Teen Mom Ditches Infant At Walmart After Botched Shoplifting Attempt

Ocala, FL – A Florida “mother” has been arrested after she ditched her 1-year-old son at a Walmart following a botched shoplifting attempt.
Police say 19-year-old Allison Niemeyer and her sister, 22-year-old Laura Niemeyer, stuffed approximately $60 worth of merchandise inside her son’s diaper bag as they perused the aisles of a Walmart on Friday. As they headed out the door with their loot, a loss prevention officer instructed them to come back inside.
Allison had some brain cells fire up behind that stupid looking face of hers, all three of them instructing her to run like hell and to leave her sister behind with her son. Laura eventually broke free from store employees and followed her sister to a van that had been waiting for them in the parking lot. The van sped off with the sisters, leaving behind the 1-year-old boy and the stolen merchandise.
The next night police would receive a tip that the sisters where driving a silver Dodge Durango and were currently enjoying themselves in a dance club.…

Here, Now – It’s been three years, but circumstances have us at a point in which I must beg for money start another fundraiser. I hate it, but I wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t necessary.
I have always tried to be transparent when it comes to DD and how haphazardly it is run. Those who know me personally, as well as those who have worked with me on the site, know that DD has been, and remains to be, a hobby of mine. It is not a source of income. Trust me when I say that had I wanted to start a site to make a living with, DD wouldn’t have been it. Running a crime news site like DD, in my experience, is the worst possible niche to get into if you are looking to make a living at it. Crime gets an audience, but it certainly does not pay.
If you do a Google search on “ads for news sites” you will see part of the problem. Basically, news sites have a hard time finding advertisers.…

SHINGLETOWN, Calif. - A Northern California man is facing trial for allegedly shooting his son because he didn’t like his karaoke singing.
William Oller Sr., 70, has been ordered to stand trial for the January shooting his 50-year-old son, William Oller Jr., after getting aggravated at his son’s karaoke signing of a Kenny Chesney song.
Oller Sr. was visiting his son when he became angry over the music and the two got into an argument. Oller Sr. was heard saying, “I’m going to shut you up” multiple times before going out to his vehicle and retrieving a handgun.
His son followed him outside and the two got into a struggle over the firearm, resulting in Oller Jr. being shot multiple times and Oller Sr. suffering a gunshot to the leg. According to officials, Oller Sr. told police that his son hit him first and in response, he “shot the shit out of him.”
Oller Sr. was arrested and charged with attempted murder and assault, both of which he pleaded not guilty to in February.…

Aurora, CO – Horrific story out of Colorado as some dickhead walked into a midnight showing of the latest Batman movie and opened fire on the audience, killing 12 people and wounding at least 38.
The details have been coming in quickly since it happened, so some of the details I use in this article may change. But reports are during the showing of “The Dark Knight Rises” at the Century Aurora 16 theater, a man wearing a bulletproof vest and a riot or gas mask kicked in one of the exit doors and stepped inside while the movie was running.
After walking in, he tossed two tear gas canisters into an audience who didn’t know if what was happening was real or a stunt. They figured out the situation quickly after the canisters exploded and the man opened fire on the audience, shooting people at random as he walked along the rows of the theater.
“He looked so calm when he did it, it was so scary,” one witness said.
One witness said the shooter was armed with two guns and was shooting at anyone he could.…

EDMOND, Oklahoma – Police have arrested a 15-year-old boy from Colorado and charged him with raping his grandmother.
The boy was visiting his 59-year-old grandmother in Edmond and had been staying with her since July 2. The woman told police that the night before she had taken medication that puts her to sleep and had woke up the next morning to her privates hurting and her panties missing. She would find the panties under her bed and it looked as if they had been cut off.
Scared to sleep in the same bed with her grandson, she says she slept on the couch that night only to wake up with her grandson thrusting against her. She said that she yelled out his name and that he ran to the bathroom saying, “I just touched you.”
Before she contacted police, her son, the boy’s uncle, picked up the teen so that he could hang out with him in Oklahoma City. While they were on the road, the victim called her son and told him what the boy had done.…

