In The Mean Time...
Last Tuesday, police were called to a business on a report of an unconscious child in a car. When they arrived, officers found 43-year-old Kristen Herold with 4-year-old Bentley Miller, who was bleeding and unresponsive.
Herold told police she had picked the boy up from a Super 8 Motel where he lived with her son, 20-year-old Keith Lambing, and his girlfriend, 21-year-old Mackenzie Peters.
The couple also has a 4-month-old together, but Miller was not Lambing’s biological son.
Herold said she was taking Miller to his biological father when he fell unconscious. Miller was rushed to the hospital where he would be pronounced dead shortly after arriving.
Miller died of severe blood loss due to sodomy, and had bruises to the head, trunk and extremities that were consistent with the boy being forcibly held from behind. He also had a severe burn to his left hand that had not been treated.
Lambing was the only one watching the boy when he received his fatal injuries, and was charged with the rape and murder of Miller.…
The small farming town of La Vernia is getting hit with a sex scandal involving high school athletes after a total of nine high school athletes – seven juveniles and two adult teens – were arrested on sexual assault related charges.
The juveniles that were arrested have since been released to their parents. The two adult teens were arrested at the school and were booked into Wilson County Jail in Floresville.
Police are not releasing details about the alleged assaults, but some parents are talking to reporters and expressing frustration on social media.
One mother said that most of the assaults were primarily within the school’s football team, but that the baseball and basketball teams were involved as well. She said her son and other boys were held down by a gang of older boys, and then had objects forced into their rectums.…
William Dodson, 43, pleaded guilty to animal cruelty charges after he chained his 15-month-old Staffordshire bull terrier outside before wrapping her muzzle nine times with electrical tape.
The dog “Caitlyn” escaped and was found later in critical condition as the tape had cut off blood flow to her tongue. It took veterinarians at the Animal Society 36 hours to unravel the tape. Caitlyn survived but required multiple surgeries and lost part of her tongue.
According to Charleston Animal Society CEO Joe Elmore, Caitlyn is now living with a new family and thriving, but continued to suffer from anxiety and stress.
Dodson received five years in prison for what he did to his dog – the state’s maximum for animal cruelty. “I wish I could give you more,” said Judge Markley Dennis.
This sentence was handed down a day after Dodson was sentenced to 15 years in prison for a gun charge he got in a 2015 traffic stop.…
Valerie McDaniel, 48, and her boyfriend, Leon Jacob, were arrested earlier this month after they allegedly conspired to have a hit man murder both of their exes.
As is usually the case, the hit man they hired for $20,000 and two Cartier watches was actually an undercover cop. Police had the “victims” pose for mock murder photos which were then shown to McDaniel and Jacob as proof of a job well done.
The couple was both arrested and charged with solicitation of capital murder. McDaniel was released days later after posting $50,000 bail, while Jacob was denied bail and remained behind bars.
McDaniel, a prominent veterinarian, was supposed to be in court on Tuesday for a status update on her criminal case that could see her sentenced to life in prison. She was also due in family court after her ex-husband, who she has an 8-year-old daughter with, filed a restraining order against her.…
The incident happened on Monday at around 12 p.m. after three males – aged 16, 17 and 18 – broke into a home while wearing masks and armed with a knife and brass knuckles.
Unfortunately for the three burglars, the homeowner’s 23-year-old son was sleeping in the home when he heard them break through the back door.
The man armed himself with an AR-15 rifle and walked toward the back door where he encountered the three, masked home intruders.
“Armed with a rifle, there were some shots fired, and, at this point, three people are deceased,” said Wagoner County Sheriff’s Deputy Nick Mahoney.
Two of the teens died inside the home, while the third died after running from the home and collapsing in the driveway.
A fourth person, 21-year-old Elizabeth Marie Rodriguez (pictured), has been identified as the driver and turned herself into police after the shooting.…
Authorities were alerted to the ad by another couple just cruisin’ through Craigslist.
Police made contact with the two responsible for the ad, ultimately arranging a price and agreeing upon a safe, public place in which to meet.
An undercover officer hooked up with the sellers at a Dollar General store Friday afternoon. The agent shelled out the agreed upon $3,000, cash, and the sellers handed over the baby.
Immediately after the exchange, the morons were arrested.
A warrant from the Greene County Sheriff’s Office says the couple “did knowingly place the child in threat of serious danger, bodily injury or death by selling the child to an unknown person”.
