Man Accused Of Intentionally Suffocating Girlfriend After Car Wreck

Manheim, PA – A Pennsylvania man is accused of intentionally suffocating his girlfriend by sitting on her head after injuring her in a high-speed car crash earlier this month.
For several weeks before her death, police say 17-year-old Samantha Heller told friends and family she was pregnant, hinting that the child did not belong to her longtime on again-off again boyfriend, 19-year-old Benjamin Klinger.
Klinger, reportedly a jealous, controlling bastard, apparently got wind of the rumor and set his bizarro plan in motion.
Police believe Klinger intentionally hit a highway guardrail at a speed of more than 100 mph in an attempt to off the girl. When that failed to kill her, he sat on her head.
According to a truck driver who happened upon the crash in the early morning hours of December 4, he heard Heller screaming, and was told by 911 operators not to move the crash victims. When police arrived, Klinger was reportedly sitting on top of Heller’s head and torso.
“Klinger was observed by the officers to be what appeared as ‘slipping in and out of consciousness,’” police wrote.…

Princeton, MN — A man accused of throwing food items at his wife after arguing about his ex-girlfriend’s Facebook profile pic got exactly what he wished for, after repeatedly stating to police that he would rather go to jail than to stay with his wife.
Eustaquio Israel Morales-Hernandez told police that on the evening of the alleged food fight, he had consumed about nine beers and was stalking his ex-girlfriend’s profile. Well, the wife caught him lookin’. That, my friends, led to the lamest verbal argument ever.
The current bitch reportedly said the ex-bitch looked like a man. Morales-Hernandez came back with a snappy retort. It went a little like this…

Orlando, FL – A man in Orlando is facing murder charges after police say he stabbed a wheelchair-bound man to death while trying to rob them inside a McDonald’s.
Authorities say that on Christmas evening, 38-year-old Jerry Tyson walked into the McDonald’s and tried taking money out of the victim’s hand as they were paying for their food.
When the victim refused to let go of his cash, Tyson stabbed them multiple times with a butcher knife. He then ran from the store where another customer tried to hit Tyson with their car.
The attempt was unsuccessful and Tyson fled into some nearby woods. Police would later locate Tyson hiding behind a tree after bringing in a K-9 unit that would also bite Tyson in the leg. He was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, robbery and resisting an officer with violence.
The unidentified victim was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he died. Employees at the McDonald’s said both Tyson and the victim had come into the McDonald’s before and were known to the employees.
If a man in a wheelchair buying Christmas dinner in a Florida McDonald’s wasn’t depressing enough, get this: Tyson had only been out of prison for six days.…

Lincoln Heights, OH – Chewanna Henderson, 33, is facing two counts of felonious assault after reportedly neglecting to tell the man she was fucking she tested positive for HIV and for stabbing him in the head.
All this, police say, after the man gave her a place to stay and gifted her a puppy.

According to Sgt. Jesse J. Green, Henderson admitted “she did not notify (the man) that she was (HIV-positive) because he bought her a puppy and gave her somewhere to stay.”
In return for his hospitality, dude was stabbed in the back of the head with a kitchen knife Friday, after he and Henderson argued about “friends that came to the residence.” Something tells me the “friends” causing the drama were somehow attached to Henderson.
As police were booking Henderson, she reportedly stole a set of keys from an on-duty officer (how the fuck…?), removed her handcuffs and attempted to leave the police station. Fortunately, she was caught before making it out the door.…

GRIFFIN, GA – Here’s another sad one for your Christmas Eve. Police have arrested 40-year-old Shane Collett for the death of Skylar Dials, the 9-year-old who went missing on Friday and was later found dead in a wooded area near her home.
Skylar was last seen alive at around 11 am Friday as she took a 30 to 40-yard path through the woods near her home to get to a friend’s house. Skylar’s friend lived with her mother, the homeowner, and Collett — who had moved into the home a few months earlier.
“Skylar had been given permission to go to her friend’s house to play. The family had said it was common for Skylar to walk that route to play with her friend,” Sheriff Wendell Beam said. “They each walked back and forth. The houses were in clear sight of each other.”
Police were called at around 3:45 pm after Skylar’s aunt went to pick her up for a family outing and was informed she had never made it to her friend’s home. Several local agencies went door to door, and the woods were searched with K-9 units and a helicopter equipped with heat sensors.…

Cincinnati, OH – Here’s a story sure to wreck your Christmas Eve a bit. Four people were killed when a minivan carrying a family leaving a Christmas party went the wrong way on the highway and had crashed into another minivan carrying a family on their way to visit family for Christmas.
Early Sunday morning, 40-year-old Joshua Nkansah was driving a minivan down I-75 with his two young children after having left a Christmas party. For reasons unknown, Nkansah did a U-turn and started driving the wrong way on the highway, colliding head-on with another minivan.
The second minivan was carrying Scott and Michele Barhorst, a couple from Tennessee, on their way to visit grandparents for Christmas in St. Marys, Ohio, Along with them wwhere their four children, ages of 8, 11, 9 and 18.
Michele Barhorst, 31, was pronounced dead at the scene, along with Joshua Nkansah and his 7-year-old son, David. Scott Barhorst, 37, would die later at the hospital.
Nkansah’s 4-year-old son, Darius, was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries, along with Tori Barhorst, 8, Logan Barhorst, 11, and Haley Barhorst, 9.…