TWIN FALLS, Idaho - Justin Crawford has admitted to using Craigslist to solicit men to rape his wife without her knowledge or consent. The 32-year-old has been accused of posting ads in Craigslist’s Casual Encounters section, posing as a woman wanting to fulfill her rape fantasies.
According to reports, Crawford would then engage in conversations with the men who answered the ads, arranging the time and place that “she” wanted the men to come over and rape her. Surprisingly, two men showed up to the home on two separate occasions.
The first man showed up a little after midnight Friday while Crawford was away working for the Army National Guard. When his wife answered the door, a man asked her name and then used the line I like to use on random women when I feel like getting maced. “I’m here for you,” the man said before forcing his way into the home.
The guy was probably enjoying himself at first, thinking this woman really wanted this to be as realistic as possible as he chased her around the house.…

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL – A Florida jury didn’t buy the insanity defense put up by Wayne Treacy, the 17-year-old accused of using his dead brother’s steel-toed boots to kick the crap out of a teenage girl’s head, and found him guilty of attempted murder.
Here’s a quick recap for those of you not aware of this case. Two years ago, a then 15-year-old Wayne Treacy, attacked 15-year-old Josie Lou Ratley in the bus parking of Deerfield Beach Middle School because he was upset over some texts she had made regarding his dead brother.
Throwing on some of his dead brother’s clothes, Treacy rode his bike to the school, had his 13-year-old girlfriend point out who Ratley was, and then attempted to kick and stomp Ratley’s brains out of her head. Another teacher at the school intervened and Treacy was arrested and charged with attempted murder.
Treacy’s lawyer went for the Hail Mary of defenses, trying to claim that Treacy was suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder at the time he attacked Ratley, stemming from his older brother’s suicide.…

Edinburg, TX – A former football player for Edinburg North High School has been arrested and charged with child molestation after he was caught inside his car with a half-dressed 11-year-old boy.
Neighbors in a McAllen neighborhood said they’ve seen 18-year-old Joel Cuellar’s black Chevy Camaro parked in the Bicentennial Soccer Fields parking lot on multiple occasions, but never called police about it and never imagined what police say was happening inside.
One neighbor stated that she normally saw the car parked at night underneath a broken lamp post. That’s where a police officer found it parked Friday night around midnight. The officer observed that the windows were fogged up and decided to see what the occupants were up to.
As he approached the car, Cuellar stepped out and, according to the officer’s report, had to pull up his pants. Also inside the car was an 11-year-old boy, reportedly the little brother of Cuellar’s ex-girlfriend. A neighbor, who watched as the arrest unfolded, stated that Cuellar had to pull his pants up when he got out of the car, and that police had to wrap a towel around the 11-year-old boy’s waist.…

DALLAS, TX – Elizabeth Escalona has pleaded guilty to gluing her 2-year-old daughter’s hands to a wall before beating her into a coma.
The 23-year-old was arrested back in 2011 after calling her mother and telling her something was wrong with her daughter, Jocelyn Cedillo. When the grandmother arrived at the home, she found the little girl unresponsive.
Jocelyn was rushed to the hospital where she remained in a coma for two days suffering from broken bones, brain swelling, swollen intestines, bruised lungs and an injured liver. Paint was also stuck to the girl’s palms, with skin torn away in places.
Police records show that the toddler’s siblings told investigators that Escalona was upset with her daughter for soiling herself and glued her hands to a wall. She also repeatedly kicked young Jocelyn in the stomach and beat her with a jug of milk, a belt and a shoe.
“In the almost six years that I’ve been in child abuse, this is one of the most horrific child abuse cases that I’ve been witness to, and I’ve seen a lot,” Sgt.…

Evansdale, Iowa — A massive group of volunteers were out this weekend looking for 10-year-old Lyric Cook and 8-year-old Elizabeth Collins, the two cousins who went missing while riding their bicycles on Friday. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, they were not found.
The two girls were last seen leaving their grandmother’s home after being given permission to go out on a short bike ride. When they did not return home, police were called. Later that afternoon, their bikes were found abandoned near a bike trail.
By Sunday, the volunteer search effort grew to over 900 people and included local authorities and volunteers, as well as state and national agencies that included the FBI and National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. They searched a 12-square mile area, including dragging a 5-acre lake, on foot, horseback, and 4-wheelers while also using search and rescue dogs.
But even with all that, searchers have found absolutely no trace of the girls. ”It’s like they vanished,” Richard Abben of the Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office said. “There’s just nothing.”
Police say that currently there is no evidence of foul play, and no indication of custodial issues.…

