PITTSBURGH - A Pennsylvania medical student who allegedly sent emails saying wanted to recruit a mother and 4-year-old daughter from New Zealand to be his sex slaves is facing several federal child pornography charges.

FBI agents said that amid the probe, they obtained evidence that the suspect -- Jeremy Noyes, 30, a student at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine -- planned to found a family of female sex slaves -- both children and adult -- with the help of women he met online.

A LECOM classmate who met Noyes through a Web site devoted to sado-masochism reported him to authorities because she feared his plans to bring a New Zealand woman and her 4-year-old daughter to the United States to serve as his sex slaves.

Noyes was coaching the girl's mother online about how to prepare her daughter's body and mind for sexual abuse, the woman told investigators. She said Noyes claimed he had been instructing the girl's mother to train the girl to perform bizarre sexual acts, to expose her to pornography and to mete out "extreme punishments such as locking her in a closet with no food for three days."

"All the evidence you need is in his computer and that little girl's mind," she said in her tip to the FBI. "Please save her."

Calling herself "Sally Ann Slokum", she contacted an FBI Web site on June 29 and claimed that Noyes was trying to obtain a 4-year-old New Zealand girl named Abby and her mother, Alex, who is pregnant, to start a family of female sex slaves.

The FBI said Slokum provided a series of e-mails and computer chats to back her claims, including a "spreadsheet/timeline" in which Noyes outlined a plan to start a "family" or "society" of female sex slaves.

The FBI obtained Slokum's identity. In an interview, she told investigators that she dated Noyes and acted as his sex slave after she posted an ad on a web site which concerns bondage, dominance, sadism, and masochism.

"Noyes intended to impregnate (the 4-year-old) when she was between the ages of 8 and 14 and then continue to breed the future offspring that would result from his plan," Noyes' classmate told the FBI. "Noyes intends to buy a farm or an island where he could put his new society together."

Slokum claimed that Noyes was working with two women he met online to start his family of sex slaves.

One was the woman Alex from New Zealand; the second, a woman named Melissa. The second woman was to be a wet nurse for the children that Noyes would father.

She said she had seen images of both Alex and Abby online that showed injuries they had suffered -- Alex through sado-masochism, Abby through abuse.

She said Alex and Abby were supposed to move to the United States in April but were delayed by "immigration issues." Noyes wanted them to move in with him, and his intent was to have sex with the woman and her daughter and breed a family of female sex slaves.

So far, authorities are not commenting on whether the New Zealand child, who is called "Abby" in court records, exists, or is in danger, or if her mother faces any charges. The pornography does not involve images of the woman or her daughter.

The tipster said that Noyes wanted her to be part of the sex slave family and that if she ever told anyone about his plans, "threatened to kill me and my family . . . (and) will not rest until we are dead."

Based on the information Slokum provided, authorities obtained search warrants, which led to the discovery of the exchanges of child pornography in Noyes' Google account.

The charges carry a mandatory minimum sentence of at least five years each, and a possible maximum sentence of up to 20 years each, Assistant U.S. Attorney Christian Trabold said.

When asked if he had any questions, he asked Trabold to repeat the information about his maximum possible sentence.

"So the maximum is 40 years?" he asked.

Trabold said yes.

"I'll be dead," Noyes said.

Noyes was overheard telling an assistant federal public defender that he was not in any kind of shape to be beaten up in prison.

I am so disturbed that this woman met a man on the internet across the universe from her and he had this hold so strong over her that she would molest and assault her own child! A product of incest.
