Thousands Of California Paroled Sex Offenders Removing Tracking Devices

California - Thousands of paroled child molesters and rapists in California are removing court-ordered GPS monitors, aware there’s little risk of serving time for doing so, and some are being charged with new crimes that include sexual battery, kidnapping and attempted manslaughter.
A Times investigation has revealed that since October 2011, when the state began referring parole offenders go to county jails instead overcrowded prisons, more than 3,400 arrest warrants for convicts who tampered with tracking devices. Most of these warrants were for sex offenders, and many were for repeat violations.
“It’s a huge problem,” said Fresno parole agent Matt Hill. “If the public knew, they’d be shocked.”
California has 33 adult prisons designed to hold a maximum of 80,000 prisoners, but currently has 140,000. The Supreme Court declared California prison overcrowding unconstitutional in 2011, stating California cannot imprison more than 109,805 inmates at any time, then ordered 33,000 prisoners be released over two years
To help with this demand, Gov. Jerry Brown introduced a ”realignment” program that would see 52,000 prisoners released, 19,000 more than what was required.…

Armona, CA – A 13-year-old girl at Parkview Middle School was arrested on Wednesday after she stabbed another student over a bag of stolen chips, authorities said.
The girl told police that she was just “goofing around” when she stabbed a boy in the back with a pocket knife, and did not mean to hurt him as bad as she did. She said she and the victim were in the playground of the school when the boy stole her bag of potato chips.
She says she jokingly told the boy she was going to poke him with the pocketknife, then ran up behind him and stabbed him once in the back. “She said it infuriated her,” Assistant Sheriff Dave Putnam. “But she also said that she didn’t intend to cause the damage she did. She just meant to poke him with it.”
The girl told police that the pocket knife, which had a blade well over three inches long, wasn’t hers, she was just holding it for a friend. The boy was taken to Adventist Medical in Hanford then flown to Community Regional Medical Center for further treatment because of the severity of the wound.…

Moon Township, PA — Sad panda to the left is 27-year-old Ashley Trimmer — she’s been accused of assaulting her boyfriend with a Playstation controller and a Furby.
According to police, Trimmer and her beloved, William Ley, got into a heated argument after Ley apparently posted something on Facebook that displeased Trimmer. (No, I don’t have a link to their Facebook profiles. Yes, I’m too fucking lazy to do a search).
The argument quickly turned violent when Trimmer picked up a Furby and tossed it at Ley’s head, leaving a cut on the right side of his face. That little shit-fit apparently did little to appease her, so she threw a Playstation controller at him, too, leaving a mark on the left side of his face. Being OCD, I totally get the reasoning behind the second assault….
When officers responded they found Ley bleeding from his face, with a red mark and bump on the head.
Trimmer was transported to jail and charged with assault. After making bond, she was promptly sent to her room without dinner to think about what she’d done.…

Here, Now – Thanks to everyone who turned up last night to chat with other members during our Pulpit of Doom podcast. For those who missed it, or plan on listening to it later, we spent 90 minutes talking about the top 10 stories currently circulating on dreamindemoncom.
This also led to other discussions, including Jaded’s mental issues — like her fear of wearing ragged underwear in changing rooms in case she is being watched through a two-way mirror, and her obsession with plugging every hole she finds in her house, including the electrical outlets.
When Jaded was able to contain her giggling, we also discussed some of the Jodi Arias trial, the different techniques a man can spray semen on unsuspecting Walmart shoppers (including the “thumb cap” maneuver) and the juvenile delinquent that is currently residing in my house.
After we went off the air, we discussed music for no real reason – but I did learn Jaded’s boner for Chino Moreno is still going strong after all these years.

Dallas, TX – Back in 2011 we reported on Eric Crutchfield, the drunk man who ran over and killed Kasey McKenzie in a strip club parking lot with his “monster truck.” The other day, a jury ruled that the strip club bears 70 percent of the blame and awarded the McKenzie’s family $10.5 million.
For those of you unaware of the original story, 23-year-old Kasey McKenzie was walking in the parking lot of the Spearmint Rhino when she stepped in front of 27-year-old Eric Crutchfield’s dumbass truck. The truck in question was an F-250 that had been lifted so high, Crutchfield must be hung like a Ken doll. Crutchfield didn’t see McKenzie and ended up killing her after running her over with his front and rear tire.
According to reports, patrons had to chase down Crutchfield, who had a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit, who wasn’t even aware he had just flattened a human being with his rolling cock extension. Crutchfield would later be found guilty of manslaughter and is currently serving a nine-year prison sentence.…