EDGERTON, MO – Police have found the bodies of two sisters, 19-year-old Britny Haarup and 22-year-old Ashley Key, who were reported missing from Haarup’s home on Friday.
Police were called by Haarup’s fiancé, Matt Meyers, after he came home Friday to find the sisters were not there and his 6- and 18-month old daughters had been left alone and in the same crib.
Reports are that there was also blood on the couch, a truck was missing as well as some guns that had been in the home. They would be found Saturday on an abandoned road. There were no signs of foul play, and nothing was found during an initial search of the surrounding fields.
Fearing an abduction but hoping that the two women were still alive, family members gathered that night and held a candle-light vigil to pray for their safe return.
“Whoever has them, give them a phone, have them call us, put an end to this,” the girl’s father, Paul Haarup pleaded.
On Sunday, the Platte County Sheriff’s Department said they were speaking with a person of interest in the case and have executed two search warrants. Later that same day, police found the bodies of the two women in a field near Trimble, MO.…

MIDDLETOWN, OH – I’m always hyping that people should not let D’D skew their worldview as we only post the worst of the worst and are, admittedly, fear-mongers of the highest order. But Jesus Christ, why does it always seem that whenever we feature abusive parents, they always look like villains in a horror movie?
We just posted an update on Diana and Samuel Franklin, the couple accused of making their adoptive daughter live in a chicken coop while wearing a shock collar, and now we have Shawn and Joanna Blackston, both accused of making their 12-year-old daughter live in a cage in the basement. Both couples look creepy as hell, but if I saw the Blackstons on the street, I’d chase them away with a baseball bat and a crucifix.
Police were alerted to the Blackstons after an anonymous person called them to report the possible abuse of one of their six children. When children services staff members made a surprise visit to the home and inquired about the 12-year-old girl, Shawn led them into the basement after unlocking several locks to the basement door.…

SACRAMENTO, CA – A woman was arrested after she allegedly slapped her boyfriend for bringing her the wrong brand of beer.
Danielle Holt’s boyfriend called 911 Wednesday night to report he had been assaulted by his drunken catch. When sheriff’s deputies arrived, the man told them that Holt had gotten drunk and wanted to get drunker. Since the 27-year-old had no more beer to achieve this, she got him to walk to a nearby store to purchase more.
He said that when he returned Holt became angry over his choice of beer. When he refused to go back to get the brand she wanted, she slapped him across the face.
But Holt wasn’t quite through being a drunken cunt. Police say she was fighting and screaming the entire time they tried to get her into custody and had to physically remove her from the house. After kicking a chair at her boyfriend and kicking at the deputies as they tried to get her into the patrol car, she was safely transported to jail after being placed in a Hobble restraint.…

SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Terry Lee Black, the 41-year-old man accused of kidnapping, raping and murdering 6-year-old Sierra Newbold, made his first court appearance today.
For those of you who missed the story, Sierra was reported missing by her mother on the morning of June 26 after she woke up to find that her daughter was not in the house. Thirty minutes later, the little girl was found dead, floating face down in a nearby canal.
Autopsy reports would show that Sierra died from drowning, but that she had also been raped, strangled and beaten.
A video camera mounted on Newbold’s home captured a man entering through a sliding glass door at around 3:00 a.m. and leave moments later carrying something. Police would also find Sierra’s pink pajama bottoms and underwear in a burnt out field a short distance from Sierra’s home.
Three days later, Black was arrested shortly after robbing a Wells Fargo bank in West Jordan. He got caught after leaving the bank and returning to a Jeep he had stolen earlier.…

LAKE GEORGE, NY – Police in New York have charged an 11-year-old girl with the beating death of her foster mother’s 13-week-old puppy after the girl got angry with the woman when she would not give her a ride.
The incident happened on Sunday, not long after the girl was placed in the home for an overnight stay, after the girl’s foster mother refused to give the girl a ride somewhere.
In response to being denied, the girl reportedly beat the woman’s 13-week-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to death by repeatedly slamming it against the floor and a bed post.
The girl was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and criminal mischief. She can either be prosecuted, or placed in some kind of diversion program. So far, the Warren County Family Court has not commented on the case.
Of course, as most everyone who reads this site is aware, an 11-year-old killing a puppy in such a fashion and for the reasons given, is a definite indicator that this girl has some major issues.…

