear to be in contact with one another.” In another video, Felten “rubs her breasts back and forth across the child’s face.”
Investigators found Felten’s YouTube and Google+ accounts with a post that read, “New unlisted vids for a donation. Please support a single mommy.” When investigators searched Felten’s home, they found similar videos on a laptop.…
According to reports, Alt was sending the homemade child porn to a U.S. Marine stationed in Southern California, and got busted after investigators with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service found the material.
After being taken into custody during a traffic stop, Alt would admit to creating and sending the sexually explicit images to the Marine in exchange for cash and gifts.
Investigators said Alt was also prostituting via Craigslist and that these sexual encounters often occurred while her children were present. Police do not believe Alt’s husband was aware of her activities and was allowed to take custody of their children.
Alt, named 2014 Mrs. Orange County, is now in the Central Women’s Jail in Santa Ana in lieu of $100,000 bail. She’s facing charges of producing and distributing child pornography, and lascivious conduct with a child.
Officials said Alt worked with children at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints so there may be more victims.…
LOS ANGELES, CA — Matthew Warner, 30, was sentenced to 50 years to life in prison for the sexual assault and murder of his 19-day-old daughter.
On January 23, Warner was at home watching his infant daughter, Ellorah Warner, while his wife was at work. Later that evening, he would tell police that his daughter was missing and had been kidnapped.
Before a search for the baby began, neighbors told investigators that they saw Warner carrying a bundle away from the couple’s home. Around 50 personnel surrounding sheriff’s stations, as well as search-and-rescue crews and air units started searching for the girl.
The following morning, Warner would lead police to a truck parked in a parking lot located a half-mile from the couple’s home. Hidden inside the cab of the truck was the dead body of Ellorah, wrapped up in towels and bags.
At first it was reported that the baby had been drowned, but it was later reported she had been beaten to death. Warner was arrested and charged with the murder of his daughter.…
ROCK HILL, SC – I’m all for public shaming, but a good example of shaming going too far happened in South Carolina where a mother shaved her young son’s head, dressed him in a tutu, then paraded him in a Walmart.
Police were called to the Walmart Sunday night after people witnessed the woman walking her 10-year-old son around the store.
According to the police report, the boy was dressed in a tutu, women’s boots, a women’s undergarment and a T-shirt with permanent marker writing underneath.
She had also shaved her son’s head “in an unusual manner, bald on top with a patch of hair on the front of his head” and written the word “BAD” written in permanent marker on the back of his head.
The mother explained that she was punishing her son for “fighting and making homophobic remarks in school.” She said that her son has been having behavioral issues and that corporal punishment had proven to be ineffective. She felt embarrassing the ever-living shit out of him would be more effective.…
SEATTLE, WA – Alicia Goemaat is facing murder charges after police say she kicked her boyfriend’s 17-month-old son to death.
According to reports, 26-year-old Goemaat was watching her toddler son along with Drue Lehto, the 17-month-old son of her boyfriend.
The toddlers got into an argument over a toy and, according to Goemaat’s own admission, she kicked Drue in the stomach. After the boy fell down, she kicked him again, causing fatal abdominal injuries.
One week before Drue was kicked to death, he was taken to Seattle Children’s Hospital to treat “bruises and scratches that did not appear to be normal for a toddler.”
According to the police report, Goemaat is a drug addict who would often scream at Drue. Friends of the couple also said Goematt “would become extremely agitated when the victim cried and would physically punish him by spanking him or ‘flicking’ him on his body when he cried.”
Goemaat’s ex-boyfriend said he was shocked at the news, stating he never saw Goemaat act aggressive towards his kids.…
SPARTANBURG, SC – Danielle Hughes has been arrested and her two young children removed from her care after she called 911 asking for a priest to come remove the demons from her 5-year-old son.
The 23-year-old called 911 to report that her home was possessed by demons, claiming pictures were falling off the walls and a shadow was standing over her shoulder. She also wanted a priest to exorcise demons she felt were possessing her son.
When police arrived at the woman’s trailer, they found a house that needed a maid more than it needed any type of religious rituals. Deputies say the house was filthy and filled with trash and dead roaches.
The bedroom was full of dirty diapers, trash, and milk bottles half-full of spoiled milk. The refrigerator in the kitchen was full of molded food and a swarm of gnats came out of it when it was opened. Even worse, Hugh’s baby girl was covered in bug bites.
The baby and her 5-year-old brother were removed from the home and placed into protective custody.…
NORRISTOWN, PA – A horrific case of child abuse is being reported out of Pennsylvania, where a man has been accused of beating his girlfriend’s 4-year-old autistic son and forcibly pulling out three of the boy’s teeth.
Police were notified in July, when the boy’s mother brought him to police with “severe facial and dental injuries” and handed them a bag that contained three of the boy’s teeth.
“The teeth were bloody but intact, from the tooth through the top of the root,” authorities said in a statement.
According to the woman, she had left her son with her live-in boyfriend, 27-year-old Nicholas Kernechel, while she went out with friends for a couple of hours. The following morning she found her son in his room “asleep on the floor, lying on top of dried blood.”