ST PETERSBURG, FL — A woman in Florida was injured when a round of ammunition exploded inside an oven she was pre-heating.
Police say 18-year-old Aalaya Walker wanted some waffles Monday night and preheated her oven. What she was not aware of is that her roommate, 25-year-old Javarski “JJ” Sandy, had placed a magazine from his .45-caliber Glock 21 inside the stove.
Shortly after preheating the oven, Walker heard an explosion and was peppered with shell fragments after one of the bullets exploded. Her injuries where not severe but she said she picked fragments from her chest and leg. Walker rode the bus to the hospital, where her wounds were considered superficial, and met with police.
Sandy would be found a short time later and would confirm that he’d placed a magazine containing four rounds inside the oven. No word on why he did that, considering the gun the magazine belonged to was located in a drawer. Sandy, who legally owned the gun and has a permit to carry a concealed weapon, showed the melted magazine to officers who verified that the inside of the oven was damaged.…

Las Vegas, NV — Police in Las vegas have arrested 23-year-old Kara Vandereyk after they say she was caught having sex with a pit bull in the yard of her home.
Police say that on Tuesday, they observed Vandereyk engaging in a sex act with a pit bull in the backyard of her home, within full view of her neighbors and anyone passing by. According to the arrest report, when Vandereyk noticed the approaching officers, she said, “Hi,” and began fondling the dog.
The report also said Vandereyk appeared to be on drugs or mentally ill. She told the officers that she has bipolar disorder and didn’t know her name, the year or the name of the president. She also admitted to taking prescription medication but wasn’t sure if she was on them at the time.
After police gave her a blanket to cover up with, as she was completely nude, a neighbor gave her some clothing to wear. Kara Vandereyk was charged with open and gross lewdness, as I’m pretty sure Nevada doesn’t have any laws against having sex with your dog, and taken to the Clark County jail.…

Los Angeles CA - The body of Canadian tourist Elisa Lam, 21, was found inside a water tank on top of the Cecil Hotel. Her body was found in the tank by a maintenance worker investigating hotel guests’ complaints about low water pressure.
It is currently unknown how Lam got inside the water tank, which is protected by locked doors and an alarm, so an investigation has been opened to determine if her death was the result of homicide or a “very, very strange accident”.
Lam had traveled alone to California from Vancouver, British Columbia, on January 26th. Her original destination was Santa Cruz, about 350 miles north of Los Angeles. She had been using transportation throughout her stay and had also been in touch with her family until her disappearance.
Police had originally used dogs to try and find Lam when she was first reported missing on Jan 31, and video was released last week of Lam inside a Cecil Hotel elevator pushing buttons for multiple floors and at one point stepping out of the elevator, waving her arms.…

Martinez, Columbia — According to authorities, a pissed off Columbian woman poured boiling water on her sleeping hubby’s junk after learning he had been untrue.
From what I understand Yolivel Lopez got a call from the cheatin’ bastard’s mistress and was informed the two had just got done doing the nasty.
The clueless hubby, Nefer Netan, finally arrived home early Tuesday morning and explained that he had been out drinking with friends. He then fell asleep… poor, dumb fucker.
Once he was out, Lopez proceeded to boil a pot of water. She then reportedly walked into the bedroom and poured it on Netan’s crotch.
According to the couple’s neighbors, Netan’s screams “pierced the night sky.”

Manatee County, FL — Don’t really even know where to begin with this one…..
Ronald Howard, 30, was booked on battery charges earlier this week after arguing with his live-in girlfriend about his alleged ball scratching.
Howard was apparently just hanging out on the couch, scratching his nuts, when his girlfriend, 25-year-old Shalamar “Wow! Would you look at those eyebrows!” Petrarca, told him to knock it the fuck off. She was disgusted, you see, because she was apparently getting ready to shove food in her pie-hole or something.
According to the arrest report, this displeased Howard. He rose from the couch, police say, and confronted the woman, face to face, and demanded that she “stop judging him!”
Petrarca told police Howard then shoved her to the ground, threw her outside and told her to “get the hell out.” Police observed a scratch on the woman’s leg that seemed to back up her side of the story.
When questioned, Howard told police Petrarca punched him in the eye for scratching his balls.…

South Glens Falls, New York – Judy Viger, 33, is facing charges after allegedly hiring two females to perform lewd dances for five minors under the age of 17 at a bowling alley on Nov. 3, 2012.
Viger apparently wasn’t told that you can’t do anything without someone taking out a cell phone and taking a picture for posterity or evidence. It all depends on what side of the bars are you behind.
The police came into this mess after the pictures were posted online and people showed concern. The pictures reportedly showed the females doing “personal and intimate” dances on the minors. One of the pictures posted online apparently showed a scantily dressed woman clinging upside down to a seated teen as others looked on. Party in his pants.
Viger is charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child as she is accused of organizing, managing and paying for the strippers.