BUTLER, GA - I was going to post about the 15-year-old foster teen allegedly forced to live in a chicken coop when the story first broke, but I didn’t for some reason. But the story has resurfaced after her parents were arrested and it was revealed that the 15-year-old girl was also forced her to wear a a shock collar for dogs.
If any of you missed this story when it first made the rounds back in May, police were alerted to the the girl’s living conditions after someone called them to report the girl was being forced to live outside in a chicken coop. The girl was taken into state custody but her adoptive parents, Diana Franklin and Samuel Franklin would not be arrested until Tuesday.
Diana was charged with 12 counts of cruelty to children and 4 counts of false imprisonment, while Samuel was charged with 8 counts of cruelty to children and 8 counts of false imprisonment.
The girl had informed police that her parents placed the collar around her neck and used it on her several times by anyone in possession of a remote key fob that controlled the collar. This was just one of several punishments used on the girl for various offenses.…

Carlisle, UK - A man has pleaded guilty to assaulting his girlfriend after the couple got into an argument over her constant reading of the terrible bestseller, Fifty Shades of Grey.
Police say 31-year-old Raymond Hodgson and his girlfriend, Emma McCormick, got into an argument when she would not stop reading aloud passages from the book that Hodgson felt was “pornographic” and “distasteful.” The argument carried over to the next day through text messages that eventually got personal.
Raymond got so angry with Emma that when he visited her later that evening she would not let him in the house and tried to shut the door on him. But Raymond wedged his foot int he door, slapped her once in the face, and then squirted her in the face with a bottle of steak sauce. Raymond denies ever slapping Emma, but admits that he did squirt her with steak sauce to show her what “saucy” really meant. Har! Har!
Raymond’s lawyer says that his client regrets ever doing this and has since apologized.…

FITCHBURG, WI – We just had a story yesterday involving a man using a vehicle to run down a woman during a domestic dispute, and now we have a man in Wisconsin in jail on murder charges after using his vehicle to run down his ex-girlfriend and his 2-year-old son.
Police said 30-year-old Jesus Castillo-Dimas and his 20-year-old girlfriend had recently ended their long-term relationship. I don’t think Jesus was on board with this breakup because when he saw his ex with their 2-year-old son, Yandel Castillo, riding in a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Miguel Menendez-Ruvalcaba, he began following them.
His ex told police that she and Miguel had lunch and he was taking her and her son home when she noticed Jesus was following them. After asking Miguel to pull into a parking lot close to her residence, Jesus pulled up beside them and confronted his ex and asked if she was in a relationship with Miguel. No one got out of their vehicles until Jesus began driving away stating, “You’ll see what is going to happen to you and your child.”
Thinking he was leaving, the woman and her son got out of Miguel’s car and began walking away.…

COOKEVILLE, TN – A 42-year-old man’s plan of meeting a 12-year-old girl he met on Facebook was interrupted the other night when the girl’s father introduced the man’s face to his fist.
The girl’s father noticed that his daughter had been receiving messages on Facebook from a man he did not know. When he questioned her, she said she did not know him either. The father checked out the man’s Facebook page and found out his age and phone number.
Outraged, the father began texting the man’s phone posing as his own daughter. The man replied back, sent a picture of himself and asked the girl for a picture of her in a swimsuit. He also agreed to meet the girl at Cane Creek Park. When the man got to the park on Saturday, he met the girl’s very angry father instead, who had called police.
By time police got there the two men had already gotten into a fight and the girl’s father had bloodied the 42-year-old man’s nose. The bleeding man told police that “he knew the girl he was meeting was 12 years old and that he deserved what her dad had done to him.”
He went on to explain that he only wanted to befriend the girl because he was unable to have children of his own (to dress in swimsuits).…

HOLLYWOOD, FL – Unlike most dog attack stories I post about, I am posting this one to help get the word out on how you can help out an 11-year-old girl after she had a portion of her face bitten off by a friend’s dog.
Back in June, 11-year-old Jacklyn Tucker was spending the night with a friend when her face was mauled by a dog. She was sleeping on the couch when she rolled off to the floor. When she opened her eyes, she was greeted by Tanker, her friend’s Jack Russell Terrier-English Bulldog mix, and Tanker wasn’t happy.
“I just laid there, and I closed my eyes, hoping the dog would just go away,” Tucker said.
But Tanker didn’t. Instead, Tanker decided to chew off the girl’s face, tearing off three-quarters of her upper lip and part of her nose. EMS arrived and rushed Jacklyn to the hospital after the dog’s owner handed them Jacklyn’s lips that he had picked up off the floor.
After an initial operation to repair the damage that resulted in some complications, Jacklyn underwent an advanced form of plastic surgery, called a lip switch, in which surgeons took a wedge from her lower lip, flipped it upside down and inserted it into her upper lip.…