DeLand, FL – A Florida man has been accused of taking a belt to three young children because one of them farted in the car and failed to own up to it.
Austin Davis, 32, was taken into custody Thursday in connection with the incident, which apparently occurred sometime during Thanksgiving Day weekend.
According to police, Davis was traveling with the children when one of ‘em let a juicy one rip. He apparently became unhinged when the kiddos zipped their lips and refused to tattle on the butt trumpeter, and each got a taste of the belt.
The beatings were so severe, police say, the children had significant bruising and painful injuries. A female relative close to the children took photos of the alleged injuries, but for whatever reason, didn’t inform the authorities until just recently.
The photos reportedly showed a 6-year-old with dark bruising to the legs, buttocks and thighs. A 12-year-old also had dark bruises on his legs and thighs. And a 9-year-old refused to have pictures of his bruises taken because he feared retaliation if Davis found out he reported the incident.…

Upper Darby, PA — Kirstie Foley, 21, has been dubbed a “domestic cannibal” by police in Upper Darby after allegedly attacking her mother early this week, biting the woman several times.
Foley and her 42-year-old mother were apparently arguing in the apartment they share late Saturday, when the lovely lass got all kinds of chompy and stuff, biting the older woman multiple times on the legs and hands as she bathed.
Police say part of mom’s thumb was bitten off in the altercation and has yet to be recovered.
“It’s domestic cannibalism,” said police Superintendent Michael Chitwood. “We never found the tip of the finger. We don’t know whether she ate it or swallowed it. Totally out of control. We don’t know if she was high on drugs or what.”
According to Chitwood, Foley damn near bit completely through web of her mother’s hand between the thumb and index finger.
“She almost took off the thumb,” he said. “Nasty.”
Foley apparently fled the apartment shortly after the alleged attack and was found cowering at her sister’s home on Wednesday.…

Spartanburg, SC — The unsatisfied looking gent to the left is 44-year-old Edward Patrick – he was busted earlier this week after allegedly throwing a jar of change at his live-in lady because she refused to suck him off.
The victim, 41-year-old Patricia Watson, told police Patrick tossed the jar at her elbow, leaving a visible mark and causing it to bleed.
In turn, police say, Watson bit Patrick’s thumb. No word on whether blood was drawn.
Patrick, of course, denied the accusation, but refused to give a written statement to police.

United States – The Feds need your help identifying yet another woman is suspected of producing child porn after a video of her and her 4- to 5-year-old victim surfaced online.
Federal officials were notified of the child porn by Danish National Police after a video featuring the woman and her young victim was downloaded by officers in Denmark. The video featured the woman, nicknamed “Jane Doe,” engaging in explicit sexual conduct with a 4- to 5-year-old victim.
The video was submitted to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where it was determined that the child has never been identified or rescued. Computer experts are currently doing what they can to track down the origins of the video, but that may take some time. So they are turning to the public for help.
Jane Doe’s exact whereabouts are not known, but agents believe she lives in the United States. She’s described as a white woman, 23 to 29 years old with a medium build, brown hair with blonde highlights and hazel/green eyes.…

Irving, TX — Two Texas women are suing after a state trooper subjected them to a roadside body cavity search that was captured on video. On top of that, the case is being investigated by the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office’s public integrity division and will go before a grand jury in January.
Angel Dobbs, 38, and her niece, Ashley Dobbs, 24, were driving down State Highway 161 one night last July when they were pulled over by state trooper David Farrell. The trooper told them he had seen someone in the car throwing out cigarette butts and then asked to search their vehicle for drugs because they were “acting weird.”
When his search failed to yield any illegal substances, he enlisted the help of female trooper Kellie Helleson to assist in a cavity search of both women. So on the side of the road, in front of a camera and passing motorists, Helleson probed both women’s anus and vagina while using the same latex glove.