Deanna Lynn Greer, 37, and 26-year-old John David Cain were arrested on charges of aggravated child abuse and aggravated child neglect or endangerment. Both are being held on $150,000 bond.…
For those too lazy to click this link and refresh their memory about this particular story, a summary:
Lopez gave birth to a baby girl in her bedroom on September 30. The baby weighed a whoppin’ 2 pounds and was 14 inches long.
Lopez tossed the baby out of her bedroom window, then confessed to her mother what she had done. She also sent a message to her boyfriend on Snapchat, saying “It was a girl, by the way.”
The teen’s mother called authorities and tried to revive the child, but to no avail — the baby girl was pronounced dead at the hospital, and Lopez was charged with felony child abuse resulting in death.
Lopez was to be charged as an adult and was ultimately placed in the Douglas County Youth Center after undergoing a medical evaluation. She was facing 20 to life if convicted.…
Yuk and his ex-girlfriend were apparently arguing about who would care for the dog after their recent breakup. It sounds to me as if Yuk was hoping to find a place to live where dogs were permitted.
The fight escalated, however, and the pup, Yoda, paid dearly.
At some point during the argument, Yuk grabbed Yoda and exclaimed, “(You) would not have to worry about the dog anymore,” and disappeared.
Moments later, Yuk reentered the apartment empty handed. When the ex asked about the missing canine, Yuk reportedly told her Yoda slipped and fell off the balcony.
When questioned by police four days later, Yuk told investigators that he tripped while walking out onto the balcony and the dog “left his hands.”
His story changed once more — while he was on the balcony, he said, the dog jumped out of his arms and somehow managed to get through the railing and fall 70 feet to her death.…
It appears as if someone is channeling Margaret White….
The child told police her mom, Rhonda Kemp Shoffner, who had been on a three day bender, ordered her to call multiple family members on the afternoon of March 14. When no one answered the child’s calls, Shoffner ordered her into the bathroom and demanded that the child get on her knees.
At that point, the girl said, she knew she was in for a beating. But no amount of begging or pleading helped.
Shoffner began reciting bible verses and expected the girl to repeat them, verbatim.
Shoffner asked her child, “What did God tell the man to do with his son?”
When the girl said she didn’t know, Shoffner said, “God told the man to kill his son.”
Instead, the girl said, “God said to forgive his son,” and Shoffner grabbed her by the hair and slammed her head into the wall, police said.…
Pinellas County, FL — This cheery looking lass is 20-year-old Alexis Williams. She’s been accused of secretly filming two residents at an assisted living facility having sex, then posting it on Snapchat.
The alleged filming and posting occurred sometime in August of last year.
The sneaky perv apparently spotted the two residents as they were doing their thing in a private room at the Bristol Court Assisted Living Facility, and decided to capture the moment.
The victims, police say, were an 81-year-old woman and a 59-year-old man — both were unaware they were being spied on. 81 and still have enough energy to bang? I’m impressed. Hell, I’m nowhere near that age and I need a nap immediately after waking up from a nap.
One of Williams’ followers saw the snap and tipped the facility as to what was going on. After months of investigating, authorities made an arrest Wednesday.
Williams, who was released from custody shortly after her arrest, had this to say: “I asked them, ‘Where’s their proof?’ and I won’t say nothing else until they give me proof,” she told Bay News upon her release.…
Carmona hinted to police that he may have been considering killing his mother and stepfather for quite some time, due to “ongoing family issues.” He woke up Monday and decided it was the day to follow through.
Tahirih Lua D’Angelo was found dead Monday, in the home she shared with her husband and their 3-year-old daughter, as well as Carmona.
Carmona reportedly told police he distracted his mother, then knocked her upside the head with a baseball bat, multiple times, before stabbing her in the neck with a butcher knife.
He then hopped in her car and picked his half-sister up from daycare. He was arrested that same afternoon.
The sheriff’s office says there is no history of violence in the home.
“There are no reports, we’ve never received a report,” said Office Colonel Donna Lusczynski. “And according to members of the family, there’s been no physical violence or no incidents of domestic violence that they’ve reported or we’ve learned through the course of our interviews.”
Police say Carmona was once arrested in Pennsylvania for car burglary, simple assault, and drug possession.…
The child is currently on life support and is not expected to survive.
Wendy Lavarnia, who was home with three other children at the time, reportedly told police that she had put the loaded gun on the bed, well within reach of two of the children involved, and then turned around to grab the holster.
She said she heard a shot and turned around and saw her 2-year-old holding the gun and her 9-year-old, who had been standing nearby, shot in the head.
Kansas returned to the home shortly after first responders arrived. He was promptly detained and questioned about the gun used in the shooting.
Kansas, a convicted felon, was arrested on suspicion of prohibited possession of a firearm. Wendy has been charged with four counts of child endangerment.