She found her son was missing three upper teeth, had an extremely swollen upper lip, a bloody upper gum line and bruises all over his face. The boy told his mother that Kernechel was responsible for his injuries and that he was not nice.…
HARTFORD, AR – Police have charged 25-year-old Aaron Cutsinger with murder after he ran over a woman multiple times on a rural road as she held her 2-year-old son.
Police were called to the scene Saturday night after someone found a toddler covered in bruises wandering a dirt road. The boy was taken to the hospital while police searched the area and found the boy’s mother, 23-year-old Leanora Rippy, dead after having been run over numerous times back and forth.
In less than 24 hours investigators had identified Cutsinger as a suspect and had taken him into custody. Cutsinger once dated Rippy and had recently been arrested after sending Rippy a series of threatening text messages. During questioning, Cutsinger reportedly admitted that he was responsible for Rippy’s death.
Cutsinger is now facing charges of first-degree murder and first-degree attempted murder. He’s currently being held at the detention center without bond. Rippy’s son has since been released from the hospital and into DHS custody.
“It was an act of God the child was not hurt worse,” Sebastian County Sheriff Bill Hollenbeck said, adding the boy was alone for several hours in a remote area populated by wild hogs and bears.…
After Lassiter tossed his children into the pond Sunday night, an off duty sheriff’s deputy who lives in the complex was able to pull out Lassiter’s daughters, ages 3 and 5, and start administering CPR. Lassiter’s 7-year-old son was able to get away unharmed and run for help.
Lassiter called 911 afterwards and told the dispatcher what he had done, and why he did it. As you may have already guessed, it was everyone else’s fault but his own.
“I just drowned my two daughters in the lake back there ’cause CPS wanted to take them away from me,” he said. “I was dealing with some pedophilia things, OK, OK. I was dealing with some sexual desires that I was trying to get some help with, but instead they turned their back on me, the whole system, and tried to take my kids, and they took the rest of the, of the little happiness that I had.”
He then goes on to tell the dispatcher that chucking his children in a lake was a teaching aid that he hopes they will learn from.…
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Justin Lawson, 22, has been arrested for the rape and murder of his girlfriend’s 2-year-old daughter.
In the early morning of September 3rd, Keah Cudjo went to school leaving her daughter, Sheleah, in the care of her boyfriend, Justin Lawson. Sheleah had been ill the night before with diarrhea and vomiting.
Not long after she left she received a call from Lawson letting her know that Sheleah had peed her pants and was shaking. Cudjo said she would come home but was told by Lawson that she didn’t need to.
A few hours later she would receive another call from Lawson saying that Sheleah was throwing up again, prompting Cudjo to leave school to check on her. When she arrived she found her little girl unresponsive.
“By the time I got here, my baby was on her back foaming at her mouth,” Keah said. “The first thing I did was ran to my baby screaming for someone to take me to the hospital.”
Lawson left before EMS arrived and transported Sheleah to Children’s Hospital where she was pronounced dead.…
URIE, WY — Joseph Richardson and Paulette Richardson are facing manslaughter charges after they let Paulette’s 16-year-old son drink until he died from alcohol poisoning.
According to court documents, Paulette’s son, Kendal Ball, had been expressing a desire to drink. Paulette would tell police that the boy’s biological father was an alcoholic and she was afraid her son would turn out like him.
In order to stop that from happening, the couple came up with a genius plan to let the kid drink. Joseph would explain later that he was told the best way to stop the boy from drinking would be to let him drink until he got sick.
So on the night July 6, Ball started drinking with his step-father and a family friend. How much the kid drank in a two hour time-span all depends on who you ask.
Paulette said her son drank a few shots of Fireball and a few shots of Jack Daniel’s. Joseph said his stepson drank a few ounces of Jack Daniel’s.…

They were not afraid of the deputies and did not seem to care they were alone in the cave. They told the deputies that they lived in the cave with their mother, but that their mother’s boyfriend lived somewhere else.
The 6-year-old told police that he was supposed to be in first-grade, but he did not go to school. …
TOLEDO, OH – Ashley Ragusa, 32, was sentenced to 10 years in prison after prosecutors say she forced her two daughters, ages 7 and 8, to perform oral sex on her.
Lucas County Judge Myron Duhart sentenced Ragusa after she entered an Alford plea to three counts of gross sexual imposition with her daughters between January 2012 and December 2013, stating that the life of the two victims was “almost like a horror movie.”
“There were acts that were perpetrated on these children that in my mind are unconscionable,” said Duhart.
According to the judge, the conditions of the home the children lived in, along with the sexual abuse they endured at the hands of Ragusa, was “horrific” and that no sentence he handed her would right those wrongs.
He wasn’t kidding, either. The children’s caregiver told the court that the girls suffer problems with trust, food hoarding, acting out, and other issues.
Ragusa blamed her actions on depression and drug abuse, and told the court she was thankful for the year she has already spent in prison because it has allowed her to sober up.…

They say they will know more once the medical examiner determines the infant’s official cause of death.