KEARNS, UT - An 11-year-old boy will face charges after he brought a .22 caliber handgun to school and threatened to kill a classmate.
The unidentified sixth-grader at West Kearns Elementary reportedly pulled the gun from his backpack during morning recess. He showed the gun off to classmates, telling them his parents had encouraged him to bring the gun in light of the Sandy Hook shootings.
When a fellow student threatened to tell on him, the boy allegedly aimed the gun at her head then threatened to kill her if she didn’t keep yer trap shut.
“He pulled out a gun and he put it to my head — me and my friend — (and) said he was going to kill us,” Isabelle Rios said. “I told him I was going to tell, but he said, ‘If you tell, I’m going to kill you.’”
So Isabelle kept her mouth shut until around 3:00 that afternoon when she finally told a teacher. That teacher immediately took the boy into physical custody and retrieved the unloaded gun, along with some ammo, from the boy’s back pack. Martell, NE - Looks like Matthew Wylie still hasn’t learned how to be around babies and not severely injure them. He was on our site back in 2009 after nearly severing a 3-month-old’s tongue, and now he’s back after allegedly breaking a 1-year-old’s skull.
A few years ago, Wylie was accused of almost severing the tongue of his then girlfriend’s 3-month-old. He would admit to pressing down on the infant’s tongue in an attempt to stop him from crying and possibly cutting the boy’s tongue with his fingernail.
Wylie was arrested and charged with felony child abuse. He would later be found guilty of the charges and sentenced to three to six years in prison. The boy’s mother, Tracy Daniel, kinda-sorta defended Wylie and would end up marrying him. The couple would have a daughter in 2010.
In September 2011, after serving less than two years in prison, the state Board of Parole approved his release after his Sunday school teacher told the board that Wylie has shown tremendous growth since being allowed to leave prison to attend Sunday school.…

Knoxville, TN — Robert Atkins, 31, is facing a whole slew of charges after allegedly roughing up his ex-girlfriend/baby mamma and taking off with her infant because she refused to make his dumb ass some Kool-Aid.
Atkins apparently showed up at the woman’s house in the early morning hours of December 10. Because a restraining order was in place, the woman pleaded with Atkins’ ride to take him away… she didn’t want him there. Atkins, apparently unfazed by a piece of paper that says where he can and can’t be, refused to leave.

Los Angeles, CA – A judge has banned “actor” Edward Furlong from being alone with his six-year-old son after the boy tested positive for cocaine.
Although it’s not clear how the drugs got into the boy’s system, his ex-wife alleges they got there while he was in Furlong’s custody. On Friday, Furlong argued that his ex, Rachael Bella, is a liar who will do or say anything to keep him away from his son and destroy his (*insert air quotes*) career. The judge sided with Furlong’s ex-wife and ruled that Furlong no longer be allowed with his son without strict supervision.
Furlong’s career started when he 14-years-old, when he starred in TERMINATOR 2 and almost made it unwatchable with the sound on. His career peaked in 1998 when he starred alongside Edward Norton in the superb AMERICAN HISTORY X. Since then, Furlong has starred in a long line of turds, battling drugs and alcohol along the way.

Phoenix, AZ – A couple have been charged with felony child abuse after a 3-year-old girl died inside their home daycare.
Ryan Reed, 27, and Allison Clement, 28, cared for 3-year-old Savannah Cross as part of their babysitting service they advertised on Craigslist. They had been caring for Cross since July and watching her on a full-time basis since October. Her mother, 27-year-old Ashley, would leave Savannah with the couple for weeks at a time, occasionally showing up to visit or pay her bill. The last time she visited her daughter was on Thanksgiving.
Ashley won’t have to worry about caring for her daughter any longer as the little girl is dead after suffering extreme physical abuse that ended with a well-placed stomp to the stomach. Police were called to the couple’s home Tuesday morning after receiving a call for a child not breathing. Savannah would die on the way to the hospital, where doctors would find signs the girl had been abused.
Savannah was covered in bruises on both sides of her body that were in different stages of healing.…

MONTREAL – Far be it for me, a resident of the great United States, to bash any other country’s legal system. But in Canada, a former cardiologist found guilty of stabbing his two children to death has been released after only 46 months of confinement.
In February 2009, Guy Turcotte stabbed 5-year-old Olivier and 3-year-old Anne-Sophie to death as they slept in their beds. One would hope that they did not suffer, but according to the children’s mother, that wasn’t the case. She is a physician and a coroner, so looking over her children’s autopsy reports revealed that her children experienced a long, painful death.
“I knew it was not a short death. You know, my little boy received 20 stabs of a knife, he had seven marks of defense,” said Dr. Isabelle Gaston. “He had no wound that was the one that gave him death,” she added. “My little girl, she had 19 wounds, maybe she was luckier? Because she had one that was more mortal than the other. But she felt 19 shots, that’s for sure,” Gaston said.…

ORANGE CITY, FL – Richard Watson has been charged with attempted murder for allegedly trying to drown his wife in a dog’s water bowl after arguing about an under cooked pizza.
It happened Wednesday night as Richard and his wife, Debra, settled in with two frozen pizzas and began watching the 12-12-12 charity event on television.
After realizing his pizza was still raw, Richard threw a tantrum then threw his plate of food at the front door. In response, Debra threw her plate of food as well. This enraged Richard, so he tackled Debra to the ground and then held her head in a dog’s water bowl that contained three inches of water.
Debra said she wasn’t sure if he was using his hands or his knee to hold her head in place, but she’s positive she heard him say he was going to kill her. After managing to break free, Debra said Richard began strangling her in the living room by the front door.