It is unclear whether the three other children are in protective custody, or with relatives.…
For those who can’t stomach the attached video, a rundown….
The roughly 23-second video opens with a screaming young girl looking for an escape from what looks to be the lower half of a bunk bed, as she has her hair pulled and is repeatedly slapped about the head, back, and rear.
The camera then pans to a young boy. It appears as if he is lifted by his neck or hair, and repeatedly and violently whacked on the head and face.
Though most of her screaming is unintelligible, it sounds like she might be demanding that someone get his/her ass back home before she, the harpy, beats those kids to death.
The video was then apparently posted to Facebook, YouTube, and other social media type platforms.
Baltimore’s Child Abuse Center has received nearly 200 emails in connection to the video, the agency’s program and policy director told The New York Post.…
Tolley apparently found the content on a cellphone he had recently purchased from the teen girl’s ex-boyfriend. Not only did he try to sell the pics, he was kind of gross about it.
The cellphone originally belonged to the teen victim, but after a breakup with her boyfriend last summer, it was left behind with some other belongings.
After scrolling through the pics and videos, Tolley found the girl’s brother in her contacts and started texting him.
“Hey, tell (your sister) I got her old Stylo phone, and I really loved the pictures and videos of her that she had on it,” Tolley reportedly wrote to the boy. “Best kind (you) can get from girls. … Naked ones.”
He continued with…..
“(You) want to see her naked, don’t (you)?” Tolley wrote in the messages, investigators said. “Hey, tell her when she gets tired of not getting stuff she wants, (hit me up) OK.”
Tolley then requested $10 for each of the photos and $30 for each video.…
Joseph Molohon, 37, apparently overheard a couple guys in the restaurant complaining that they were short a few bucks for their order. Molohon, who had just cashed his SS check, mentioned that he was more than willing to chip in.
“I help everybody. I help people with cigarettes. If they ask me for money, I’ll give them a dollar or two. I’m a really nice person. I’m a country boy,” Molohon said.
“I would have given them whatever they needed. If they needed five bucks, I would have given them five bucks. A meal there costs like $7.”
Instead of a ‘thanks’, or even a ‘no thanks’, the two men reportedly flipped their shit.
“He started saying stuff like, ‘Why are you talking to me?’ Then he took my cane, which was leaning on the table, and hit me over the head. The next thing I knew I was on the floor.”
Surveillance video shows the two men attacking Molohon, who says he suffers from MS and HIV.…
Nitro, WV — A man who apparently wants to be a cop when he grows up, is now facing charges after admitting to sexually assaulting an inebriated woman… as he was being interviewed for a position as a probationary police officer.
Authorities claim Tyler Ray Price showed up at the South Charleston Police Department on February 8, to participate in a pre-employment interview.
At some point, Price apparently mentioned to the officer conducting the interview that he had recently had sex with some drunk chick, while she was passed out. And, oh! He had video, too, which he also shared with the officer.
Police made contact with the woman, questioning rather she had consented to sex with Price. Turns out, she did not. As a matter of fact, though she recalled drinking rather heavily with Price on the evening of the alleged assault, she wasn’t aware that she had had sex with him until Price called and told her about it — after his failed interview.
She also apparently had no knowledge that the video existed.…
Police learned of the video last month, after responding to the McClammy home on a report of domestic violence.
During questioning about the alleged DV, Amanda’s husband apparently blurted out that his wife had fucked their dog back in 2016, while he was out of state, filmed it, and texted it to him.
After reviewing the video, *gag* police have no doubt whatsoever Amanda did, indeed, engage in sexual relations with the dog.
Amanda was arrested at her place of employment earlier this month, and has reportedly admitted to the allegations. She’s been charged with one count of bestiality and is also facing charges for domestic violence.
Her husband was arrested for domestic violence, as well.…
The 2-year-old’s mother reportedly told police the man was “eyeballing” her child as she played on a swingset. The man snatched the child from the swing by her hips and pulled her diaper down, the woman said.
He lifted his shirt and pulled his pants down, she claimed, and started “thrusting” against her child.
At that point, she said, she ran at him and knocked him to the ground, where she fed him a few knuckle sammiches.
The man shook her off and beat feet, and the woman ran to a nearby homeless shelter to call 911.
William Bates Jr. was arrested near the playground shortly thereafter and was positively identified as the man who humped the toddler.
He was found to be in possession of marijuana and a white vial of unidentified fluid that emitted some kind of chemical odor.
Bates told police he had gotten a cigarette from someone near the park and remembers nothing of the alleged incident.…