Beverly Hills, FL - Robert and Christina Forbes are currently in jail on charges of child abuse after the school nurse found a cockroach in the boy’s ear.
But that’s not all. The cockroach in the ear incident happened way back in September. The neglect was observed by the boy’s school over and over again during the school year. The 9 year old boy regularly showed up to school reeking of cat urine, wearing the same Pull-ups and in need of medication. Another time, cockroaches were seen crawling out of his backpack.
Robert, 33 and Christina, 32, denied their child needed medication, according to the school. Their home was in “deplorable conditions” and they also denied their son sufficient food. Teachers would give him food and clean him. He is in alternative care now and his parents are in jail on $5,000 bond.
A 9 year old boy in Pull-ups? In need of medication? Nothing specifically states the boy was special needs, but those two clues have got to make one wonder. The only thing to ruin your day faster than a story about an abused child is a story about an abused special needs child. You’re welcome.…

OCALA, FL - Carron Washington is facing child abuse charges after feeding his 2-month-old baby bleach because he heard would cure the baby’s congestion.
According to police, the child was rushed to the hospital after her mother called 911 to report her baby had spit up a clear liquid that smelled like bleach.
Police were called by medical staff after they also noticed the baby’s vomit smelled like bleach, along with the baby’s formula.
“You smell the baby bottle and it smells like complete bleach.” the hospital employee tells the 911 dispatcher. “And the parents aren’t giving us a good story about how it got in there.”
When police questioned the child’s father, 20-year-old Carron Washington, they say he broke down crying and admitted he’d mixed less than a cap-full of bleach with less than two ounces of the baby’s formula.
He said that on Saturday night and Sunday morning, the baby was fussy, so at 1 a.m. Sunday, Washington put less than a cap-full of bleach with less than two ounces of the baby’s formula and then fed the child some of the formula.…

WICHITA, KS — One man is in the hospital and his brother in jail, after they blew up a home while celebrating a recent 75,000 lottery win.
In a scene that could have been pulled directly out of a Cheech and Chong movie, two brothers used some of the winnings to buy some meth and weed last Friday night. One of the men was using two large cans of butane lighter fluid in the kitchen to refill butane torches the siblings planned on using with their bongs.
“He emptied a couple of big cans of butane lighter fluid during this, leaking butane into the air,” said Sgt. Bruce Watts. “The butane vapor cloud reach a pilot light in the furnace and as you might expect – kaboom.”
All the news reports keep saying “blew up home” but I haven’t seen any pictures of it, or any reports of specific damages – I used “blow up house” simply because it makes for a good headline.
Police did say there were children in the home at the time of the explosion, but they were not injured.…

According to a police report obtained by those beautiful people over at The Smoking Gun, a 67-year-old man was arrested last week after witnesses reported seeing him sucking on a dildo at a local park.
The responding officer, Sergeant Steve Allen, wrote in his report that upon his arrival at the scene, he was flagged down by an unidentified witness who pointed to a silver car in the parking lot and claimed that he/she had witnessed the driver of the vehicle sucking on a dildo as he drove past.
When Officer Allen approached the vehicle, he noticed what appeared to be a flesh-colored dildo on the passenger seat. He then asked the unidentified oldster, the only occupant in the vehicle, what, exactly, he was doing. The oldster apparently replied, “SUCKING ON A DILDO, I’M SORRY!”

Skokie, IL — The pleasant looking woman you see to the left is 51-year-old Elaine Cook – she’s behind bars on a $100,000 bond for allegedly biting off a significant chunk of her boyfriend’s tongue. Yum.
According to prosecutors, Cook and her 47-year-old boyfriend of 10 months had just returned home after a Valentine’s Day date when shit got ugly.
After arguing, Cook demanded that her boyfriend vacate the premises. He tried to oblige, but made the mistake of trying to kiss and make up before leaving.
“He told her they should stop fighting and went to kiss her,” Assistant State’s Attorney Eve Reilly said, “and she bit off a large portion of his tongue.”
The man ran to the kitchen sink. Cook followed, prosecutors say, and placed the chunk of mouth meat in her hand and tossed it on the kitchen counter. Nonchalantly, I’m sure. Dude put the severed tongue in a bag of ice and called 911.
Cook’s been booked on charges of aggravated domestic battery.
Unfortunately for the boyfriend, due to an “inadequate blood supply,” the tongue could not be reattached.…

