Dancing horses (Dressage)
Say what you will.
Fuck you, this is awsome despite the idiot announcers.
For contrast here is some Dressage from the 2008 Olympics.
Better comparison (if you care):

No comparison. Are you sure the second video is the same sport? :)
The first video was AWESOME! I had to keep watching because I was sure that horse was going to do a pirouette.
I was wrong but far from disappointed.
Never watched Dressage before. Not sure I will again unless they are all like the first one.

Thank you for posting these. It is always wonderful to see greatness.
The first mare seems barely to deign to put her hoofs on the ground. Lovely, lovely!
I think the third horse is quite handsome and moves beautifully. But you're right, it's not at all the same level.

If they had a "Thank You Again" button, I'd push it for you. The video you added is a much better comparison... but still not not as good as the first. I don't know horses, but that was beautiful! "I like the gray horsey " is an understatement but as good as this non-rider can do :)

Dressage +
I had the pleasure of seeing the Lipizzaners perform live a few years ago, but they are the epitome of dressage.

Actually, if you watch again they opened up with a double canter pirouette.
Andreas Helgstrand and Blue Hors Matine are phenomenal! I believe his team took bronze in Beijing.