Atlanta, Georgia. It is alleged that on February 8th, Joe Rickey Hundley, 60, slapped a toddler that sat next to him on his mother’s lap as the plane they were both in descended from a Minneapolis to Atlanta flight. Who doesn’t hate crying babies in enclosed spaces?
According to the toddler’s mother, Jessica Bennett, 33, she was sitting in seat 28B on a MD-90 twin engine jet, with her son 2y.o. Jonah. Hundley was seated in 28A. As the jet went into it’s final descent, the change in the altitude bothered the toddler enough to make him cry.
Bennett recalled that as the child cried, Hundley used the “N-word” when referring to her child. The exact words were, according to the child’s mother: “Shut that nigger baby up.”
Hundley then reportedly turned around and slapped the kid in the face with an open hand, causing the baby to scream louder. Because nothing says quiet like a slap to a kid’s face. The slap, according to Bennett, “caused a scratch below the tot’s right eye.”
Todd Wooten, seated in 16C reported to the FBI Agent Daron Cheney (in flight) that he heard “derogatory language coming from the rear of the aircraft,” prompting Cheney to investigate.…

New Castle, IN — Jeremiah Taylor, a man convicted of child molestation last year, was beaten to death inside an Indiana prison.
According to police, the 37-year-old was found unconscious at the bottom of a staircase at the state prison in New Castle late Thursday night. He was taken to Henry County Hospital then flown to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, where he died Saturday morning.
Investigators believe the inmate’s injuries were “not the result of an accident, but were the result of Taylor having been battered shortly before being found in the stairwell,” an Indiana State Police release said.
Taylor was charged with molesting a preschooler in 2009, but was not apprehended until 2011. He pleaded guilty to charges of child molestation in June of last year, and was sentenced to 20-years in prison with 12 years suspended. Taylor had been at the prison since July of last year and was scheduled to be released in 2018.
Before anyone assumes he was murdered because of his admitted crimes, Mike Smith, public information officer at the New Castle Correctional Facility, said a large segment of the New Castle prison population consists of sex offenders.…

UK — Subhan Anwar, a man convicted of murdering 2-year-old Sanam Navsarka, was killed in prison after being held hostage by two other inmates at Long Lartin prison – and it couldn’t have happened to a more deserving guy.
Anwar was serving a minimum of 23 years at the prison after being convicted of torturing and murdering his girlfriend’s daughter in 2008. Sanam suffered a horrible, prolonged death at the hands of Subhan Anwar, with police discovering 107 separate injuries to her body. These included both of her thigh bones being fractured, which ultimately caused her death, and untreated fractures to both her arms.
Sanam’s tiny hand prints and bloodstains were found inside cupboards at the couple’s home, as well as a former home of the couple. During Anwar’s sentencing, Judge Peter Thornton QC said: “It is almost unbelievable the pain and anguish she must have suffered, not just once or twice, but repeatedly and persistently over weeks at your cruel and selfish hands.”
There’s not a lot of details regarding Anwar’s death, aside from reports that he was being held hostage by two other inmates before he was killed last Thursday night. ”The body of the man was found by prison officers just before 8pm on Thursday, February 14,” a West Mercia Police spokesman said. ”Two men aged 47 and 45 have been arrested on suspicion of murder and are currently in police custody.”
Anwar was not the only one held responsible for Sanam’s death.…

Spring Hill, Fl — Nedra Byrd is facing child neglect charges after her 10-year-old son was found wandering the streets naked and intoxicated.
Police were called to Byrd’s home by a neighbor who found the naked boy walking the streets and clearly drunk off his ass. The neighbor said they went to Byrd’s home and found the 31-year-old passed out on the couch. They brought the boy back to their home and notified police.
“He couldn’t even stand. He was just, ahhh, you know. Naked, and I’m like, come in the house baby — and I went and got some of my son’s clothes,” the boy’s neighbor, Amanda Roesch said.
When police arrived at Byrd’s home, they also saw her sleeping on the couch with a man sitting near her looking at his phone. When police asked the man if they knew where the 10-year-old was, he stated he should be in his room. After checking and seeing that the boy was not there, he tried to wake Byrd.…
